Courteous, reasonable people. A gentleman got me here just as they were closing up, they let me run in and grab the part I needed anyway. Quick, easy, painless and pleasant.
Drove an hour and a half to find out the part wasn't even on the car! The guy I spoke to on the phone couldn't even take a 3-minute walk to let me know before I made a wasted trip!
Easy, tell them what vehicle you need parts off, if they have any there you pay $3 and go see if the parts you need are there. If the parts you need are there you remove them and pay on the way out. They have wheel barrows at the entarnce to haul your plunder out in.
Called, provided my title, lein release, photo ID, ALL VIA TEXT BTW!!! AND whamo, was scheduled for the next day, to get my clunker out of my driveway! Not only do I get to put extra dollars in my pocket, I don't have to pay for a tow and deal with all the drama. They really just made my day! Would give 10 stars if I could.

I was able to get in and get out quickly. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The yard is well organized and wheelbarrows were available for use. They even have a 30 day warranty.
Make your list and check the inventory before you go. They have wheel barrows with 2 front wheels, way easier than a 1 wheeler. And if you need a lot of parts, you'll need it.

Yes it was easy to get around but I've never been to a junk yard where they charge 3 dollars to just walk thru junk. I'll never be there again. That's a good way to make easy money bunch of crooks. I don't want to leave a star but it won't let me post

My granddaughter had a car she needed to junk. I stopped by Bluegrass U Pull to see if they could help. Stacy was wonderful; kind, professional, and friendly. She made the process easy. They are coming it to tow the car, gave her a fair price, and included all the steps to process the vehicle. I highly recommend them if you need to junk a vehicle. Both thumbs up!!

i just wanna give a big shout out to louis, he knew everything there was to know about the yard off the top of his head and walked me step by step on pullin a motor for my honda before i even got back to the car!! i will definitely be back here in the near future!!
I will be doing all my business here. I had a mobile mechanic charge me $450 for a issue he couldn't find. I go to bluegrass upullsave here in my hometown of Lexington & guess what? All I needed was a fan belt! The gentleman knew exactly what it was. He is so smart! His name is Louis. I tell you what, he saved me so much $ from these mobile mechanics whom don't even know what there doing. I am a female & he was so polite. I didn't feel out of place. Ya know "men" are the mechanics Definitely 5stars. I will see y'all soon.
I have really bad social anxiety and as a result I let my junked car sit in front of my house for over a year. Bluegrass U Pull & Save was able to pick up my car less than a week after initially contacting them, and less than 24 hours after I sent in necessary documents. I was able to use text communication which was a HUGE bonus for me, and the associate I texted with was so kind and helpful. The process of picking up my car was quick and painless! Needed to pull a part for a car of mine. Note that Google directions will take you next door to the other part of the business that sells Auto Parts. Use the driveway adjacent that's 40 ft prior to what Google tells you. There is a check-in process where you have to log in your name. They do not tell you over the phone that it is $3 to get in and if you don't find your part you do not get a refund. That being said, they're mostly accurate on the location of the vehicle but you need to pull part off of. They also have used tires of varying quality and depth tread for sale. Appears they have a generic pricing system that does not discriminate between makes of vehicles. Very helpful staff. Note that if you do have to call them back for some reason your calls are logged in through a call center and not the local business.
This is the first junkyard I've ever walked through and I was impressed by how organized it was! And that they can print out compatible vehicle information for what you are looking for!! Super helpful. I'll definitely be back, just gotta round up some tools and such :) and I saw a bunny so, I take that as a sign of good luck.
If you want to get rid of a car that no longer operates this is the place to call. It was easy and then the pick up was quick. Had a check on the spot. Not great that I had a vehicle that was now worth practically nothing, but at least getting rid of it was easy and convenient.
This company was helpful, efficient, and straightforward. I had no problems working with them. They made a good offer and honored it. They kept me informed about pick-up time and didn't keep me waiting. The entire process went as smoothly as it could.
I have tried 3 other companies: one never showed up for the appointment, one reduced their offer a few hours later, and one made a ridiculously low offer.
