We bought a compressor from them . Sent the core back to them. The core was suppose to be $320 I sent it back but sent to wrong warehouse and they charged me $27 for the shipping I only got back $180 on my core. When we got the compressor and put it in a couple days later my husband notice a bolt was missing. From the top when I called about it they said there was nothing they could do for us. We had to ship it back and then they would ship a new one when the get it back. But wanted us to pay for the shipping to and from. We asked if we could just get the bolt and we were told no
**update*** they made it right was refund the price of the new one and refunded the core and shipping charges
Heading to Mississippi I needed a few things ASAP, seeing River City Truck Parts from the expressway was amazing, they have a nice selection. It’s impeccably kept so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for and they are overly friendly.
I must add they are a little expensive, but better to pay a little more did not it at

Very helpful people here. They need a Lil wrk on telling g the difference in a mechanic that can make it work and one that just changes parts. I believe that one that just changes parts is called a technician, and one that can make it work is called a MECHANIC. But hey theses guys do a great job helping get the parts I needed to make it work. Thanks guys. And I love that big Ole motor out front
My transmission went out on me in Louisville, found these guys on Google and I was grateful I did. They beat all the competitor pricing and even we're willing to ship it to the shop for me. Great place and a HUGE selection. It's pretty awe inspiring just how big the place is. Friendly people as well. It was all in a great help.
Went to buy a tank truck off these guys .when I got there tank was removed and sold to a farmer to feed grain waste to his cattle . the tank was a human wastewater tank in its first life . hope they at least get the needles out before they feed the cows.
Very big, nice place. Which is why I was surprised when they said I would have to drive down just to "try and match something up" because they couldn't search for my part by part number. I made the trip and left empty handed.
I met with a few of the staff today for a search for an engine, transmission, and a sleeper.
They are well stocked and have a friendly & knowledgeable staff.
Had a really great experience with River City. I purchased a reman 13 speed. Gary was super helpful with my purchase even though I didn't have a core. Thanks you Gary and folks at River City.
They offered 150 for a eaton 1609a thats been converted into a 13. Haha I think I can scrap it for more! Anyways they will cheat ya if they think they can, watch out...
Great place to go for your engine parts, they have nearly everything and if they don't that can send you to who does. We have done a ton of business and I would not hesitate one moment to send a customer of mine their way.
Bought a super ten transmission. When it got to my mechanic he said there was so much water on he couldn't guarantee his work. We questioned the River City parts shipper and come to find out it was not what he sent...returned it and he sent the good one. Thx guys folks and gals. That's good business...
