I contacted Lex Tow Towing this morning after trying to contact 4 others that said they were 24hrs, but didn't answer. Keep in mind, this was not the middle of the night, this was 7:50am. Ila answered and I could tell she was busy, but she still took all my information, told me a price that was very reasonable and said my car would be picked up in 45min and she would contact me when it was closer to that time. Right on the dime, she called, said the driver was there and I asked if she would contact me back when it was dropped off and she said yes. When contacting me back, they even sent me a picture of my vehicle to let me know it had gotten there and safe! From start to finish this was a GREAT company to do business with. They didn't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman like alot do and the process was simple and fast. The price was also great because I had a company trying to charge almost 4x what they charged for only a 7 mile tow! I obviously refused that company! If you want a company that stays true to what they say and does what they say they are going to, this is the one to use! I will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow and so should you!
Called for a tow. Pretty expensive for a few mile tow. They wanted 295 dollars to do it. In desperation I agreed. The driver came out and denied picking up my vehicle cause it would mean putting his truck in reverse. They denied picking it up and left the scene. This company wanted to still charge me a cancellation fee of 154 dollars. I didn’t cancel the tow. The driver of the truck cancelled I guess reverse was too complicated and they just wanted free money. They did refund my money but not after a fight. I’m glad they did the refund. I really didn’t want to have to contact my fleet of attorneys and the BBB and the DOT

I genuinely cannot say thank you enough! Went on vacation & left my car on the street & came back to an impound sticker on my car around 9pm. I called every towing company in Lexington & only two answered: Lex Tow & another company who wanted to charge $250. Lex tow did say they’d be about 3 hours, but a price tag of $130. Around a hour later, I got a call saying they were ready to come to my car! They were here fast, the driver was friendly, and my car got towed to my parents house with no problems at all. So so thankful for this company & getting my car towed before I would’ve had to pay much more to get it out.

This is a horrible tow company and extremely poor customer service. I waited for 4+ hour for their tow guy to pick up ky car. I sent the addresses of pick up and delivery location hours before the tow (plenty of time to review the locations). The pickup location was in Lexington, Tates Creek, the gps shows nicholasville. The location sits at the lexington/nicholasville border, but is only 7 mins away from the location. After waiting for hours, taking my car information, doing all the arrangments, etc. They want to charge me extra! For what? Distance wise, the locations are less than 10 mins from each other and close to their main office. This is completely unacceptable! I'm so upset. I don't usually do reviews often, but I'm making an exception. Horrible!
Updated Response: Ma'am you are telling fibs. Yes, you did apologize, but did little to rectify the situation. The discount you offered me was $125, not $105, to tow the car 7 mins away. Furthermore, I thought tows were by the mile. You had plenty of time to calculate the distance, prior to the tow, but waited until the last minute to inform me.The apology you gave on the phone was as sarcastic as the one you provided in your response to my review below. Like I stated, Poor Customer Service.

My daughter’s car broke down on Richmond Road last night. We waited two hours on AAA and were told it would now be another 90 minutes. That meant they might get there by 2:00 a.m. I called Lex Tow Towing and they were there within 30 minutes! They were very professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend them.
Romeo is such a sweetheart and so handsome! My car broke down he came and got the key from me, picked the car up, AND dropped it off at the mechanics. He was professional and so efficient. No funny business at all! I’ll be using this company for all my future tows!
I had a tire blow out at about 10pm. It was a White 97 Ford Expedition. I wasn’t in a safe spot. They gave me the best price in town, at 60$. They got to my location fast and had the truck loaded up in minutes. When you see the flames on the hood, just know your in good hands. Thanks a lot to staff and everyone.
Best deal on towing in Lexington, and super reliable, super friendly people to boot. I wasn't able to get to the shop where my car was being worked on, but Walter got there, got it loaded, and dropped it off at the dealership for me. Then he even came to the office and got everything settled with me. Definitely above and beyond my expectations. You can't beat Lex Tow for price or for outstanding quality of service. I call this company this morning and then I got my car started. These people came super fast and they didn't even charge me for not needing them. Even though they came out! And estimated price was reasonable to tow. I definitely recommend and I will call them first if I need in the future!
This was a very scary situation and Lex Towing took the fear out of it. Our truck broke down at the edge of a merge lane onto Circle 4. It was terrifying. He came and took care of it with great skill and calm. We are so grateful. Definitely recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

My battery died and could not be recharged because my serpentine belt was loose. I called LexTow. Walter came in with a smile and a very polite attitude. He was very professional and careful with my vehicle.
Walter is so well connected in the community that he knew exactly where to take my car for inexpensive fast service.
He even tightened the serpentine belt himself to save me a repair shop cost.
He checked my battery and gave enough of a jump to get to a shop to replace the battery, after he checked the starter and alternator to make sure that the battery was the only issue.
The tow truck driver I had, was an absolute pleasure. Even in a mix up on my behalf, he was very patient and very very nice. He went out of his way to try to help me out. Also the women that also tried to help. They made a terrible day much better. And definitely restored a bit of hope for humanity. Thank you guys!
