I went in a few days ago since my windshield wipers were not working. It was snowing like crazy, so I desperately needed them to be functioning. They were able to fix them last minute (and as a 25-year-old woman who was in an auto shop for the first time, were not patronizing and made sure I was aware of what was happening with my vehicle and what all the charges were). Very appreciative.
Truck died on me at busy intersection. The tow truck was there within 15 minutes. Matt was very knowledgeable, kind and quick.
