the young lady on the phone was exceptionally unkind and unprofessional. chewing your food while speaking to me is disgusting and impolite. she refused to provide the AAA tow services that you are contracted for, but yall got paid for it regardless.
We called for a tow due to a failed starter. AAA said it would be a 30 min wait and Ray arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient. Ray was the best tow truck driver we experienced.
Ray from Rescue Rangers was dispatched to me by AAA. They said 30mins and Ray ended up coming within 15mins if not before. He was so energetic and sweet, knew exactly what he was doing. It just snowed idk how many inches and I was stuck in the grass and partly in the street. Ray got me out and into the driveway, also gave me some tips just in case it happened again. He was so much fun and he just moved here from my hometown. If I could request him every time for my car rescue needs I would. Thanks Ray, yall give him a raise

Where do i start, so my car 2023 Chevy malibu dash read battery low and would not start. I placed a call to AAA for battery service. In which a service technician was dispatched to my residence. Upon his assessment he informes me that my car needed a battery replacement. I agreed to the service, and asked him if he knew how to replace the battery and will all of the components be placed back in the original area. He assured me this wasn't his first time replacing a battery and that he has changed numerous batteries in 2023 Chevy malibu and he knows exactly what he is doing. Okay so he replaced the battery upon my inspection my dash was reading Service Power Steering and Service ESC monitoring system. I told the technician to hold on a minute my dash was and has not ever had these error messages displayed until now. Oh not to mentioned the power steering was not working in my vehicle after the battery replacement as well. So the technician proceeded to try and see what the issue was repeating I did nothing wrong all I did was change your battery. The hell you did. So upon his unsuccessful attempt to fix the issue.I told him to call his supervisor righht now. So as the technician was on the phone with his so called supervisor which I think was just another technician. He told him what the issue was and the "supervisor" googled how to reset power steering after battery replacement and had the technician turn the wheel 10 secondo the left and so have you. Welp that didnt work now and the supervisor knew that the technician messed up but of course he was trying to deflect. I told the supervisor to please in the future do not replace any other batteries for 2023 chevy malibu i dont want any customer to go through what im going through for a simple battery replacement and by then i was fuming mad. He was telling me owed $296 for the battery son of a biscuit i do my car wont even drive. I told him I will not be paying for battery service and that my vehicle was not working. The so called supervisor told me we'll we can get it towed for you to your preffered dealership and you can see what the issue is and then you can pay..yeah okay im nobody fool im not paying for that battery. And another inconvenience of my time as well. I had my car towed. Fast forward my dealership service adviser called me and informed me during the battery replacement the AAA technician messed up the power steering wiring and other components during his shotty installation. Oh and now I have to pay $380 to have my car serviced for the fixing of my simple battery replacement that I was thinking I was going to receive from AAA Premier Services. What a freaking joke they use these 3rd party companies like Rescue Rangers and I called to place a claim because im certainly not going to just sit on this and let them get away with doing any other customers this way. Calling to place a claim with Rescue Rangers is a joke they told me I had to file a compliant first and someone will get back to me. Im currently waiting on the call back but please for any other customers please do not let AAA Rescue Rangers replace your battery please just go somewhere else. They will deflect responsibility. We pay too much for these memberships to go through this nonsense and Inconvenience I'm not out a car for 3 days because of a AAA battery replacement. Please rethink even getting a AAA membership please.
This company was dispatched by AAA for my daughter who was broke down with 2flat tires due to debris in the road, she was stranded on an overpass at 4:30 in the morning. She was told she was a priority run due to being stranded in the roadway, when police showed up to check on her and make sure she had a tow coming said company was 20 min away. 30 min later no show so the officer had to have her truck towed 1000yds to a Kroger parking lot that way she was safe and out of the morning traffic rush. She called to let said company know a d they said it was fine. An hour later still no tow truck, she calls AAA back and said company has again extended wait time another 45mi. To an hour wait. Then said company refuse to answer the phone when my daughter tried calling them.back directly. When AAA finally got ahold of them they lied and said now hertruck was out of there service range. A total lie confirmed by AAA. This company is trash and left my child sitting in the 28° cold. AAA has taken my complaint and is escalating it to their service team. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE TRASH

Technician Antonio J. has helped me twice with my towing requests and each time he has been professional, patient, and prompt in both arrivals and onsite service. I would recommend Rescue Rangers to anybody based on my experiences.
