Getting your car towed is obviously a stressful and less than ideal experience, and one that had me very overwhelmed at the end of a long week. LaQuetta was so helpful, patient, and caring and provided me with options so that I could get my car off of the lot. Overall, very professional and personable service!
Okay I know these reviews are bad, but it’s because you didn’t have Caleb. This dude is the man! Very chill and made the process super smooth. I asked him and he works Fri-Sun. Just FYI. The company also did a professional job towing, no scratches or anything. I am happily pleased with my customer experience.
Towed my car from an actual parking space because I was across the line and touching yellow. Incredibly rude office workers. They prey on people to make money.
My truck broke down and we called them to get it. When we called back later asking when they would get there they were very rude and just hung up. Had to get another company, Robert's, who was very professional and helpful.
We got taken in a parking scam during a festival and about 40 cars were towed. We found out at midnight when we returned to our cars. We called about our vehicles. Everyone there was kind and sympathetic and did everything they could to help us.
Terrible place! We had a car stolen and recovered by the Lexington police department, we were assured by the detectives there would be no charge to pick the car up. When we arrived to pick up the car they insisted we had to pay nearly 300 in fees. The car had a 48 hold for an investigation and they forced us to pay the storage fee when we legally could not pick the car up. They then lied about the police saying we had to pay; so I called the police department and had them dispatch to the this company. The officers confirmed there was an investigation on the car and that the b sheet was sent to them and they confirmed they had it. What a hassle!! Avoid this company at all costs, they will steal from you and the employees inside are absolutely awful to deal with.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Son got into a wreck and totaled his brand new car that was purchased out of state. This placed towed it from the scene. Cop suggested taking it to an auto shop but they refused because they were closed. Instead insisted taking it to their lot. They never even spoke to my son, all communication was done through a parent of one of the passengers. So without my sons consent they locked his car on their lot. Since the car is new and he has temporary tags/registration they will not release the vehicle. We have transfer documentation, lien documentation, purchase documentation, proof of insurance, and they won't even allow us to access his vehicle for belongings. Instead they are holding it hostage, charging daily fees, and won't release until we are able to complete registration on a now totaled car. Even the cops (who I contacted to see our options) said they get multiple calls a day about how this place operates. She recommended me getting proof of transfer paperwork from the dealer, once I told her we already have it she apologized again and stated she truly wishes they would work with people especially when they can show valid proof of ownership. Avoid this place at all costs! They took my sons new vehicle without seeing a registration (again he has temporary, not expired) but now won't give it back. On top of not towing it to where he requested!!
They not good people at all,they took my car with me knowing,was on vacation parked a little bit close to yellow lane,,when I get back it was gin,they changed me 1600,though I told them was not at home,gosh,something have to be done about this people,they think we pick up money or something,I told them if I can do payments arrangement they refuse,so selfish ,
First off, if I could give zero stars, I would. They towed my car from outside the apartment, even though I was parked in the designated guest parking area as instructed. I’ve been parking in the same spot for the past 15 months that I’ve lived here. The night before, I had just gotten a new truck and was waiting for the rental office to open so I could get my new parking sticker.
To make matters worse, there were four other cars parked next to mine without parking stickers, none of which were towed. One of those cars is even blocking the sidewalk entrance to my unit, yet it still wasn’t towed. Why they singled out my truck out of all five vehicles is beyond me.
When I went to retrieve my car and pay the $170 towing fee, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. She said, “Well, honey, we can’t tow every car,” which only added insult to injury. My truck was parked in the corner, and they passed by four other vehicles without stickers to tow mine. How is that fair?
The entire process to get my car back was unnecessarily complicated. Also since the car is under my dad’s name, they won’t let me get my freaking car, even though we have the same address, and last name are the same, without getting it notices. This company is an absolute joke!
Bluegrass towing was contacted for a AAA tow. They told the AAA rep they would arrive within 30 mins. 4 hours later still no tow. Had to get AAA to send another company.
They had told AAA they were dropping a vehicle in Lexington and then would be on their way. 2 hours later they called to say they were just now headed to drop the car in Lexington and it would be another hour before they would reach us. When my husband called them out on the fact they were already supposed to be here, they reported it as a verbal altercation and cancelled the call.
Very rude! And UNPROFESSIONAL!
