This company was helpful, efficient, and straightforward. I had no problems working with them. They made a good offer and honored it. They kept me informed about pick-up time and didn't keep me waiting. The entire process went as smoothly as it could. I have tried 3 other companies: one never showed up for the appointment, one reduced their offer a few hours later, and one made a ridiculously low offer. I am very happy with the business and would highly recommend it.
If you want to get rid of a car that no longer operates this is the place to call. It was easy and then the pick up was quick. Had a check on the spot. Not great that I had a vehicle that was now worth practically nothing, but at least getting rid of it was easy and convenient.
The entire process was exceptional! Courtney was informative and able to work with us to make every step as simple as it could be. I would certainly recommend Bluegrass U Pull & Save to everyone who wants a hassle-free experience!
