Honestly great people ! I think the only reason they have bad reviews is because of the line of work they do. People just have to take accountability. It’s not their job to tell you they are taking your vehicle. Their job is just to get it for the company that YOU are not paying.

I had a terrible experience with this repossession company. They came to my home with a tow truck and took my SUV without notifying me in any way — no door knock, no call, no warning. What’s worse, they took the vehicle with many of my personal belongings inside, including extremely important and sensitive documents related to me and my children.
When I went to retrieve my belongings, not even half of my items were returned. Vital personal information was lost — things that cannot be replaced — and the company took no responsibility for any of it. They simply said, “There’s nothing there,” and that was the end of it. No apology, no accountability, no effort to help.
I’m deeply upset and disappointed. The carelessness and lack of basic human decency shown by this company are absolutely unacceptable. Please think twice before trusting them with anything.
I get my truck towed from a different company back to my house after they repossessed it and when I got my belongings from the office I asked how did they get my stuff you on the tool box they said it was unlocked but I locked it before they took it. It arrives at my house with trash in the bed along with sex toy rose and my lock on my box looks like it was mangled with a pry bar and they didn’t even get all my stuff out of it. Nothing was missing and they did offer to replace the lock on the box I’m more upset about the sex toy in the bed it is absolutely disgusting. They where nice but did lie to me and say my box was unlocked when they could have contacted me and I would have brought them a key
This place is the very worst! The lady at the front desk is pretty nice but watch out for the guys who tow your truck they’ll get it by any means necessary and cause damage to your vehicle and the kicker is the person who wasn’t even there will defend their destruction tooth and nail so don’t expect any apology or any of your damage to claimed by them! I just wanted them to know what was done and I have video from my security camera! They hooked it up to the front of my bumper ripping it off and puncturing my radiator and dragged the back tires there was a skid mark on the ground they literally wore brand new tires down almost to no tread ! Now I’ve been looking at it for weeks trying to figure out what was different and it took me 3 weeks to find the video and look at the pictures of my truck all I wanted was an apology but they’ll never admit they had no care at all!
This company was hired to track down my car. They did, and also removed some items, from the car. After getting the car back, and my belongings. There was over $750 of stuff missing out of my belongings. That were in the car, the person that picked it up, said he was the only one there, and picked it up. I wouldn't recommend this company.
closed for inclement weather on a thursday and friday. i wanted to pickup thursday but incurred $80 in fees bc they did not open. should have been waived for those 2 days. very nice ppl only reason they get 3 stars.
Pay your repo people more money so that they don't have to steal 12 dollars or so in change of someone's who car they repo bad enough they are already down go ahead steal from them. Not to business like. KRS requires a full property inventory done by 2 staff and everything listed in the vehicle stored in a safe area.
I called, he said when he would be there and he was even early!! No long wait, no issue getting car out of the tight spot it was in. So professional and so friendly! I will never use another tow company again!!! Thanks Again