First off they stole my car from outside the apartment I live in that I just moved into because I don’t have a parking sticker yet. Then you come to pick your car up and pay them 170 dollars for taking your car and the lady in the front talks to you like she’s God and you should bow before her. Have to jump through hoops to get the car back they stole from you. If you like extortionists that steal money from hardworking people these are your people!
When you call to have cars towed for invalid parking they never show up. Have called then maybe 9 times for parking issues. Only showed up 1 time. I would advise choosing someone else to manage properties because was also told they would check the lot every so often. Never seen them 1 time.
This place is awful. They basically hunt for cars. I have been towed 3 times for "incorrectly parking" in my apartment complex. All the while, I have a parking permit to park in the lot. I'm told that we're I parked isn't a space this last time. When telling them people park there all the time and it is out of the way, they tell me that people must not park there when the lot is being patrolled. I told them I have watched the tow truck driver walk the lot when people are parked there and they never touch the car. At this point I feel like my apartment complex wants me to move or something and calls on me themselves. But, regardless, $170 tow. This literally is a hostage type business. Freaking ridiculous!!!
Helped me out tremendously getting my dually 3500 towed to a shop, before they closed. I called them within 2 hours of shop closing, they got my truck picked up and delivered with a hour to spare. After another tow company sent 2 different trucks to come get mine and because they sent wrong truck wanted to remove my driveshaft and charge me more to haul it. This is a good company that catches a bad rep for doing their job towing illegally parked cars. And they’ve gotten me before lol. Thanks a lot guys.
They tow cars illegally. They stole my car from the lex while my bf is at work at mad mushroom. They've never needed a tow sticker since the business opened at the location, now all of a sudden they "CLAIM" they need one now. Which isn't true they don't need one to work there.
So please don't use this company they're a rip off.

Car towed for legitimate reason. Problem is they charge $170 for a 3 mile tow and then take over an hour to actually give you your car back. Extremely slow service. Not friendly. The man in the lot shuttling people back and forth to their cars was extremely unprofessional and made snide remarks towards me and my girlfriend, going so far as to call me a "scumbag" to my girlfriend's face while I was not present despite the lack of any provocation.
I really just don't understand why the law is set up in a way that allows businesses like these to predate people who aren't hurting anyone. It's one thing for a tow service to provide community service - responding to requests, calls, and helping those in need. It's another for them to exploit every petty rule that exists just to make a quick buck off others' suffering. Every customer I spoke to in the dank and cold 10' x 10' room I had to sit in for nearly 1.5 hours all had a similar story of being towed. Many were towed for legitimate reasons, some not. All were hurting no one.
It's truly a sad business to be a part of. I blame two entities mostly, though - the manager who willingly exploits others for money because she can, and the lawmakers for allowing this sort of business practice in the community. I feel sorry for those on the ground of this business getting screamed and cursed at daily. I do hope justice is brought to those in charge of these practices. It really is pathetic. Nobody benefits except the mangers and owners.
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do. The law allows them to do these things and unless you'd like to bring on a civil suit, you're essentially SOL. If you're towed by this place or some place like it, just keep calm and pay what you owe. Hope that one day those in charge burn. If the manager or owner of this company is reading this, please turn your life around. Help others. Try and be a better person. I don't have much hope for you and I can only ask karma to return the favor.
To the owner that replied to me: No thank you. Don't patronize us by putting on your faux empathy - you're simply trying to save face. I already mentioned my tow was within your rights as a company, as unjust as those rights are. Good luck trying to reconcile all these horrible reviews. I might just go post on Yelp and the BBB now.
Hunting for cars to tow. I got a new car and forgot to change a parking sticker. I am a working single parent so obviously a lot of every day problems. My car was parked next to my apartment with bunch of parking spaces available near my apartment complex. They came in the middle of the night hunting for cars (since I work 7 am to 7pm I know car was towed sometime in mid night). They changed 170$ for first 24 hr (they also charge 65$ for every day after that for car staying on their dusky open parking lot). I get this business legalized but there is supposed to be a moral aspect of the things as well. And I do understand that sometimes cars are blocking and on the way which must be towed. But not in the case when car is parked with not interrupting anyone else. And it was pretty obvious that just sticker was not put on. At least it could a cheaper price for first time occurrence. Making money on other peoples misfortunes. Horrible! These people know exactly what they do and how make money but they don’t care. They also hide under a thick glass when you come pay them and make a Spanish guy work on parking lot because obviously these cowards afraid to face customers personally.
