Went in to have a couple things inspected on my late model car. They were courteous, fast, and great communication. Will return if needing help with my car.
UPDATE: They have replaced the fuel spider but the truck still hasn’t been running right. I have found one of the ground wires is completely broke in half where you have to crawl into the engine bay to work. It would have been nice to have had a little extra final inspection done to catch this, because I would have just paid to have it fixed. It’s just a wire, no big deal. Now I got to try and replace it myself. I don’t know if their Facebook page was taken down or if they blocked me but it is what it is. I’m going to be honest about my experiences and people don’t like it. This mistake has cost me hundreds in rental car and a uber to go pick it up out of pocket.
we spoke today and the tech that worked on the vehicle is no longer employed there. They have offered to tow the truck in and fix it for free. I will update once this is resolved.
They did a fuel spider for my gmc sierra less than a year ago. It’s starting to act up again and turns out only a 90 day warranty on the part!?!?! You get more than that buying it from anywhere else. I also asked them to take off the upper manifold and do the gaskets but they didn’t. $1500 for a fuel spider replacement is crazy. And it didn’t even last.
I have brought my car in twice now and both time I have gotten my car back that same day! Both times I have also gotten a call to confirm I want to continue with repairs knowing the price. They have always been helpful and ready to repair my car! And they are always very kind, and that makes the whole experience better. This place is close to UK and student housing which makes it easier for us college students. Would definitely recommend!

Well, I cannot even say, no words seem to approach the level of gratitude I have to Tony, been to Tony's like 10x. Son's car (3x), Daughters (3x), Wife's (2x), Mine (2x), every time I go there it's like family. When I get the car back (quickly) it's perfect, nada, 100%. Daughter has a tendency of trashing cars, this last one I was going to junk, Tony and that crew had it going like a Porsche in 2 days, and it was bad when towed in. Put your trust in Tony, I always will (just told my sis to call him for service), it's hard to find someone reputable these days, but you have no worries when you take your car here. Take the leap, just do it. Been going to Tony for like 9 years, so honest review.
Amazing people, super helpful! They looked at my car the day after arriving to them. They did an inspection and even cleaned out my mass flow sensor for no cost. I so highly recommend them if you need anything done with your vehicle!
These guys just earned a customer for life! Brought in my vehicle with some axle/transmission issues, tho I wasn’t sure what they were exactly. At other places in town I had been quoted double or more for similar work. Tony’s got my car looked at and fixed up same day and at a fraction of the bloated quotes from the tire shops. Super friendly, super transparent about the work being done. They called me to let me know what they thought needed to be done and quoted me an amazing price. When they found another issue after the first quote, they called me up and told me what it was before starting the work. The quote matched the bill when I picked it up. These guys are life savers. Outstanding service!!! I am from out of state, and called Tony's to ask for an inspection on a vehicle which I was considering. Not only did Tony's perform the inspection for free, Tony's caught painted-over rust on the undercarriage. Would absolutely use once more -- Angel & Carlos did right by me.

I brought in my Nissan for a clogged sunroof drain and received excellent service. They knew exactly what to do and didn't charge me for the repair. Very honest people. This was my first visit to Tony's and I will be back as needed!

Tony has been my saving grace numerous times! After a car accident, he helped me navigate insurance companies. Always able to squeeze me in when I need an oil change. Even recommended a window tint company and detail company. He’s my go to guy for all things car!

Honestly thought I found a good place, and maybe they’re good but they screwed me today. Told me they could fix my car, scheduled an appointment and dropped it off all day. They called me saying they would have to charge more to fix it and I said no problem. Came to pick up my car and they said the job was too hard. It’s a blower motor on a 2018 ford escape. Sure lots of wires to unplug but I was told it would be fixed and agreed to the price. So now I’m sitting here on the holiday weekend with no AC. Thanks for the waste of time.
I just picked my car up from the shop after it was repaired for a collision. I moved here from Michigan and was nervous about trying a new repair shop but I definitely went to the right place. They did an amazing job and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Tony gave me a quote a couple hours after bringing the car in and the car was fixed in a very timely manner especially for the parts being on back order. Angel and Carlos were amazing to work with and kept me updated on the status of the repair and were kind enough to offer to give me a ride when I needed to run to the bank. The prices here are very fair and the 5% off when paying with cash was a great deal. I will definitely be making this my regular repair/maintenance shop. Thank you so much to everyone here for the great experience!
In my personal opinion.. I feel like Tony is one of the best mechanics to go to. You tell him what problems you're car has. He takes his time to get to the root of the problem and let you know exactly what it may be. He takes into consideration to fix the problems and makes sure his customers leave with satisfaction. He's affordable and not expensive. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their car to him. Never disappoints. -JAY

My girlfriend and I arrived an hour before close with battery issues, and Tony had us ready to roll in less than 30 minutes. Not only did we receive a speedy repair, the customer service was one of a kind. Tony and his crew and such genuine men. The talent and charisma that this crew possesses are next level. I’m extremely grateful that Tony was able to fix my issue quickly (airflow hose replacement) during the busy holiday season and at a fair price! Before finding Tony’s, I had several unfortunate experiences with other auto repair shops and felt that I had been taken advantage of repeatedly as a female customer. If you need mechanic work on your vehicle stop looking anywhere other than Tony’s. His shop is the best in town. Very honest quotes, they do an excellent job and they are fast. We have had 4-5 different repairs done to two of our vehicles over the last 5+ years. Every time Tony’s has done incredible work (A/C work, accident damage repair, engine work even and just this week they replaced a variable timing solenoid and came in under budget from the original quote. I always appreciate the integrity, honesty and great work they do! Keep it up and thanks again Tony!
The air shocks went out in our Equus, so we took it to a dealership. One of the service technicians was so rude to my husband when he called a couple of days later to check on the progress that he called later to apologize. After almost a week, they finally quoted repairs at $9,218, then mentioned buying the car from us when we balked at the quote -- oh, hell no. We were forced to pay a $400 "diagnostic fee," even though it was painfully obvious what was wrong as the car was almost dragging on the ground AND we told them what was wrong when we took it there.
We had our car towed from the dealership to Tony's. Tony was very kind and sympathetic and actually helped us source the replacement parts to purchase ourselves and keep the price down -- they were $554. Once the parts came in, Tony had our car repaired in less than a day at a price of $455. No diagnostic fee, no waiting a week, no rudeness, no BS.
So.....dealership = $9,618....Tony's = $1,009. Guess who will have ALL of our car repair business from now on? Guess who we will recommend every time a friend or neighbor needs any type of car work done? I cannot recommend Tony's Automotive Repair strongly enough -- a repair shop you can trust that actually cares about customers.
Took the car here for the 1st time and was very pleased with the service. Had to make an appointment. They scheduled about a week or so out from the date of intial call. Definitely a shop you can trust.
