I would give less than one star if possible!! Disgusting predatory towing company!!! Claimed I was parked blocking a dumpster!! The parking spot is in front of the dumpster!!!!!! They are running a racket with this apartment complex!!!! It will be my life’s mission to report them, sue them, and get them put out of business!!! And the alleged lady in the office is rude condensing and absolutely has no decorum!!! I will not rest until I have exhausted all options to shut them down!!!!
My car was towed and had some hard decisions to make about what to do with the car. It wasn’t easy and hard to let go of but Shannon came out to talk to me and comfort me and my situation. These people are definitely not heartless! They were very compassionate especially dealing with me. I appreciate you Shannon!!!
This place is the most rudest and nasty is batch of women working in the towing industry. My car was towed from its permitted area to be in due to them not being able to notice that my permit was in my car through the driver side window and the passenger side window you can see clear as day That my parking permit was in my car when I showed my parking permit to them when I went to go pick my car up, I was still forced to pay for my car. I called back to speak with the owner Shannon and she was just as rude and nasty as the two ladies that she had working up front, she hung up on me during our conversation and when I called back to reassure her that my complex was rectifying the issue she hung up on me. I called back again, trying to explain that the complex will be taken care of the charges and that I wanted to end on good terms, she said that she was gonna call the cops on me and said I was harassing this place is horrible. Felt like discrimination, horrible business operation will be reporting to the BBB.
Super hot front desk lady Amanda. Easy to work with and easy to locate. If you get your car towed by this place it could have been much much worse. I would get towed again on purpose just to see the nice lady again
I'll give 5 start because I very grateful, with the great staff, they work hard, I had an issue last week, and they helped me towing my car. They had very good attention on my call. They come fast enough where I was stocked .

Metro takes care of business in a kind and professional manner. Impounding can put all parties in a tricky spot, but metro handles the interactions very respectfully. Also dependable when it comes to needing your car towed for various reasons. Sean is a careful driver and treats the customers right!
Ratchet company. Towed my 80yr old mothers car over a decal which she had on her vehicle. My mom has lived at this complex for 10yrs. Blind vultures driving around clueless. Still charged her $200 even after seeing the decal. 5 star Pos company.
Unethical, disgusting, just looking to make a quick buck. Unethically towed my boyfriends car out of his apartment complex with a RESIDENT PERMIT PASS on his car. He was parked in the correct spot, just took it without even notifying anyone. Mind you this is also private property that they trespassed to come and tow cars out to try and prey on people who will just suck it up and pay the outrageous fees. I am so appalled at this company’s way of business, you cannot just go and tow cars who are permitted to be there. Just “not seeing the parking pass” is a shitty excuse and a bullshit one too if you ask me. When we called and asked why the car was towed, the guy didn’t even know why, which confirms that there was no reason in the first place. Absolutely looking into a civil suit at this point.
Metro towing is truly out for money they don’t care at all what so ever. My dad parked in a friends spot at my apartment building to help me move out. He was parked for 10 minutes while we were moving stuff out and was towed. I called to explain the situation and that I’m a resident moving out and they said that there was nothing they could do and that we have to pay the $200 fine to get the car out. Absolutely ridiculous. I hate Metro towing 0/10
We had a parking pass & they just didn’t see it bc it slid back & towed & charged $250! This is ridiculous & unprofessional when we were able to show proof of the pass. I would expect more understanding & sympathy in the future.
if you couldn’t already tell by the replies from the OWNER on most of these reviews… this place is a joke and only out for your money… my boyfriends car got towed from our apartment last night due to “not having a parking pass” when you can clearly see in this picture that i took AT NIGHT (same time the car was taken) he has a parking pass and we have lived here for 5 months and have never had a issue with someone “not being able to see it”… so we call the towing company and the lady over the phone tells us we would have to pay the $200 to get it out today or wait for management to come in on monday to talk to her about it, which is bullcrap that we would have to wait to get his car back when it clearly had a parking pass on it and your driver was to lazy to get out of his vehicle to shine a light or properly look for a pass before taking someone’s car. yes it is behind the tint strip but it is clearly still visible. maybe if you all didn’t only come in the middle of the night like you do everywhere else you could’ve seen the pass better than in the middle of a storm in the middle of the night, you all wouldnt have so many people complaining about their cars being towed with parking passes. everyone there is rude and pathetic! they talk to you like a dog and only care about getting there money. we ended up paying the $200 to get it out the same day and management still refused to give us a refund that following monday when the car had a parking pass the entire time! the manager shannon is very rude and no help what so ever! if they do help you out they expect a good review in return because there reviews are crap due to incompetent workers!
EDIT: To finish off the TRUTH of the story since the “owner” replied with a complete lie … yes once we arrived my significant other was already upset at the fact the lady over the phone was telling us that we would have to pay $200 regardless for a mistake your NEW towing guy has made at these apartments over 4 times now because he’s not properly looking for stickers. So yes he walked back to find his car to see if he could see the sticker for himself, not once did he enter the vehicle which we told you to go back to your camera to look at. once he saw the sticker we went inside to the office to show that the sticker was out there. the lady then proceeded to tell us to go get his ID and proof of insurance from the car, she did not come with us to confirm the sticker was out there because she thinks he already put the sticker the first time he went to check… like we said check the cameras. PLEASE post and show the video of him going inside the vehicle the FIRST time he went to make sure the sticker was there… well after coming back with the ID and proof of insurance the lady then proceeded to ask for cash or card, we said we were not paying and that the sticker has been on there the whole time… in the picture that was taken prior to the tow literally looks like the tower was sitting from the comfort of his vehicle … like i said the sticker is behind the tint strip… yes you cannot see it from that far. maybe train that new guy that’s been towing vehicles with passes to get out of the vehicle and shine a light to the tint strips before taking someone’s car to get brownie points and rip people out of there money. and if it happens again a state trooper will be attending with us and we will get you for targeting and theft because like we said the first time we have lived here for 5 months now…. why hasn’t it been towed before if the pass wasn’t on there y’all are literally here every night in the middle of the night, so why wasn’t it taken before. train your “new guy” to do better because it’s not the first time it’s happened here. and it’s not about refunds… it’s about the simple fact that it had the pass the whole time and we’re not the only ones that this has happened to that you’ve had to refund for and we had to pay $200 for a towing guy not doing his job correctly and your rude lazy employees.