As dlfar as I can tell, these people patrol there areas looking not only for cars that don't have the appropriate stickers on them to tow, but also are willing to take advantage of cars with windows rolled down to just take them off and tow them to hold them hostage. Absolutely terrible place, and God forbid you try to get the car back on behalf of the person who owns it; they'll just stonewall you to take every single penny they can make from you. Literally just legalized car thieves, nothing more.
Not a good experience at all. Prices and fees are insane but what could you expect when there is no other choice? I don't know but don't expect friendly service either. Dispatch is rude and not helpful at all as noted in several other reviews. Definitely a reason for the low average review score. Getting my car out and praying I never have to use them again.
Worst staff ever, would not allow my father in his own personal vehicle without a driver's license. The car was totaled and it is ILLEGAL to keep someone out of their car. He had proof of insurance with his name on it and a valid ID. He was getting my belongings out of my vehicle. They also would not allow my mom into the vehicle because the insurance was not in her name, even though she had a valid driver's license. I couldn't get to the car since I was in the hospital from the accident, which is why my car was towed. They were rude to me, my mother, and my father. while I was in the hospital with a broken pelvis and sacrum.
I had to go rescue my sister's car, since my landlord at my apartment got her towed due to an unprofessional miscommunication about parking rules. These people were very kind to me and understanding of the situation when I called. I got her car out in under an hour and it cost me less than I had anticipated. Grateful that part of the experience made the day a little better.
I was towed by this company after parking outside my new apartment. I had finished unloading some furniture and had taken break inside to cool off for about 15-20 minutes. When I went back out to make another trip my vehicle had been towed. Getting my vehicle back was a complete hassle and the employees are extremely rude. They are a predatory business and always have been, if I could give them a half star I would. Fortunately my vehicle wasn't damaged and the apartment complex had to eat the bill. To the owner/manager reading this, don't bother to ask me to contact you because it's not worth my time and effort.
They towed my car illegally from my apartment complex even with the sticker present and my car on my lease that was shown when I arrived at the car lot. Even though they still charged me almost $200 they did not want to give my car back at all. The “owner” a blonde girl who claimed she owned the place was very rude and called me and mother both very unprofessional names. They have also caused over $1,000 dollars of damage to a new Mercedes. My rims on my car were dented and scratched and a piece was broken from underneath the car. If I could rate this place a -1000/10 I would. I highly do not recommend using their services
My car was towed from an apartment complex where I was temporarily parked, understandably so. Once contacting this towing company, they explained what I would need to provide upon pick up. After arriving they explained that I was misinformed over the phone and they couldn’t give me my car. Through discussing with the front desk worker a plan from here, she was completely rude and disrespectful. At one point when I was figuring out how to get the information she asked for, she told me to “leave and get out so the next customer could be taken care of”. I witnessed her yell at one of the workers and multiple customers were going in and out clearly frustrated with the customer service. Although it wasn’t a choice, I highly recommend staying away from this business if possible!
Horrible experience. I recently was towed from my apartment complex, which I do have a permit to park at. I understood their policy is that the permit sticker needs to be visible or they are subject to tow. My permit sticker had fallen off my window and I tried explaining that to them; but still was charged. I even showed them that I had the permit in my car, but they still charged me the full amount of the tow. I find this absolutely ridiculous considering I had proof that I did have the permit in my car. Although it had fallen off the window and not visible, I don’t understand why they enforce a charge when I could prove I had a parking permit to park there. There needs to be changes in how this company goes about towing.
Can I give a negative rating? As others stated- they are unbelievably rude and have no concept of customer service. Their practices are predatory. We visited my daughter for the first time at her apartment complex. She gave us a tour that took 10 minutes and as we stood on her balcony - we saw them towing away our truck. Granted- I plan to complain to the apartment complex as well for lack of signs as we had no idea we were suppose to park in visitors as there was plenty of parking. But these creeps were basically lurking. When we called to asked how much it was going c to cost to get our vehicle- they couldn’t tell us because it wasn’t there yet which is ridiculous. She then proceeded to hang up on my husband. Bunch of hicks with quotas. Plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
