I just picked my car up from the shop after it was repaired for a collision. I moved here from Michigan and was nervous about trying a new repair shop but I definitely went to the right place. They did an amazing job and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Tony gave me a quote a couple hours after bringing the car in and the car was fixed in a very timely manner especially for the parts being on back order. Angel and Carlos were amazing to work with and kept me updated on the status of the repair and were kind enough to offer to give me a ride when I needed to run to the bank. The prices here are very fair and the 5% off when paying with cash was a great deal. I will definitely be making this my regular repair/maintenance shop. Thank you so much to everyone here for the great experience!
Tony has serviced all my cars for several years. I never hesitate bringing a car to him. He’s got amazing customer skills, makes you feel like he’s got your back and you’ll be taken care of. The bill is always reasonable and I don’t have to question what was done. His word is impeccable. I won’t take a vehicle to anyone else in Lexington. Tell Tony I sent you!!!
In my personal opinion.. I feel like Tony is one of the best mechanics to go to. You tell him what problems you're car has. He takes his time to get to the root of the problem and let you know exactly what it may be. He takes into consideration to fix the problems and makes sure his customers leave with satisfaction. Tony has been my saving grace numerous times! After a car accident, he helped me navigate insurance companies. Always able to squeeze me in when I need an oil change. Even recommended a window tint company and detail company. He’s my go to guy for all things car!
Just got my brakes changed here and I’m seriously impressed. Not only was he by far the cheapest mechanic in town, but he also got the job done same day with no hassle. Honestly thought I found a good place, and maybe they’re good but they screwed me today. Told me they could fix my car, scheduled an appointment and dropped it off all day. They called me saying they would have to charge more to fix it and I said no problem. Came to pick up my car and they said the job was too hard. It’s a blower motor on a 2018 ford escape. Sure lots of wires to unplug but I was told it would be fixed and agreed to the price.
So now I’m sitting here on the holiday weekend with no AC. Thanks for the waste of time.
Towed my 2004 Jetta in. Wouldn't want to turn over. Got it two days later. Simple fuse I overlooked. Didn't charge me a cent. Friendly staff and very professional. Even though I didn't have a big fix to brag about. I can brag about Tony and his crew. I will be a repeat customer if repeating needs repeatin'.
Tony’s is the best by far. He charges fair labor and he and his mechanics do a terrific job. I have been using him for over a year and his shop is top notched.
Took my car in because there was minor shaking. Was told that cv axle and rack and pinion needed replacement along with brakes and rotors and a caliper. I brought my car to the shop my parents’ use, whose inspection revealed that some fluid (which was not consistent with either of these parts) was put on/sprayed on the axle and rack, but there was no evidence of any sort of leakage of fluid, and they were in perfectly fine condition. Don’t bring your car here without being wary of being scammed.
I had a hub cap fly off a car and scratch and dent the hood of my car. As a young girl, I get nervous going to auto places, as I don’t know if I’m being up-charged. I went to two shops on the northside of town that wanted to repaint the entire hood and charge me over $1,000. I drove over to Tony’s for another opinion. He saw me quickly and buffed out the scratch for free. I was about to burst into tears. I couldn’t afford what the other shops were quoting me, and I’m now furious knowing that they were wanting to do unnecessary work. I will take my car here for every issue and need!!! Thank you!!

My girlfriend and I arrived an hour before close with battery issues, and Tony had us ready to roll in less than 30 minutes. Not only did we receive a speedy repair, the customer service was one of a kind. Tony and his crew and such genuine men. The talent and charisma that this crew possesses are next level. Hands down best auto shop in Lexington.

