This is a pitiful place to try and do business with. i called for 2 days stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I kept calling and when some one anwsers they say can you hold and put you on hold. Pitiful customer service.
EDIT: LKQ is looking into this issue, as they were not involved in any aspect after the sale of the transmission.
It appears the ASC Warranty company bought a recycled transmission from LKQ and sold it as remanufactured.
LKQ has gone out of their way to take a look into this when they didn't need to. This service speaks volumes.

We purchased a remanufactured transmission through Mark Sweeney Buick GMC.
Within less than a year and 40k miles it went out. The dealership suspected the transmission was not up to code when it was installed after seeing the issues.
LKQ told us and the dealership to sit and spin. The dealership needs to pick better suppliers, but I'm not surprised by the dealership's behavior either.
Absolutely.Love this place and the secretary is amazing.I loved her grinch Christmas display.I had to pick up a liner for the front end of my car and it literally only took me about 15 minutes total.Thank you guys for everything.I will be coming back
When I need a part this place is my first go to always for my personal daily or searching for a part. Always a quick easy call and you can get anything answered as to a reference or if just needing info.
Terrible customer service…if you can get them to answer the phone. They do NOT care about the customer. We’ve been ordering from them for years now & it’s always a hassle. Just recently ordered a used engine & the front cover was busted due to their great shipping job. However we purchased a warranty with the engine but now they said it’s not their problem. Im not shocked considering the service they’ve been providing lately but this was the last straw. I would highly recommend Bessler salvage if you’re looking for great customer service and integrity!
Might be a decent place if someone would actually pick up the phone instead of immediately placing you on hold for OVER A HALF AN HOUR. They don't even have the courtesy to speak to you and ask to hold. Just put on hold and left to wait. Tries calling multiple times and the same thing over and over again. Try Grassy Auto Parts instead.
Terrible service, I called 3 times got redirect all three times then they hung up on me all three times. Called about a quote and it was a different price each time. This is my most recent experience with them. They are just as bad as they've always been. If you don't have a big account with them they have no time for you. And the hold times are ridiculous.
I should have read the reviews before contacting them but I was referred from auto zone and I’ll be letting them know to not refer you all anymore. Not only was the customer service terrible I was hung up on. Business blossom when they treat potential and current customers with respect and good manners and they don’t even like to answer questions ask do you all even know what a consultation is smdh very sad and I see it’s been going on awhile so time and I’m sure meetings with upper management doesn’t mean anything at all
The lkq in Lexington Kentucky has terrible service they’re so unorganized it ridiculous it takes them forever to get to you and when they do it takes them forever to go find your part or they tell you that your part is in but when you get there to pick it up they tell you it hasn’t made it there yet if I could give zero stars I would I’m not pleased with there service at all I’ve been up here 3 times for power steering pump and each time they’ve told me my part isn’t here it will be in in the morning but it never seems to Arrive they’re wasting people’s time
LKQ has always been super helpful and very prompt with their service. Their prices are competitive and the ability to have used parts brought in from around the region makes them very convenient.
Tj Thomas that worked there for years was robbing the place blind stealing inventory and selling for cash off trucks and keeping the cash. Was10 to 20 thousand dollars or more hes stole from you guys. Seen it happened and tj told me what he was doing also stole
Driver today, 01/16/18, with plates 546266 is either extremely rude or just ignorant. As I was pulling out of a lot he backed in and blocked me in. Only to get out and not actually deliver anything. He had plenty of space to back up farther, which should be noted.
If you have a LOT of money they have good motors, the girls out front know nothing about exchange parts, it's like trying to buy a motor from rock auto.
Well, it's a great place for automobile parts, as they are quick, friendly, attentive, and professional just to name a few qualities. They check to see if an item is truly in stock before they will sell it to you as a walk-in customer, and the parts are pulled immediately for you. The staff is very knowledgable and will make sure you have everything you need so you do not need to make multiple trips for one repair.
