CTS Towing sent out their driver, Matt when my vehicle broke down. He was just so nice and friendly that it actually calmed my anxious nerves. He took the time to ask me what was going on with my vehicle and because of this figured the issue out and had me back on the road without having to get my vehicle towed off. I wish there were more people like Matt around in today's world. Most people don't take the time and want to do the absolute bare minimum in customer service dealings, so I can't thank Matt and CTS Towing enough!!!
I just had the best experience with CTS Towing & Repair! Last Friday, my car started shaking and was basically undriveable. I called CTS, and they were super quick to send someone out. Matt showed up right away, and let me tell you, he was awesome!
He was really friendly and totally professional. Just by checking out my car, he figured out what the main issue was. Everyone at CTS was so nice and helpful. Even though they couldn’t fix it on the spot since I needed my car back the same day, they recommended another shop that could take care of it.
I really appreciated how supportive they were throughout the whole situation. If you ever need towing or car repairs, definitely give CTS Towing & Repair a call! Huge thanks to Matt and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier!
Would not recommend. Took my car here for a tire issue and my tail light. when I got my car back I immediately noticed scrapes on my bumper. I was reasonable with the owner Dana (heavy set lady with dark hair) and she was extremely disrespectful and and wasn't willing to hear me out or reason with me. She also lied to me claiming that I never called and never showed up with my car when I called the shop multiple times throughout the week and was told to not come in until later in the week due to a "family emergency". She claimed I was making that up as well.... definitely do not recommend!
I ended up needing to be to towed back to a car dealer after some issues came up after it was serviced so the dealer had me call CTS. I was told that it would take 30 minutes for the driver to arrive and it ended up taking about an hour and ten minutes of waiting in the sun.
That's just life though and I was willing to deal with it. I didn't really have a choice either. But then when I was picked up and taken to the dealer, the driver left black oil marks all over my white leather instead of coming to get me to back my car off. Then left without a word.
Obviously if you're getting your car towed you probably need to get whoever you can quick, so I'm not recommending you to NOT use CTS, but if given an option I personally might try and call else where, but in the end I believe they ended up paying for my car to have an interior detail so amends were made.
John was OUTSTANDING! He arrived quickly, was extremely professional and courteous, clearly knew what to do, and had us on our way faster than we thought was possible after our flat tire. Thanks to John we now have CTS Towing at the top of our service contacts list and will be recommending you folks to all of our friends, neighbors, and business associates! THANK YOU JOHN!!!!
I went in a few days ago since my windshield wipers were not working. It was snowing like crazy, so I desperately needed them to be functioning. They were able to fix them last minute (and as a 25-year-old woman who was in an auto shop for the first time, were not patronizing and made sure I was aware of what was happening with my vehicle and what all the charges were). Very appreciative.
I Called for a tow from another tow company around 11am. It's 5pm now and still no tow. I called CTS Towing and immediately 10mins later a guy named Matt called and said he will be at my location in 20mins. I kid you not he was here in 10mins. Nice friendly guy that didn't know me from Adam.... Talked to me like we were childhood friends. I enjoyed talking to this guy as he was loading my vehicle onto his tow truck. Im going to recommend CTS Towing to anyone that is needing fast courteous service! YOU GUYS ROCK!! THANK YOU!!
I just want to start off by saying Matt is an amazing driver! He is knowledgeable, personable, and very friendly. Made a few jokes with him and even talked a little bit about his old 350z (He had to tow my 370z). It’s always nice to have people that are willing to talk to you instead of someone who just wants to get the job over with. Even wanted me to coast the car down, since the driveway is slanted and he didn’t want to damage my car due to the ice. That took away any fears I had of someone towing it away. If he’s concerned about the state of the car at the very beginning, he will be the whole way through. Hope y’all’s business grows big and fast, because you deserve it.

Truck died on me at busy intersection. The tow truck was there within 15 minutes. Matt was very knowledgeable, kind and quick. If you are in the Hamburg or Lexington area I’d highly recommend, very reasonably priced as well. Dropped my truck at home and diagnosed alternator is issue - thank you CTS and Matt

Messed up. After getting safely, into a parking lot, I called AAA and they sent out Matt. To say I was blessed by Matt is an understatement. He was amazing from beginning to end. He calmed me down without knowing how upset I was. The whole trip home, he told me about his family, and kept my mind off everything I was stressing over. Matt was amazing and he will never know how much I appreciate him!!!

They also do repair, not just tow! They fixed my car in a day! They explained exactly what was wrong and why it happened, and prices are amazingly affordable for the hard work they do! They have a new loyal customer in me!!
This company was assigned to me by my insurance to tow my car 5 minutes down the street. I was notified by my insurance that this company had accepted me at 10:46am and that it would be a 70-100 min wait.
I hadn’t heard anything from them until 12:40pm (despite me trying to obtain an update) when they said it would be another 60-90 minutes! The reason I contacted so early was due to my service appointment being at 1pm and I had a class at 2pm. I had to wake up my Night Shift working partner who’d had 4 hours of sleep to wait for them to come — and then they still didn’t show!
At 2:30, I got a call (that I missed due to being in class) stating it would be another TWO HOURS before they showed up. But none of this mattered anyway because they canceled the service because they hadn’t read my note about my car not turning on while under a carport and said they didn’t have the means to get my car out (yet A-1 Winchester’s Towing & Repair just attached a box for seriously 2 seconds and the car turned right and was easily driven onto the truck).
Overall, the wait time and communication with CTS Towing is genuinely horrific. I’m very thankful for my insurance company for handling this and for A-1 Winchester’s getting to me in a half hour!
Matt was my driver he took great care of my Lotus Evora S getting it to Stuttgart Motors. He came quick to my house after putting the call in with AAA and was super helpful with the whole process!
WOW..What an AMAZING family-owned business CTS Towing truly is. 5 stars just doesn’t seem to appropriately rate this place. . From my initial phone call requesting assistance up until works completion , the kindness , respect , and helpfulness was truly over the top . Dana is WONDERFUL goes out of her way for her customers . I experienced this firsthand as someone not from the area and in desperate need of towing services . Dana wasted no time providing her services as well as sharing honest/helpful information/ advice . I can’t thank these guys enough for ALL their help and guidance ,..CTS TOWING will no doubt provide the assistance you need , they will do so in a timely manner, at a very realistic /fair cost and all the while treating you like a very much valued customer!!!

Matt was very kind and professional. Most AAA Towing services takes hours to get here but Matt was here in less then 10 minutes and very professional in loading and getting my truck to its destination. Will gladly use them again!

Matt was great! he was a mini mechanic and was dead on when it came to his diagnosis. priced fair, even came and got my key which I’d forgot to leave with vehicle. I’m bad about remembering company names, so I saved the number in my phone under towing so I’ll always have it.
