Hopefully you never need towing…BUT if you do…Denali is the best. Needed towing of expensive vehicle on Easter evening and Denali took great care of us. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was worried about damaging spoilers and they were already prepared lifting each of the 4 wheels without using flatbed. Would recommend them to anyone and for any vehicle! Thanks for everything.

I had to get my BMW jump started at 5 in the morning so I did the roadside service with my insurance company and they sent you guys out. Jeremy called me to let me know he was about 10 minutes away and showed up right when he said he would. He was really polite and friendly for being so early in the morning. He was an all around friendly guy. Thank you Jeremy, friendly, fast service like you provided is pretty rare nowadays and I appreciate you going the extra mile for me.
My car was in a very unfortunate situation. I was in a hole with the frame of the car resting on a concrete or cement culvert. The rural road/driveway was very narrow. The driver texted me and phoned me his ETA..it was less than 30 mins…he was very prompt. I THINK his name was Jake (young man with a beard). He assessed the car’s predicament from all angles, pointed the tires in a different direction than I had them, & attached chains to the rear of the vehicle (he could not have reached the front). He carefully raised the car, stopping every so often to get out of his truck and reassess the progress. He got my car out of this mess without any further damage. He was wonderful! I am so relieved and grateful! He gets 5 stars from me!
Jeremy came out and unlocked my car for me tonight. He was fast, had great communication, and very friendly. Will definitely use this company again for the next time I lock my keys in the car.
I had a flat tire I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Jeremy was there in 35 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was quick getting my car to the shop. Highly recommend if you ever have any roadside issues!

They towed my car when my starter went out and they were very efficient and had great communication. I used AAA and the address was wrong and he called me to get the right address. He towed my car to the shop and dropped my keys in the night box without me having to be there. Excellent company.

I would give them a 0 if I could- the absolute worst company with the rudest people I have ever met. 6 hours for a tow that was quoted at 2-3 originally. 'Just really busy today' yet 3 other companies in Lexington to get to me in drive time. What a joke of a company- they won't last long
This company made excuses really lazy-minded. They failed to perform the service. The guy at the company—all he did was make excuses—did not take my time and consideration.