I’m surprised Metro towing hasn’t been shut down by too many lawsuits yet considering they not only tow illegally parked cars but legally parked ones too. Even with permit tags they still get towed somehow. And no the tag didn’t fall down off the rearview mirror
I wish I could give Metro Towing zero stars, but it would still not be reflective of how awful they are! They’re extremely disrespectful and predatory and they’re looking to tow your car for money more often than help you out of a bind! I have yet to have an encounter with this company where they’ve been respectful, professional, or helpful. I would not recommend them for anything that you can use their services for and if possible, avoid them at all costs. I had my car towed this morning at 2 AM after I was out of town for three weeks from my apartment complex and was not even able to get a new parking sticker which went into effect last week for my car because I arrived back to town at 1 AM IN THE MORNING! Even due to this clerical error and clear mistake, I was told that they wouldn’t be able to refund me the money by a lady named Shannon because “our driver has to be paid”, even though they made an obvious mistake and didn’t realize it. 1 star is the only option but I’d give it 0 stars if I could! METRO TOWING is NOT your friend and won’t help you out

This company is a joke, they have an old man who calls in any cars that park in DQ parking lot, even if you buy a coffee. There's no signs posted except for 1 that only has their number on it. When told by the dairy queen people that he was the one who called I asked him where it's even at he got confrontational and said he'd fight me. I already contacted the BBB, and will be following up my with small claims lawyer.

