  If I could give a negative star review I would . Was told it would be a 45 minute max wait for a truck . Over Two hours later and a truck from a different company are you serious ?

  Called them on a Friday evening. I explained the car was at LMPD imposing lot and had to be towed out. I was assured the truck would be there in 45 minutes or less. After over an hour waiting, I called back and was put on hold while they tried to call local tow companies to get me taken care of. At this point, I could tell it was a call center. They finally came back to the line and said they would have to call me back. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I called back in and after several holds, I was told they could not come to the impound lot. I was told to call back in to get my refund started. The refund took several days to receive. I wasted over an hour and a half on this company. I finally called Bennett’s in Indiana and they were there in about 30 minutes and charged $40 less.
