My experience with Roadside King was GREAT he came fast unlocked my car within minutes and was very nice within the process! Will recommend to everybody who needs service last minute and GREAT prices!
Called AAA today because I locked my keys in the car. The Roadside King came out, the gentleman was friendly, kind and professional. He got right to work. Was done in just a few minutes. Checked my AAA card. And the service was over. Bright spot in an otherwise not good moment. I appreciated it!

Wanted to share how kind and helpful this gentleman was to help me and changed my flat tire while I was visiting Lexington Ky. He went beyond my expectations not only by arriving very quickly (15 mins) he was very kind to me and my puppy that was traveling with me. It’s nice to know there are still true gentlemen in this world that can come to our rescue. Nice to know that if my niece who lives in lexington has any kind of car trouble I will have a contact person to call and help her that we can trust. Thanks again for getting me back to Western Ky. He was a Godsend.
I blew a tire at night, and they came within 45 minutes and had me back on the road within 15! They were quick and competent, and made sure I was safely on my way.

Fast service / answers phone and calls you back with update ended up with flat tire and waited three hours for roadside to finally get someone for me and if In Lexington I will Not be calling roadside I’ll be calling Thomas ! He was great have jaded his cars to my daughter at the university and will highly recommend to anyone in the area !!
The name speaks for itself!! Greatly appreciate the service provided!! Tire was flat, fix a flat applied an air but tire wouldn’t take air. Lug nuts were too tight to take tire off. Thomas showed up, removed the tire, serviced the valve stem and applied air. Price was outstanding!!! Felt more like family showing up and not just service for money! Blessings!!

Front tire was flat and he was thoughtful enough to put the “donut tire” on the back and move the back tire to the front, since we mentioned that had to travel on interstate. Thank you Roadside King! We're from out of town and got a flat in the worse place possible. Our babies were crying and the tow trucks were going to take an hour to get to us. Flat tire and then dead battery on I-75 late afternoon on a Sunday. Temps pushing 90 degrees. Thank goodness for The Roadside King! They were so kind and helpful and got there as quick as could be expected.

About this time last year my, new born and I were on our way to St. Louis when we ended up getting a flat in our excursion. I thought I had everything that I needed to change the tire, however I was wrong. Out of no where comes Thomas, asked us if we needed help and took care of us with out hesitation. He even checked to make sure that the tire pressure in the spare was good. This is a good man and he offers fantastic roadside assistance. I am very thankful for him.
Thank God for this gentleman who fixed my flat tire! He responded fast and had me on the road in minutes! Checked and filled up my other 3 tires. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Also helped me install Bluetooth, just to be helpful and nice! Please call him for any car woes and he’ll go that extra mile to take great care of you!
The Roadside King assisted me with unlocking my car after the initial service provider, Jack Rabbit, failed to appear and complete the service. I waited over 2 hours for the Jack Rabbit provider and waited less than half an hour from the time my service was assigned to the Roadside King and I was back on the road. Thanks so much for being prompt, friendly, professional, and awesome!

Very great service! Texted him my address and he was there within 30 minutes. He was super helpful and explained exactly what the problem was, had my car running in just a few minutes! Pricing was also extremely reasonable. Will definitely be using him in the future if I have the need. Super friendly and professional.

Had a great experience this morning! My battery died and the roadside king was at my car jumping the battery in less then 30 minutes! He was helpful, kind and very reasonably priced! Will save his number for future unexpected occurrences!
Wow! What quick service. Literally 20 minutes after making the call for service I was back on the road. Will use this company with my personal vehicle if the time comes. Friendly worker that knows exactly what he is doing. Call him if you are in need of emergency road service.
I am recommending his service to all my friends and co-workers that on the road constantly.
If you are broke down, out of gas, locked out, in need of help you will not go wrong with calling “The Roadside King”. You call one of the other roadside companies I will not guarantee great service, I will with The Roadside King.

I caught a flat on the night of July 23rd, called around the following morning and found The Roadside King. Thomas came out to my residence and took care of everything with a brand new tire from a tire store. The same day in the evening, I caught another flat 2 counties over, on the new tire!!! He's on his way as I type this review.
Aside from being clutch, Thomas offers many other roadside services and has great prices; he's a honest, hard-working man! This review serves as a recommendation to anyone in need or may need roadside assistance. The Roadside King is my pick! Make them yours, too.
My daughter & I were locked out of my car I called my roadside assistance and they connected us to this company and not only did he call us to inform our of his ETA he came on time if not sooner, pleasant, clean appearance, informal & can hold a conversation while doing his duties. Thomas was such a wonderful help! He arrived with 10-15 minutes in the pouring rain. He was very courteous & professional. He quickly took care of my flat tire & recharged my battery & even made sure my other tires were safe to go as well. He made sure to inform me of how cautiously I should drive in the rain on a spare tire. Amazing service!
I locked myself out of my vehicle. The serviceman called me up. Let me know the time he'd be here, which was 12 min. Also asked if I would like for him to call once he arrived? I said,please! He did that as well! He came on time and unlocked my vehicle within seconds. Truly great service!
Needed help with keys being locked in the vehicle. Thomas contacted me quickly to let me know he was on his way. Arrived sooner than expected and got my keys out quickly as well. Nice guy, awesome service. Definitely call him when you need help! I sure will!

I got a flat tire this morning at 6:45 after waiting almost 4 hours for someone to come they finally got a hold of this amazing man who came within 20 minutes and replaced my tire. He apologized and couldn’t believe I waited this long but it wasn’t even his fault it was my insurance company! Next time I have any problems with my car I’ll be quick to call him first! He was super nice, fast and had me on my way within 10 minutes of his arrival! Thank you Thomas so much!!!
I had a flat tire, that was installed incorrectly. Thomas discovered that two of the lug nuts were cross threaded. Followed me to provider who last serviced the tire, to make sure I didn’t run out of air on the way. Then made a referral for me to get the problem resolved. Great attention to detail. True commitment to customer care and safety. I’d call him again, 11 times out of 10.
Wow! I could not be happier with the service I got from The Roadside King! Thomas was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, capable and prompt.