Highly recommend, their team was excellent, they handled my visit with efficiency. Their professionalism and organizational skills were evident. The staff consistently demonstrated politeness and respect. Had an issue with my cigarette lighter wasn’t working, they had me in and out!
My boyfriend changed the control arms in my car, but with more problems in the CV axel, we decided to take it in. They claimed the CV axels and stabilizer links were in need of replacement. There was no explanation on the work done to the car, and no old parts to be shown. We were rushed to pay an outrageous fee with no specification between part prices and overpriced labor. No inspection was done, and my car started to have more problems a few weeks later with the control arms once again, they claimed to not have touched.
Moreover, after thorough verification, they seemed to have stolen our newly replaced, driver’s control arm (estimated $200). The current arm is rusted and visibly different from when we put it in ourselves, within less than a month of personal maintenance.
I dont know if this is fraud or what, but to all in need of car repairs, avoid Tony’s at all costs. With shady business practices (like half fixing your car so you come back), they’re out to steal your money.

This is not a false review nor full of false accusations, making your “fighting” of my experience and trying to take down my review is even more alarming. So please don’t claim you’re “sorry to hear that.”
Yes, my mother did pay over $1000 for your services, because I am a full time college student who cannot afford to waste money on unreliable services. She can afford to throw money at the problem, whereas me and my partner cannot, hence why we have been working on it ourselves and are keen to notice disturbing discrepancies. In the reciept, you do not specify the cost of the new parts from the labor, allowing you to overcharge $750 in labor compared to the parts worth no more than $250. The estimate was not ran by me, as if it was, the red flags would have been apparent. However, you took advantage of my ma’s ignorance to car maintenance, probably not expecting us to notice the part swap.
Moreover, you do not address any of my other concerns regarding the old parts, the vagueness of your reciept, or the rush to get us to pay with minimal consultation. It sounds like you only want to dispute the theivery, which I find rather telling.
When you take in your primary source of transportation into a shop, you have no choice but to trust the business to do you right. We were so in denial of being taken advantage of that we combed through all of the pictures on our work of the car, comparing pictures of the control arm side by side to the part we have currently. It is irrefutable that the part we have now is not the one we put in ourselves.
I reached out to your business earlier today, with no resolution, rather getting cussed out by the owner himself. I have no interest in your people touching my car, as your practices have endangered our lives in driving our vehicle. I will, however, be seeking legal guidance. We’ll be in touch.

I brought our 4Runner to Tony’s & he installed a new suspension, updated headlights, roof rack & some other odds & ends. Tony & his crew did a fantastic job! Better than new now! I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any automotive need! Tony & his crew are extremely knowledgeable & got the job done perfectly! I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars!!!!!
Always remember take it to Tony's first. Tony will always get it right. Got a timing belt and water pump switched out. Very pleased how my Land cruiser came out at Tony's. Highly recommend
We had a broken sway bar link on our way to Tennessee from Michigan. They were fantastic, fixed it very quickly and gave us a reccomendation for a place to get coffee while we waited. Best service I've had at an auto shop by far.
I’m extremely grateful that Tony was able to fix my issue quickly (airflow hose replacement) during the busy holiday season and at a fair price! Before finding Tony’s, I had several unfortunate experiences with other auto repair shops and felt that I had been taken advantage of repeatedly as a female customer. Tony was a godsend, and everyone in the waiting area spoke highly of his business. He has earned my trust for any future repairs my car may require.
Check engine light came on over the weekend on my Silverado. I called Tony Monday afternoon and dropped my truck off Monday evening (after hours), by Tuesday midafternoon he had my truck fixed and I picked it up Tuesday around 530. Highly recommend. This will be my repair shop for foreseeable future.

Heard good things about this place, unfortunately I was looking to get my car worked on, I had an appointment to drop off at 8am & was told it should be ready by 12. I called At 12 to check on it and it hadn’t even been worked on yet no calls to say it would be longer or anything. As a person who had an appointment I felt it was like of unprofessional.
If you need mechanic work on your vehicle stop looking anywhere other than Tony’s. His shop is the best in town. Very honest quotes, they do an excellent job and they are fast. We have had 4-5 different repairs done to two of our vehicles over the last 5+ years. Every time Tony’s has done incredible work (A/C work, accident damage repair, engine work even and just this week they replaced a variable timing solenoid and came in under budget from the original quote. I always appreciate the integrity, honesty and great work they do! Keep it up and thanks again Tony!