I had a flat that I was unable to change due to the lugs swelling just enough preventing the wrench from fitting. I was directed to rescue rangers by Tony's Wrecker. Bryce showed up, diagnosed the problem, went above and beyond to fix the problem. He took the time to remove a damaged aluminum cover with minimal tools available for that task. This allowed all of the lugs to be put back. Very appreciative of his effort!
Was helped today by Stephan K with AAA Rewcue Rangers. I stopped at a gas station on Bardstown road to tip off the air in my tired. Was not informed that the air line had been cut, so the air gun deflated my tire. Roadside assistance told me that my wait time would be over an hour, but Stephan showed up in ten minutes and aired up all of my tires. I couldn’t be more grateful for the assistance. Stephan was happy to help and wasted no time. Good looking out, Rangers.
MIKE was amazing. I called for a tow but Mike was able to hear my problem and solve it over the phone. Not only that, but he offered to to call LMPD to cover me since it was dark out, and stayed on the line until he knew I was safe and fixed. Super friendly guy, turned a complete shit day and night into an enjoyable rest of the night just by being friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Mike.

On July 25th, I called AAA for service regarding a dead battery. A service tech, S. Johnson, came to our home and replaced the battery in my vehicle. He was very professional, courteous, and did a great job. Thank you very much.
I had a tire blow out on 65 and I called triple aa and they sent rescue rangers. Out driver was the best he made my bad day so much better. He went above and beyond for me. Even tho triple a I am not very happy with. The driver was so great and I couldn't believe how fast he was setting on the express way can be nerve racking but he was there quick and had me home in no time. Thank u

Daniel McNeill was dispatched to deal with my dead battery. Usually a dead battery causes a bad day but when Daniel arrived he was so friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and helpful that he immediately changed my day. My bad day was instantly RESCUED by Daniel!! Even with much difficulty dealing with hard to reach rusty bolts, his positive attitude never changed. He is a true asset to your company. Give that man a raise!
Had my car towed May 16, 2025 and I never received a receipt! I called May 19th and spoke with a lady who said she was going to send me a receipt via email. She never did! I’ve been calling every couple of days since May 19th. I contacted the tow truck guy that picked up my car and explained what was going on. He told me that all the ladies are at the office and he just spoke with them to call. Again no answer. I’m really not sure how you can run a business but no one picks up the phone?? Finally June 2nd, someone answered the phone and told me that only a manger can write a receipt and they mite be in around 12pm today. So I have waited around 1pm and still no answer!
All I am needing is a receipt so that I can turn it into my insurance company. I really don’t understand what is so difficult about writing on a piece of paper. I’m not a happy customer and will definitely be telling people not to use this tow service. They definitely didn’t have an issue with taking my $220.00 for the tow.
Keys locked in truck due to easy distraction of kids. However called few places prior but seemingly Rescue Rangers have never failed me on many occasions. Here we are again. Literally within 30 min from dispatch to driver being here and got me squared away super nice guy Stefan (Lees Lane) late night call as well which why had no luck from the other ppl. Flat Bed driver had a terrible bed side manner, didn't want to change the tire, demanded that I retrieve the spare and decided he didn't want to do it and walked off the job. Rescue Rangers were sub-contracted out by AAA and even though their dispatch was very apologetic after the fact, the manager never did return my call. AAA then re-subcontracted out the job to Dickerson Towing and that gentleman could not have been more professional. He literally could not believe that the Rescue Rangers driver couldn't do that job, but did say he hears that all the time regarding them. Not a good experience at all.
