They were there in the blink of an eye! In the pouring rain and rush hour traffic, I only waited about 25 minutes for them to show up. I expected at least an hour and 25 minutes. Hooked up the car safely in less than 10 minutes. Great service...Great price! Next time I have an issue I will be using AJ's... (Platinum Towing & Recovery LLC) number again.

I needed a tow on an antique truck that broke down on me. I called my “road side membership” and they said it would be nearly 3 hours to get to. I then called another company and they wouldn’t hook my truck because of the age. I called the next company and it was AJs. The guy answered the phone quickly and was extremely nice and very assuring they had no problem towing my truck and reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue. The driver I think his name was Joe showed up in 27 minutes!!! Very professional and treated my truck like a treasure. Took great care to position the truck and was very careful with my baby. As soon as he showed up and used a piece rubber to keep the hooks from rubbing my paint I knew I was in good hands. These guys apparently are car guys and truly appreciate vehicles and obviously know to take great care. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them when I need another tow. I’ll be canceling my “roadside membership” after this.
Very solid and professional service. Was speedy and very polite. Both pick up and drop off went extremely smooth. Joe was our tow truck operator and would definitely recommend their services.
I highly recommend AJ’s Towing! My son’s car broke down at a gas station late at night, and after calling "the triple letter" company, we were told there would be a three-hour wait—at 10 p.m.! Frustrated, I started calling around, and AJ’s Towing was the only company that responded promptly. Not only did they answer right away, but they also arrived quickly and had us back home within 20 minutes.
The dispatcher was kind and professional, and the tow truck driver was efficient and very courteous. To top it off, their pricing was reasonable—far better than I expected for a late-night tow.

I just had to deal with AJ‘s. I can Tell you to just call them customer service is so hard to find But Austin and his friend took the time to look at my vehicle and check what might be wrong before having to tow it. It was not an easy job but the driver made it happen. I appreciate the quick response and prompt arrival - as well as the drivers professional attitude. The service provided to me 6/10/24 was timely, super professional and more than I expected. Instead of just loading my car and taking it to the destination, my tower took the time to ask me questions to see if I even needed to be towed, gave me options without any pressure and insured my comfortability with the ending decision. His price I also found was less than 3 others I had called but still well worth it! If ever i am in need of towing services again, AJ’s is now my go to
Never get a tow from this company they made my husband wait on the side of the highway for over 3 hours in the dark. I kept calling bc his phone was nearly dead and they all just kept transferring me to the “higher” up person. It’s sub contracted out. It’s not local, u will not get the tow truck drivers contact info until u have waited pretty for like 3 hours when they tell u one hour! I will never use this company they are scammers they literally were laughing at me when he was in a life or death situation. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! NOT LOCAL!!!!
AJs towing was super quick and efficient! Very friendly & experienced. Got us together and communicated with us the whole time. Also allowed me to ride with him instead of calling a ride or paying with a Uber. Would definitely use them again and again.

This is the best towing experience I have ever had. They arrived in under 15 minutes and were extremely helpful. I believe the drivers name was Tim and he was excellent. I will always use this tow company in the future. 5 star service.

Fast, responsive service. The gentleman that came out to assess with the smaller truck was able to quickly and efficiently load my vehicle and drop me off with where I needed it to go. Price was on par with other companies. Zero complaints. Will use them again when need arises
No one ever responded back to me. Was told I’ll have someone help me tow my car to an auto repair shop around 9:30am. It was almost 11am and still no one showed up. I called the company’s number (on Google) over 10 times and no one picked up. At least have the courtesy to let me know that you’re not going to get to me. Poor communication.
It was almost 10pm on Friday 7/29 when our trailers tire blew and when I called AJ’s. My car insurance/roadside assistance doesn’t cover trailers.
When I called, the guy that answered, said his partner would call me back since he was out of town. I got a call back almost immediately. Gave my location and said he’d be there within 20-25 minutes.
I was worried about the distance he would have to take our trailer & mower- we were still an hour and 15/20 minutes from home. He said it wasn’t a problem. Hooked everything up and off he went.
Once he got to our house, he sent me a picture of where he left the trailer and made sure I was satisfied with where it was.
I am extremely satisfied with how my whole experience turned out- from start to finish.
The whole transaction was simple and easy. The driver was extremely helpful and professional. Price was in line with everyone I called for quotes.

Would not recommend AJ's towning. Called to have my truck towed. Was told driver was running about 45 minutes out. My wife left work early to travel across town to meet the driver. 1 hour 15 minutes later still no driver. Called back. Guy on the phone was nice, said they were running behind with traffic but he would have the driver call my wife immediately. She waited 30 more minutes before she left and still never received a phone call. It was over 1 hour later that the driver called, which she ignored. Was very disappointed as we live over an hour away from where my truck was stranded. I know as a business your time is valuable, but so is a consumers. Not a good business practice. Thank goodness another tow company in Louisville was able to help us in a timely manner. They even had the courtesy to value our time by calling and giving an ETA and arriving close to said time. If you are looking for a tow this is not the place to go.
Came out and towed after calling 5 other companies. AJ's only one who answered up. Anyway they were on time and gave me 10% discount for being 1st time user. I would recommend from my experience.
Great towing service, I was able to schedule a time for my car to be picked up and the guy came when I needed. I was towing a classic car that I was worried might get scratched, but my worries were unfounded. My tow guy took every precaution possible to make sure it got to it's destination just like it was before. The price was very reasonable too. Will definitely call them again if I need their services in the future.
My car was stuck in a shopping center parking lot not far from home but it was evening and I was a little nervous. Luckily AJ’s Towing was decent with communication. They texted the pick up time and contacted me when they were 15 minutes out. Two gentlemen arrived, polite, informative, friendly and reassuring. They were absolutely Great!!
I called AJ's towing at midnight on a weekday to request a tow. They answered the phone right away and sent someone promptly to tow the vehicle from Simpsonville, KY to Louisville, KY. The cost seemed reasonable compared to another company I called first. The person I spoke with on the phone was professional and very pleasant, I believe it was the owner. The driver was accommodating, by allowing two passengers to ride along, which was extremely helpful.
Tow truck arrival time was acceptable and driver was friendly enough. Only problem was he could not give me a receipt so he said he would email to me. Well, he never did. I have spoken to the owner multiple times and although he says he will send to me, he has not! So, if you need a receipt for your insurance, look elsewhere!!!
My experience today with AJ's was excellent. They got to me in a timely manner, and the service was very considerate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for all your towing needs. I called the towing service and he answered right away. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours later, I still had not heard from him. I tried calling several times and he did not answer. Thankfully, I found another way to get my car to a service center. I understand people are busy and he might be just having a bad day like me. I just wish that I could have gotten a call around the hour and half mark to let me know he was running later than he thought.
After reading the response from the owner, I am even more frustrated. I didn't make up taking to someone and them telling me they were on their way. Why would I sit abandoned at a gas station for 2 hours if I didn't believe a towing company was on the way? It is easier to blame the phone system than to just admit that the company clearly made a mistake and left me waiting for 2 hours. I'm just glad I finally decided called another company. They were able to get to me within an hour (making my wait time a total of 3 hours) and actually came as they said they would.

Needed to have my car towed to a repair shop. I called the shop to see who they recommended and they gave me a name and price that I considered too high. I called AJ's service and within an hour and a half, my car was at the repair shop. The service was prompt and courteous. He took his time loading my car so as not to cause any damage. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend his services to anybody needing a tow.
