First off, if I could give zero stars, I would. They towed my car from outside the apartment, even though I was parked in the designated guest parking area as instructed. I’ve been parking in the same spot for the past 15 months that I’ve lived here. The night before, I had just gotten a new truck and was waiting for the rental office to open so I could get my new parking sticker. To make matters worse, there were four other cars parked next to mine without parking stickers, none of which were towed. One of those cars is even blocking the sidewalk entrance to my unit, yet it still wasn’t towed. Why they singled out my truck out of all five vehicles is beyond me. When I went to retrieve my car and pay the $170 towing fee, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. She said, “Well, honey, we can’t tow every car,” which only added insult to injury. My truck was parked in the corner, and they passed by four other vehicles without stickers to tow mine. How is that fair? The entire process to get my car back was unnecessarily complicated. Also since the car is under my dad’s name, they won’t let me get my freaking car, even though we have the same address, and last name are the same, without getting it notices. This company is an absolute joke!
First off they stole my car from outside the apartment I live in that I just moved into because I don’t have a parking sticker yet. Then you come to pick your car up and pay them 170 dollars for taking your car and the lady in the front talks to you like she’s God and you should bow before her. Have to jump through hoops to get the car back they stole from you. If you like extortionists that steal money from hardworking people these are your people!
Bluegrass towing was contacted for a AAA tow. They told the AAA rep they would arrive within 30 mins. 4 hours later still no tow. Had to get AAA to send another company. They had told AAA they were dropping a vehicle in Lexington and then would be on their way. 2 hours later they called to say they were just now headed to drop the car in Lexington and it would be another hour before they would reach us. When my husband called them out on the fact they were already supposed to be here, they reported it as a verbal altercation and cancelled the call. Very rude! And UNPROFESSIONAL!