Prompt & friendly from start to finish. I have an F350 diesel and, while visiting Louisville, one of my batteries went bad. There are 2 batteries in my truck. Driver was able to boost my good one and jump the bad one. It took a couple of tries. He kept at it until he got me started so I wouldn't have to get an Uber to the store for a new battery. The only folks to come through and go above and beyond on a difficult night were Jason and the Rescue Rangers! Two rear wheels blew out on my dad’s RV as he came through town. His expensive RV roadside assistance did nothing to help him. Various other tire and fleet service shops were unable to get his unusual tire size out to the roadside during the overnight hours. Jason showed up personally and was committed to finding a way to get the RV safely to the campground until tires could be replaced the next day. Once my dad was underway and my car wouldn’t start, Jason, Mark, and Yoshi made sure my car got to a good dealership and that I got off the roadway to safety. I will always keep the Rescue Rangers number in my phone. You should too!
Oh my gosh. I called AAA on 5/22/24 at 11:47 am, because my car wouldn’t start. I believed I needed a new battery. I was told Rescue Rangers would be there by 12:47 with a 5 minute advance arrival call. I hung up the phone and immediately Rescue Rangers called. Unbelievable. Brandon (178836) arrived within 5 minutes. He was very friendly, understood what I needed, and assured me he would check my battery and alternator. My battery was completely dead. I purchased a new battery on the spot at a reasonable price. He installed the battery, explained the 3 year warranty, made sure my car started, and got my radio back online. I was back inside having lunch at 12:08!!! He was very understanding, thorough and great at his job. What’s more, no one even solicited a review from me! I highly recommend Rescue Rangers.
Danny P rescued us from the freeway at night when our tire went flat. He was very caring, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I have only good to say about him. My concern/question is that I asked for a tow, not a tire change, when I called AAA and when I spoke to the Rescue Ranger dispatcher. Danny said he was there to change the tire. After some discussion, we unloaded my fully packed car onto the side of the freeway, located the spare, changed the tire, repacked the car, traveled to the nearest service station for air (the tow truck did not have air), couldn’t get their pump to work, and then got towed to my home….like I’d requested in the first place! I was grateful to be home safely but wish I’d been towed from the start.
Danny Pantoja was fantastic! He is so kind, genuine and helpful. Truly a great person and also VERY good at his job! Experienced and knows what he is doing. I feel confident to call him with all my car issues in the future. He was so polite and genuinely helpful, not trying to get money out of us or anything. The BEST experience we have had with a tow- Danny P sets the bar high! He truly is the best of the BEST!
This was our first time using our AAA service since purchasing in 2023. So we weren’t sure what to expect. My alternator died on us on a busy Louisville road, next to the Watterson 264 ramp. Tensions were high, because vehicles were passing us and it was a little unnerving. But when our Rescue Ranger showed up, who was none other than “Danny P” the tensions disappeared. Danny was so friendly! He greeted us with a big smile and welcoming personality. We immediately felt better and he handled the situation like a pro. We were on our way home in no time. The ride to our home was very enjoyable, as Danny communicates, sharing God’s love in such a way that you just want to listen. I’ve read his reviews and I can say we “%”agree. “Danny” is a God-sentHe was a breath of fresh air at a time when it was much needed. When we arrived at our house, he offered to back my car inside the garage. I’m so very glad he did or my husband would have had to work on my car outside in the weather. It was amazing how he had no problem backing it in perfectly! Thank you “Danny” for your professionalism in your job AND your willingness to share God’s love with everyone you meet. Exceptional service, got to me from another state quickly, easily understood instructions on how to find my car, and was friendly and professional. My parking lot is usually a challenge for large trucks, Danny retrieved my car with ease. Best in Louisville if not the state of Kentucky! someone you can trust.
