My car stopped on me so I called Mosby’s towing company. They were quick to send someone out whom was Jason. Jason was phenomenal. He was patient and even though I was upset, he rest assured me that my car would get to the destination safely. I highly recommend Jason when you are needing a tow by Moby‘s towing. Jason’s was a great guy.
The tow truck driver allowed my Mercedes to fall off the back of the flatbed tow truck. This was a tow covered by AAA. I am surprised that AAA has continued using this service after so many complaints. Mosbys towing is not a member of the Better Business Bureau, RED flag for sure. Do your vehicle and pocket book A favor and call any other tow truck service. They not only made a huge mistake but then they had no problem lying about it!
I was helping with an unusual situation involving a very elderly man’s car breaking down at my place of work. AAA got us in contact with Philip at Mosbys. Not only was he professional, he was overly kind and went above the call of duty by waiting to have lunch to get the anxious man taken care of quickly. He then followed up with me all the way through to the drop off so I knew all was well. Thank you, Philip. Kindness like yours is what makes the world a better place!

We've always used Mosbys for everything, we have a AAA membership to cover the cost. But today, they failed us for the first time in the 2 years we've used them! We were told it would be a 60 minute wait and right after 60 minutes they changed it to 85 minute wait. We are VERY disappointed that the next time I need AAA, I'm going to request another company be sent out. When I'm told 60 minutes from the start, I expect help within 60 minutes.
Jason was a total pro, knowledgeable, on-time, personable, loaded up and secured the vehicle in no time, 10 out of 10 experience!!! The best dude to come to the rescue!
Terrible people. Charged 95 dollars to try to jump my car was told it was the starter and that it wasn’t gonna start. Asked for a tow was gonna be charged an additional 95 plus 4 per mile. After they were already there. Kicker is they have to pass my house to get back to the shop.
Needing a quick tow, I found Mosby’s Towing to be incredibly convenient and reliable. The driver, Big Jason, went above and beyond to assist me. He even went as far as getting me a new battery for my key fob because the car door was locked and he couldn’t unlock it to let it off the tow bed.
This past Sunday we were in need of a tow to move a truck that has been parked for several years. After calling Mosbys the most knowledgeable person came to help. He was courteous and showed a genuine appreciation for the vehicle ( protecting the back window) that belonged to my father in law. Not only did he take great care of the truck, he took pride in what he does. He was very professional and took care of the job as though it was his own business.
Called AAA and told them I probably need a new battery. A driver from Mosbys came out and put in a new battery. Starts and runs like a champ now. Lamont done a superb job. Thanks

Shout out to the guy who was on the highway yesterday that saved my trailer from total destruction in the middle of the highway on I264.
He literally saved me from having to call anybody for help and didn't even charge me to move my trailer to the shoulder!

My son and I had to call for a tow truck today because our car broke down on the way back from a trip home. When he googled for a tow truck Mosbys was the first one he saw so he called them. We were 40 miles from home stranded in the heat with his 4 year old daughter, my granddaughter and no family to call for help… then along came Jason Hardin. We’ve never met a nicer more accommodating person, and in these days and times those are few and far between. Thank you so much Jason for going above and beyond to help us (and at a decent price I must say!) l wish there were more people like him in the world, it would be a much nicer place. So again, thank you and we highly recommend Mosbys! (and if you get a chance request Jason!)

