Brent with Brent’s towing was amazing! I was stuck on the side of the road in the downtown Louisville area. He towed my car to his shop and replaced my alternator in the same day (which was a Sunday BTW) and delivered my car back to my hotel for me. Amazing guy! Strongly recommend.
Could not get my car out of the snow after the snow storm. Street still was iced over. Brent got me out and on my way in about 20 min. Just enough time to get to my interview. I got the job.
Stick in the snow got wenched in under an hour wait time, owner took my call and was super friendly and funny and made the best of a bad situation. The driver was super helpful and friendly and quick. Will use these guys again if I ever need a tow.
Today I had a wheeler come out from under the company Chevrolet 2500 express van i drive for Mr Mike's Profesional Roofing. I Google searched tow trucks near me. The 3rd down the list was the closest to me based on Googles location of the business. Brents Towing LLC! It should have been the first and only suggestion. 2 phone calls. 2 texts and 40 minutes later Jacob pulled up. I didn't have to help in anyway. Me being a working man I had to help in anyway I could. A very fair price. Very fast recovery. Very nice delivery! Highly suggested Highly recommended!! 5 stars all day

Called last night at 8pm was told to drop and pin where I was and they would get to me. Never heard from them they never showed up. Called this morning to find out what happened was told truck broke down dont understand why I wasnt reached back out to instead of being left on side of road. Then the owner said he would call me back in 10mins to give me a time this morning. Never heard from him either. I would depend on this company.

Brent was great! He showed up in less than 15 minutes and towed my truck to a tire store. When we arrived at the tire store, we realized the issue was a small leak. Brent filled up my tire with air and plugged it right away! It saved me time and money! All around an outstanding guy!

Cannot express how great the service was. Broke down with my 2 small children in 8 degree weather. Called everyone else and nobody had availability or wanted to charge outrageous prices. Wonderful experience!!!!! Towed my car and offered to look at it at their shop, since I didn't have an appointment yet somewhere else. I was convinced it was my alternator, since I had someone replace the battery the week earlier. After testing it, it was just my battery connection and wires. They could have easily sold me an alternator, but they were honest, which is rare these days. They fixed it and towed it back to me in less than 4 hrs. Very pleased and will definitely use them again!!!!
I was so happy to be recommended another great towing service. He was super nice, quick to get my vehicle loaded and helped me find a tire shop for 2 tires that blew! If I get in a bind again I know exactly who to call. I couldn’t be more thankful.

Had a bad morning, slid off the road going to work, and ended up at the bottom of a ditch. Called 3 "24 hour" towing operations to no answer. Called Brent's Towing and they picked right up. Brent showed up in 30 min and provided excellent service. Explained everything he was doing, and worked tirelessly in the mud, water, and snow at the bottom of the ditch to get my vehicle out. Had me back on the road in 15 min. 10 out of 10. I will definitely use him again if he needed, highly recommend.
My father and I were traveling South to Florida. He was driving his RV, while towing his car. I followed behind. I suddenly smelled tar and smoke and realized one of the tires on his had blown. I made him aware and he pulled over to the first safe place he could find, which was the off ramp to 65S from Gene Snyder Freeway. We called Brent's Towing after AAA said they wouldn't do what Dad wanted.... And this small company was a life saver!!!!! They rescued us by putting on the spare, following us to the next exit, making sure there was enough air in the spare, and gave very precise directions to a very helpful tire store. As I tried to thank the young man, he said, "You call anytime even if your 2 hours away. If I can help, I'll be there! " I seldom write reviews as I am seldom impressed enough to use my time that way. This company is friendly, gave us numerous options and ideas on how to solve our dilemma, and was more than fair about pricing. All I can say is thank you for rescuing us! You were a blessing when we desperately needed one.
I reached out to Brent after getting the runaround from a couple other towing companies. He was super nice and treated me like my concerns for my truck mattered.
