Service tech didn't know his elbo from his boit lace. Could not properly use the battery tester. Or know which tools where which. So, I bought battery and a diff store that did.

Very friendly service. They directed me where to go to get my headlight fixed. And when I asked to borrow tools to do it myself they were quick to say yes. They also stayed to watch bc I am a girl..lol but quickly learned that I knew my way around and then complimented my skills and told me if I needed work they knew of a shop that needed help. I was flattered.

My wife came in today and bought a battery from the Assistant Manager Adam I believe his name He gave us all the options and talked us thought the different levels of battery Oreilly offers and we ended up getting the Platinum AGM cause of the Warranty it has. But I wanted to give a Big thank you to Adam and there Manager Kim because Adam was even able to put the battery in and get my wife back on the road. And Kim Kept my Wife calm and collect while all of it was going down. So thank you to you Guys. Will be Stopping there again.

Just make sure if you go to the store that you have the complexion for the protection because there are certain people that are just not welcomed not waited on and/or not even acknowledge but that’s fine. My money is good in other places if I’m not welcome neither is my money. Thank you.

Incredible customer service! We were having AC issues during a long road trip with pets in the car. We called to make sure they had the right refrigerant and they even had it on the counter ready for us to check out as soon as we got there. Very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile!

My old truck wouldn't hold a charge, I jump started it and went to O'Reillys on new circle. They ran a diagnostic to determine if it was the battery, the alternator, or the starter was the culprit, FOR FREE. It turned out to be the battery. I didn't have the tools I needed, so they loaned me tools, gave me expert advice and helped me with the repairs. I highly recommend this location of O'Reillys they went above and beyond what a customer could expect to help me get back on the road. Bill, the manager, and several other employees joined in to aid me, I'm just so thankful that these folks were around, it could have been a costly ordeal. All of them deserve raises, all I can do is give them praises.

Dakota/Allen was great to talk to from the moment he answers the phone. He was very knowledgeable about products. Definitely always stopping here first for now on. Took no time to get a new battery and back in the road.

My dad and I stopped at this location to get my battery tested. Dakota ran the test and found that the battery was good. He took an extra mile and brought us water afterwards due to the heat. We were not expecting that by any means. His customer service was absolutely impeccable and that makes me want to come back and spend my money with them. Dakota needs a raise!

Racially profiling my friend I brought to the store for stealing. Made him empty his pockets & he Took off his pants to prove he wasn’t stealing to avoid police being called. Didn’t know stuff like this was still happening in 2022. Why didn’t they just check the cameras rather then embarrass a customer. He puts on my breaks for me & was Looking around the store while I was buying the breaks at the counter.

I am SO grateful I visited this location this evening. I’ve had issues with my car’s heat going out/engine stalling after picking it up from a collision center December of last year. Since I was unable to get my car back into the collision center until monday(this will be the second return visit after picking it up) and my check engine light was on, I tried oreilly’s.
To say Dakota went above and beyond would be an understatement. This kid ran the scan and told me I was out of coolant. After listening to me mumble some nonsense about blown fuses, he performed some magic with funnels and burps, in the 14 degree weather, even though he didn’t have to(and it took a while). Not only did he take time to help me, he remained patient and informative. My car’s problems have miraculously been remedied, and I know what to look for in the future if it ever happens. 10/10 will visit again for any of my car needs.Jan 30, 2022 -

YOU MIGHT GET A CHECK FOR YOUR ENGINE LIGHT FOR FREE OF CHARGE EVEN IN COLD WEATHER. AND IN NO TIME THEY CAN FIND FOR YOU THE PART , AND IT'S THE RIGHT FOR YOUR VEHICLE MOST OF THE TIME.

There is an employee there named JT...pretty sure he used to work at auto zone and was the reason I stopped going there. Will not do anything to help you because apparently it takes up to much energy!!! Guess I won’t be going back to this location!

When my car failed to start despite my attempt to fix it there in their lot after buying what I thought it needed, they were more than accommodating to my need to leave it until late the following day. Yeah, I'm sure this happens a lot at Auto parts stores, but still, greatly appreciated!

I would give no stars, but not allowed. I asked the sales person for a certain product, and the sales person wouldn't answer my question after I asked him 3 times. But, he tried to sell me other items that I didn't ask about, and when I confronted the sales person, they got mad, used profanity and asked me to leave the store. I suggest that anyone would save their time and trouble, and find a better business that appreciates the customer.

Stopped here after work one morning. My car required taking about 8 screws out before you could even get to the break light and I didn’t have the correct kind of wrench to do it. The manager Pablo went out of his way to help me change the stupidly difficult breaklight when he didn’t have to. Excellent customer service.

Found it easily enough, but the location suffers from the difficulty of getting in or getting out - it's easy to get in and out of their parking lot but you're stuck having to do u-turns if you need to go back the way you came. Otherwise it's fine as auto part stores go.
