What clients say about River Metals Recycling in Louisville (KY)
Several things wrong with the situation. First of all it says they're open till 4:00, I arrived at 3:45 and they told me they were no longer accepting metals. They said they'll make it an exception and take what I had. What I had was cast bronze, and some cast aluminum. I've been a welder for over 30 years and I know my medals. They tried to tell me that the cast bronze was not bronze, that it was aluminum, and they wanted to give me the lower price. I'm no idiot, I've been working with metal My entire life. And I know the difference between bronze and aluminum. I wouldn't trust them for one second, and I definitely will not be returning.
Twice i’ve been to this place leaving upset. Very lazy employees working for this place.
Since everyone is being robbed of copper right now, and you all are probably buying it perhaps we should be giving you the bill for all this theft.
