Car involved in accident, and police called wrecker. I should have waited till my insurance roadside service sent one. Once Suburban gets it ,then it's considered impounded!!!!! You have no access to it till money in hand. They are police backed!!!! If at all possible wait on roadside service. They will tow directly to repair shop and drop. They are set up to make money and they are only WRECKER SERVICES CITY LMPD USE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!ONLY SER TOW SERVICES USED BY LMPD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company has definitely taken a downward turn since the lose of Irvin. So many people being left in charge that have no place having any type of authority. These people now in charge of things have no respect for any one and it's very disappointing to watch this company that was built by an amazing man being ran into the ground after his heart breaking passing. So many in the city of Louisville used to talk so highly on this company and now they will call every other company before this one. Irvin is very missed and we all wish everyone stuck to their word and continued running this company in his image. So sad to see this company today, this is not how he would have wanted things, he's was a very loving and caring man to everyone. Rest in paradise Irvin! We love you and the memories you left behind will always live on.

Had a fantastic experience. Came in less than 30 minutes to help get us off the side of the road and was kind enough to let us know the area a bit so we could get the car fixed. Would highly recommend anyone to use them!!!
Tony (driver 68) was amazing!!! He was courteous and knowledgeable and helped calm me down after a major car malfunction. Not only that - I mistakenly left the keys to the car he delivered to my home - on the back of his tow truck. He drove many miles to another job before he realized it! I was in a business meeting so when he could not reach me - he drove all the way back go my house to drop off the keys. Amazing experience above and beyond!
Debbie held my hand thru a harrowing experience.. it was terribly expensive and remote location .. is this revenue for Metro? Another regressive tax. But that aside, the staff couldn’t be more sympathetic and helpful. Good people.

Great service. I broke down south of Louisville thur. With an oversized load. They were out to me within a hour, young fella wish I got his name he pulled me to local Pete shop just at rush hour an did a great job. Will definitely refer these guys to my co workers. Buyer Beware! Families do not use this company. My daughter was just recently involved in an accident. She was rushed to hospital and this company towed vehicle. Part of their responsibility is keeping vehicles safe while in their care. We went to retrieve items from the vehicle and vehicle had been gone through with items taken. My daughter was coming from Kroger so groceries in vehicle. Manager stated animals probably got in vehicle and took. I’m sure they did and animals were your employees or yourself. Animals don’t raise cup holders to remove change. Animals don’t take paper towels or prune juice. I guess animals are now more diva and require toilet paper to wipe their butts or cell phone chargers because they can get phone plans. This company is ridiculous and management is ridiculous for telling me that mess. I was told I could file a police report. How about you take charge of your company and stop employees from going through your customers’ vehicles!
Will lose your key fob and not return your calls when you report it to them. Will also damage your vehicle without regard. Their customer service is pretty much done in court. Worst tow company in Louisville, only stays in business because they tow for LMPD when there are no LMPD trucks available. If they didn't have that contract, they would be out of business. See you in court!

Moved from Las Vegas NV. To Kentucky. Our rig wouldn't start and was dead. Called Suburban Towing talked with Scott really cool dude. Had the most professional fast hard worker great guy driver Ken #63...Hooked it up dropped it in the most efficient time and manner possible. #1 they are the best!!!!! Danny Pantoja came to me rescue on 8/26/24 my suv was hanging inches away from flipping. He went to extreme measures to ensure that it didn't flip when towing it out of ditch. Not only did he help with this he called to check if i was okay. This system only lets me give five stars but i would honestly say 10 out 10 highly recommend and will only call suruban towing to use again. Thank you from bottom of my heart. Mike came out with a roll back and got this truck off this ledge, I highly recommend this company they know what they are doing for sure and Mike got this done with little to no damage just a small dent. you can’t ask for better than that !

I was 15 minutes away with the keys but he said, I will take care of you. You don’t need to drive all of the way here. He had my car home in 25 minutes after that call. In short, professional, kind, attention to detail, showed care about the quality of the job and protecting my vehicle from additional damage. Very affordable considering the cost of the equipment and both Zach & Austin were onsite for a couple hours. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but I know who I'm calling if I do and I would recommend them to anyone. Details follow.
We accidentally put two wheels over the edge of the road w/ a 3' drop below. Our Expedition was in pretty good shape, only had one flat tire. But the weight of the vehicle was on the underbody and I was concerned that the average towing company would probably just try to winch it and drag it off leading to significantly more damage to the underbody and suspension.
I knew I probably needed a big truck with a boom to lift the SUV up and move it over. I talked to a few people, but when I called Suburban, I spoke with Eric, and he just seemed a lot more professional than the other people I talked with he. They quoted me a few hundred dollars to do the job, which was 1/2 of what another guy quoted me who didn't have a big truck available and was going to need a few guys to try and jack the SUV up and roll it over.
Austin showed up and could tell it was going to be a complicated job and wanted to get another set of eyes on it. Zach lived a few minutes from us and came out to help. They showed a lot of concern for doing the job right and getting the SUV back on the road without causing any additional damage.
They ultimately succeeded by lifting first the front and then the rear. Once it was stable, they helped me change the tire and we were done. I drove it home.
