Took my car in for a consultation to see which brakes needed replaced. They told me that my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I bought my own parts and brought them in. I was charged $120 for them to replace them. Come to find out, they didn't put the new rotors in, they just smoothed the old ones. Now a few months have passed and I'm having to pay a different shop almost $700 to replace the brakes, rotors, and bearings. Do not trust this shop.
We broke down as we were passing through town, Stacy came in on her day off to help us! The kindest people you could ever meet! Thank you for your help and kindness! We will be forever grateful!
This is definitely the worst machinic shop to approach with constructed car issues, they will tell you about car troubles that you did not bring the car into the shop with. Overall you will not get the car in the same form that you suggested, this is a weak shop that has exhausted the potential of what they could become, I suggest that anyone reading this, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
I went here to have my spark plugs changed on my day off. The lady that works there changrd them and right off the bat my car started missing and they blamed my car even though it had no miss to begin with. They have nearly destroyed my car and charged me $80 this happend on 11/14/2020. If you value your car do not bring it here. Took them 4 hours and they were not able to fix my car DO NOT GO HERE
It was a Saturday after 5 pm and I was in town dropping my daughter off at school and my alternator started to go out. I called them and left a message on their voicemail. A woman called me back within a few minutes and said that if I could by the part they'd meet me at the shop and take care of me. They did and had me up and running within the hour and I was on my way finishing up moving my daughter in.
