I’ve been in several advanced auto parts stores and have always had a wonderful experience… until I went in this one. I went in and no one seemed glad I came into the store, as well as like they did not want to be there. I needed new windshield wipers. The guy acted like it was a big deal to look them up. He said you need these two sizes and you can pick them out on this aisle. Most them time the person looking them up will tell me which ones they suggest or ask if I’m looking to stay in a certain price range, not him. I got a pick some out and he’s gone when I go to check out. A lady rings me up and that’s all. No one ever offered to install them for me. I’ve always had the worker say come on, I’ll put these on for you and then you’ll be good to go. Worst experience ever at one of these stores. Very unfriendly and not helpful.

It’s bitter cold , my battery died. Gave Noah a call here at advanced auto on new Circle, he gave me a price that I could live with, he is very friendly , helpful and changed my battery once I got to the store. Noah is my hero today. I have to take care of business.

Great customer service and plenty of parts... I would highly recommend this store if you were in need of and help finding what part or tools you may need for the repairs you're trying to do.

I got stranded in Lexington on east side and if these guys working thurday night hadn’t been working I’d still be stuck, they were all very intelligent with what was going on with my truck and def helped me out with getting it fixed when no other parts store on the east side could due to not knowin automotive lol thanks yall appreciate huge!!!!!!!! Only part store needed on our side lol the rest can barely help def and def dont go across street lol

I can’t say enough about how great this group of guys are! The best. I know what I’m doing .. know my parts and how to make sure I get the right one first time. So do these guys. They ask the right questions and make sure they are getting all the info. That’s rare for a corporate store like this. Have to say though... not just this store... I called a couple like always and by the time I got here I got the RIGHT part for the right price. Caleb and the manager... hands down the best experience I’ve had finding and getting the right part at the moment I need a part. Emergency or not these guys got you! Recommended for life

Never open on time in the mornings. Terrible employees. This place is a UPS drop location. I had pre-paid packages sitting on thier floor for over a week and they wouldn't give to the UPS driver. Had to pick them up and take somewhere else. Bad managmebt

It was horrible! The guy didn't act like he knew anything. All I needed was two bulbs. He takes the ones I brought with me and comes back with a set and holds them out and says this one's bigger and looks at me like what should I do. I just told him " it's his job he should know what do. I WILL NEVER go back to one of your stores Ever!

They quickly checked my car battery, starter and alternator at their store for free, via their portable computer, then gave me a printed copy of the results! I'm accustomed to being insulted and overcharged by car people, but Advance Auto was friendly and respectful, giving me just the facts without the snarkiness. Very refreshing experience here! I will definitely buy from here.

Loves this place! Had a terrible experience the day before with the Advance a few miles up the road and decided to come to this location the day after and what a difference! Everybody was so nice and helpful. Carlos was an awesome dude. Helped me and made me feel like a customer should. I recommend this store 1000%.

Ok if i could give it a negative rating. I would. The one employee that was nice to everyone saved that. Bradley was his name he was very nice to everyone and helpful. Now on the other hand the female whos name was Sam had a attitude with everyone. She was very rude to the customers . Then as we was sitting in our vehicle to leave sam goes out to smoke with another female worker that wasnt helpful at all she was outside talking smack with her to where i could hear loud and clear.. I dont recommend this place if shes there. They need to get rid of her cause shes gonna cost this store a lose in customers and money. I will go to oreillys or auto zone from now own. I will be calling this store so i can complain to store managers,regional manager, district manager and corporate office and all social networking site. Worse experience ever.... Not to mention the customers didn't have on any masks....

My alternator went bad on our trip to WV & thank God this was the closest Auto store near me because I couldn’t have received better customer service anywhere else thanks to Tony!! He is truly an asset to this establishment! Tony, thank you again so very much!!

Customer service is extremely poor. The associates continuously huffed and puffed as customers entered the store. I was told to step aside to await battery testing so they could assist other customers who didn't need diagnostics along with 4 others. They skipped over me, addressed 3 others and then began addressing walk ins. When I went back to the counter they told me I would have to wait. Apparently my business was not as important as others, so I left and went to another auto parts store. Ridiculous!!

Absolutely disgusting service. The staff refused to let my 70 year old mother with Parkinsons disease use the bathroom while I was picking up a part. She literally had to BEG to use the bathroom. She was so humilated that she nearly cried. Shameful.

It's a wonderful place to shop. They have all the parts you can possibly need for your vehicle and they stand behind their warranty on their parts. I get absolutely all of my automotive parts from here. I shop no where else. They're very understanding on any issue or part. Alot of knowledge here.

They got me what I needed in a reasonable time at the price quoted. The people I spoke with knew what they were doing and very approachable and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

Typical cheap parts store. They advertise like they have knowledgeable mechanics on staff but really hire anyone off the street. Good place for cheap parts as long as they can find it in the computer. If you need anything odd or need advice go somewhere else.

I tried my very best to look for what i was lookn for n they didnt exactly hsve it plus im dupposed to get an employee discount through the public school systems n throgh thr city n didnt n they told me not on fluids n o rileys does on sum i do belive n alot cheaper then they are !

Worst customer service experience ever, place order online to so I can get in and out quickly, when I ask the manager Nathan for help he directs me to the 1800 number (which is not in service hours), because he is sitting down and doesn't seem like he could be bothered, I call the 1800 number and it says its after hours, when I ask him for help again he still can't be bothered and can't help in any way with the order I placed, worst service ever will never shop Advance again !!

Staff very knowledgeable. Nice for free battery and wiper blade install with purchase. Can borrow small tools. Some offer free electronic diagnosis.

Every other Advance Auto I've been to has always had online orders ready when I showed up. This one had plenty of time, but I still had to wait while they picked the parts after I showed up and asked for the order.

I dreaded going here because of previous experience. But after going to other places and not finding the water resistant electrical switch I needed, I thought I would try them again. Customer service was non existent still. The young guy pointed me toward the electrical parts aisle, and said " If we've got one , it might be in that area, but i don't know " Sadly, I'm ordering what I need from Amazon.

I placed an order online and was sent a notice "your order is ready for pickup", three people behind the counter four customers waiting to checkout everything seemed to not be where sales associates were looking for it, including my order that they had no clue what the part even was, (a lawn mower solenoid) then was rude about it, geezus people