I was informed by our neighbor that my car had been towed when I was about to call the Police to report my vehicle stolen.
When calling Metro the woman working said they didn't have to tell me when or why they were towing my car. She also said that she didn't care about the fact that the day my car was towed was during a National Emergency Snow Storm and it was virtually impossible to come to their space without putting my life and my roommates life on the line. We would have attempted to make this drive despite the danger but many roads around us have been shut down unless you're a doctor or nurse attempting to get to work.
They were truly only out for money and have concern for the safety or wellbeing of others as long as they get to charge anyone.
These guys are AWESOME very friendly tow man picked up my car very professionally and took great care of it! Jordyn the office lady was also very sweet and professional!!
Got stuck with a flat after work during rush hour, called and they got to me and where I needed to be within 30 minutes. Driver was super nice and helpful, they’re easy to get ahold of and when I called to get a receipt copy, I had it sent to me before I even hung up the phone. Super fast, will 100% call if I need another tow
Metro towing I have dealt with for about a year now every interaction I have had with them as been very rude unprofessional recently they towed my car out of my reserved parking spot that was legally parked I called and asked if they towed the car they said “yes we have it” i explained that we worked at the apartments and that was our designated reserved spot I told them they should have gotten a email from the apartments when we were assigned the spot the woman said that “100% we were not on the list” so we went up there and explained in person even more frustrated after the rudeness on the phone we explained again and was told that the car was not on there email after the apartment called the office they all of sudden found the email in there spam great going metro then complained that we were the rude ones well y’all did steal the car lol pathetic business lack of respect for the cars they tow illegally I don’t recommend metro for any reason Robert’s towing is the way to go way more respect and care for there customers. (UPDATE) After this incident yesterday I came out to find my car bieng hooked up by metro again in my reserved spot like how can you make the same mistake twice thankfully I was able to run out there in time to have him put my car down I told him we were on the list he pulled the list up said your right and dropped it another time of metro bieng unprofessional has no clue what they are doing stay away from these people who don’t care about there job
Ask for Nolan. He took such good care of me. I could not recommend him enough. He made a very stressful situation somewhat palatable and went above and beyond to make sure both me and my vehicle were okay.
Great experience given the circumstances, the ladies in the office were beyond helpful and professional and honestly just all around so amazing! Will definitely use them for any towing needs in the future!

I have never written a review in my life and I probably never will again. I felt that I should share what happened today. The lady was condescending, threw (or aggressively tossed) a pen at my boyfriend. We stood there and took all of her remarks and never said one thing. She then called him “So Childish” when he was signing his name for the third time because she couldn’t read it the first two times. At first he did just scribble his name because that is how he writes, but then he tried to fix it and it still wasn’t good enough for her. She made many other remarks while he tried his best to sign again. He took it all and never said one thing back to her because he wanted to get his car. I went to ask her a professional question starting with “Ma’am”… and she automatically cut me off and said she wasn’t talking to me and walked away. The way she said it was EXTREMELY disrespectful. My jaw dropped and I had nothing to say. I’ve never been talked to like that…even in sports. My boyfriend then told her she was being disrespectful and she said we were being disrespectful. I have never in my life been called disrespectful. We walked out and I immediately called to report what just happened. She answered and would not give me a number and when I said I would like to report an incident that just happened she just said okay thank you. I just stopped there because I knew she would not be receptive of what I had to say. I told her to have a nice day (and I truly meant that) because it seemed to not be going so well. My mom called and they said she was not being rude at all. My boyfriend’s dad called and they just hung up on him and called him a liar.They said they had footage of the whole thing which is wonderful but they do not want to share it. I want to post this review because they are not taking accountability as a professional business, talk down to college students, and take advantage of us as well. I don’t want this to fester within myself but I truly believe a business should be able to be professional, receptive, and treat everyone with respect. Again, I will probably never write another review again but I do believe that you should stand up for what you believe is right and not let people walk all over you/ take advantage of you.

they towed my boyfriends car from my apartment complex parking lot after only being parked there for 20 minutes while i had him a parking pass that i had not yet gave him. we chased the man towing his truck down and asked for it back and he said no. it wasn't even one minute down the road
ANOTHER time they towed MY OWN VEHICLE that had a parking permit in the rear window. i asked them to bring it back to me and they said i had to come pick it up. i had to walk 45 minutes to go pick up my car because of their own mistakes. they "overlooked" my parking permit that was very obviously on my vehicle. there is no way they did not see it while they were strapping it up.
the lady working at the desk BOTH TIMES was extremely rude.
this all happened within the span of 2 weeks. i guess they have nothing better to do than patrol parking lots and tow cars illegally.
This is a CROOKED tow company, they will tow cars that are LEGALLY parked with valid parking stickers in the window on PRIVATE PROPERTY. This company is complete rip off, BBB will be receiving complaints and and we'll be talking to an attorney. They're just trying to make money off hard-working regular people. And there is no regulation from the government for these crooked, slimy companies. It's disgusting.
Disappointed with this towing company. My car was towed even though it was parked in the correct spot. They clearly didn’t fully inspect my windshield for my parking pass, which was displayed in the upper right corner. This situation could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail.
