My husband came to look for some parts, but the guy who was helping him was very rude and seem to be stressed out, is sad when you are coming from far away to find this kind of mean people, he didn't had a badge with his name, and then a young lady arrived and he was rude as well with her. Hopefully someone does something about this issue, next time we will go to Advance Autoparts or O'Reilly. Some people can not do costumer service they should be picking up the trash or working in the back.

I would give negative stars for customer service went in on July 1st the guy sold me the wrong part even after I told him it was wrong because I am female returned today July 2nd was obviously having problems getting the right information on the vehicle and she couldn't be bothered to come outside to vehicle to help. Neither employee cared about leaving the counter to ensure they sold the correct part

Had to buy an alternator and they had the part on stand by charged me a 40$ core charge and when I brought the old one back I immediately got the 40$ back on my debt card but 251$ for an alternator seemed a bit high but I dont know alot about car parts and there price so that could have been cheap for all I know

In this branch, in particular, the service is poor. They've refused to accept any returns, and their response to any inconvenience is always "NO." They don't know how to manage. They have no knowledge of parts or accessories; they never find anything in their system. "Now we'll go to another branch," which is farther away but better. They serve us well, courteously, and are efficient.

They didn't have the part I needed in stock but they were kind enough to lend me a few tools to inspect my ignition coil in the parking lot. Plenty of staff and seemed to keep the lines moving with plenty of help.

Terrible store and manager at AutoZone on New Circle Road. One star is too many. They refused to return unused spark plug wires because “it comes with a warranty” that I did not purchase. This was not a defective product. I found a better price within 4 days on Amazon.com for $40 less. That was why I returning it. The young manager kept saying he was a manager and that I could not speak with anyone else even though he needed to have another associate -enter a pin for him to start the return process. On top of that he lied about the system preventing him as he turned the monitor so I could see it (which is a policy violation if I call corporate which I will) we both could there was an override option but the so called manager refused because the wires I don't need comes with a warranty.

Terrible customer service at the commercial account manager/ sales person Stacy was so incredibly rude to me, dismissed me right away didn't even try to help at all. Will never buy anything from AutoZone again. There is no way $150 lightbulbs go out in a few months and their only response is "well what do you want me to do about it." Increíble rude, never experienced this bad of customer service.

Terrible customer service. No one at the store can help you with any type of trouble with your vehicle, so you are completely on your own. They also try to sell you old used parts, so make sure you look inside the box before you buy them. Sold me parts that didn’t fit as well

Very rude manager named Joshua treated me very ugly for returning a pulley that was faulty. Very embarrassing never again. Also Dakota wants to use his phone and text while a customer is waiting in line.

Called this place 3 times lady Ancering the phone sed he was gonna put me on hold 2 times but instantly hung up on me then the 3rd time they didn’t Ancer my call so I had to drive up there wasting my time that could of all been ancered in a 2 minute phone call took me 40 minutes total but the guy behind the counter who did help me was nice professional and did his job perfectly and help me find the part I needed but the lady who was Ancering the phone is lazy and just hangs up on people

Helpful and friendly staff. I lost a windshield wiper 500 miles into an 1800 mile trip. The staff had me back on the road in less than 15minutes. Customer service was exceptional!

Love the vast online selection, and you get deep discounts, lots of professional race or street upgrades. They will exchange a miss order if in stock or refund takes 4 to 5 business days. The store is clean lot of good stuff in a small store

The lady in charge of the commercial accounts is absolutely rude and stuck up, asking for help wasn’t an option cause she acted like you were stupid with whatever you tried to say or ask. Not a pleasure to work with. They don’t care for your time as we were waiting for service and the employee kept stopping to talk to another employee about irrelevant info during the time that we needed service.

Auto zone is always good. Parts stores are always pricey but not like a dealership. I ordered a large order online, some of the items online were not in stock at this location so I had to pick a different brand. the order was not ready 24 hours later, but I stopped in not remembering that they were supposed to email me when it was ready. That was fine I didn't need the items until the weekend when I had time to work.

This is a very laid back atmosphere.. employees are polite and helpful.. the only negative thing I can say is about the bathroom, and it wasn't as clean as I thought it could have been and it was smelly.!!! However the rest of the store and selection were better than the other auto zones I have been to in the past. This one is 547 west New circle rd Lexington ky

They offer a 90 day money back guarantee. Saw one of the employees working on a vehicle as I pulled up and I was hoping for the same assistance. After taking to him and waiting, I gave him $5 just to give me a little extra help, if needed. They didn't have the socket to remove my spark plug so I bought one with the implications that I would be able to get my money back and after doing all the work myself I was out the cost of the spark plug but then I didn't get my money back on the socket even though it been just a FEW MINUTES and I had RECEIPT and original packaging and thought it was fruitless to ask for my $5 back because I didn't get the assistance. It was really petty of them to do such a thing...oh well another biz bites the dust. I'm sure like the others they will have to find new employment soon.

Have a 31yr old car. Had car no heat, with a small coolent leck. Needed a quick fix. To seal a loose bolt in my car radiator. At nearly midnight. Had added a gal & 1/2 of coolent the day before. Called to ask about help with Fixing the problem. Then drove over to the store. The sales man helped me find some high temperature red glue like stuff that fixed the problem. I also got a thermostats. Just in case. And a gal of antifreeze too. I poored in tha antifreeze. And glued around the. Bolt. And soon the cars heater started blowing hot air again. Problem fixed Ty auto zone !!