I've needed a couple towing services through my AAA account. They scheduled service through Jet each time. One took place back in April and the other tonight. Both drivers were friendly, courteous, professional and took great care of our vehicles.
Ordered my tow through AAA but mosey cancelled and said they would have AAA send someone else while still had themselves marked as in route and left me stranded with nobody coming. Called AAA after half and hour they tried called mosbys who didn’t answer after 15 minutes AAA gets back to me to say they didn’t answer but have themselves marked as in route to me. 10 minutes later AAA calls me back and says they finally got in touch with these guys who said they aren’t coming and never marked it as cancelled so AAA had not requested anyone new but would now. Terrible service. Very unreliable
Perfect nothing bad to say. unfortunately had to use them twice in two weeks Jason was perfect the first time. Philip was just as good the second time. Good job I will use them again.
Great service, from the nice lady that answered the phone and wasn’t rushing or rude to the driver Philip that got to me in about 30 min after I called, and stayed in communication with me even when he ran into a little bit of traffic, got me hooked up and off the highway then managed to put my suv in a very tight spot without damaging anything and was very patient but determined. His hospitality while in the truck was great and was a very safe driver. I’ll definitely be using Mosby for my future tows. Highly recommend
Great group over there. Fast and reasonable. The driver Paul was one of the coolest guys I’ve met. I never feel good about spending money but I met a cool dude so it pans out. Highly recommend this company.
They came to my house to put on the spare tire(through AAA) The first Company that was supposed to come kept postponing it for another hour three times so I’m glad A.A.A assigned a new company and they came very quickly. Very kind, jovial men who were done quickly. I would certainly want to use them again if needed.
I guess these people have a contract with OnStar GM Vehicles. I waited 2 hours for a battery jump. This company told OnStar they contacted me and took photos of the address upon their arrival but never found my SUV, so they left. I was sitting in my car parked directly across from them and they didn’t check my vehicle make, model, or license plate: Instead they sent photos to OnStar to collect their contractor paycheck. When I called OnStar they said they were told by this company my vehicle was not in the surrounding area. I screamed at OnStar and OnStar had the contractors turnaround. When they got there they had excuses. They said: “Your Chevy doesn’t say Trax on the back!” (I’m thinking talk to Chevy I didn’t build the car ) They still had the nerve to try and upsell me to let them install a new car battery…. in the POURING RAIN
My neighbor needed some help from AAA this morning and Mosby’s was the towing service sent out to Goshen, KY to help.
I have a complaint to make about the driver of the tow truck and to Mosby’s Towing. My driveway is across the street from my neighbor’s driveway and the main street is narrow and requires a wide turn to prevent from driving onto the yards. I have reflectors on the corner of my driveway to help when making turns into my driveway.
This morning I watched your driver back out of my neighbor’s driveway and back into my driveway to facilitate the length of his truck. Your driver had to watch his mirrors when backing up to get him into my driveway because the truck has to be turned slightly which clearly puts the left corner of my driveway and my reflector into his view.
He proceeded to make a left turn (right turn out of my driveway allows for more turning room) and when he did, he put two large tire ruts in my yard and ran over and destroyed my reflector/marker. I ran outside to catch your driver but, he didn’t hear me when I yelled out. I am writing this complaint because this is the second time this issue has taken place with your company’s driver. The first time it occurred, I happened to be outside and spoke to your driver after he ran into my yard.
In the future, please ask your driver to pay attention to peoples yards and take a little extra time when making tight turns. We have places in the neighborhood for large trucks to turnaround.
For me, your driver had to have seen my driveway’s marker in his mirror when he was backing his truck. Your driver got lazy, chose not to take the extra time to make a wide turn and with blatant disregard for other people’s property and not thinking he would be seen, he intentionally proceeded with his turn regardless of the damage his actions caused.
At the least, I believe an apology is owed. See the pictures below.
Towed my car through my triple my control arm and axle broke is the reason why I had to get this tow in the first place the tow truck driver came and picked up my car he acted like he was irritated from the jump , My car did not look like this when I left. When it got fire stone on East Broadway, the mechanic instantly sent me this picture and said when he put it down, this is what it looks like so I sent him the pictures and everything. They stated that I signed a damage form or whatever the case may be and that they can’t do anything about my car. He was very unprofessional. He didn’t help. He messed up my car. As you can see in the last photo is what the problem was on my car you can see my bumper was not off like that at all. A little piece was sticking out . I will be contacting my lawyer. And I have proof and witnesses that were with me.
We blew a tire in our RV on I-71 in Campbellsburg, KY. We reached out to the North East location and the "boss" (sorry I didn't catch his name) was super friendly and helpful and knew exactly where we were. Josh showed up just 30 minutes later in his heavy duty tow truck and got us hooked up. Josh was friendly, easily approachable, and understood the importance of our home. He took the ride to the tire shop nice and slow and was extremely careful. Their pricing was fair, straight forward and I would highly recommend them.
We broke down this afternoon in our RV and AAA sent us the BEST DRIVER AND NICEST GUY!!!
Had no idea where we were gonna get our belt replaced or who would look at it, as we were calling around on one cell phone our driver called me to find out where I was and how long before he got to me (15 mins away) wow!
Then asked me questions about what was wrong said he'd see me in a few. Called back said he was gonna be a little longer because he had been calling locals he know could fix our RV, but needed some engine info. Said he'd been there in 20mins and was there in 15! With someone to take it too!
SO, SO NICE! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his Gorgeous (Top of the Line) B.A. Truck!!!

During the process of recovering our semi truck from a ditch, the recovery company unintentionally caused damage to our trailer. Specifically, they applied excessive pressure while wrapping it with a strap, resulting in the trailer being crushed. Despite this, they still invoiced us $10,000 for their services. To address the situation, I conducted research by accessing their insurance information via the FMCSA database. Subsequently, I filed a claim with their insurance provider, and they acknowledged the damage and covered the costs. It was disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism and expertise on the part of the recovery company when it came to executing the recovery process.
