This company is what America is all about! I do not exaggerate, this is one of the best service experiences I have ever had in my 29 years of life. It’s incredible that a towing company, which many are know to be unpleasant to deal with, can deliver such level of service. The owner, Romeo, genuinely sounded concerned and sympathetic at my situation with my car. The man recommended the best place to get my car fixed and told me that his driver was already on his way. The price was incredibly fair compared to the competition. After, Austin gave me a call letting me know that he would be at my location in 18 minutes which was reasonable considering it was rush hour. This guy was super friendly in a nice neighborly way and was just a great human being. I’m from Miami so I’m definitely not used to this level of service and for a company to actually care about their customers. Highly recommended and I don’t say this a lot but these are truly genuine great people. God bless this company and this is what America is all about.
Austin helped me so much when my tire exploded on a pothole at the laundromat!! He came and picked me up in only 30 minutes. He prevailed through computer issues and called me to make sure everything was correct. During the drive he was very nice and respectful. He clearly knows what he is doing and this company is awesome. And it was only $100 so that was cool. They do a $5 discount if you pay in cash as well.
Absolute life saver! The owner actually came out to see if we needed a part before offering his towing services. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair deal. Easy man to work with, easy man to talk with, easy experience all around. Highly recommend.
The owner Romeo went above & beyond helping my daughter. He could have easily charged her a tow bill & took it a few miles down the road for her but was super honest. You don't get that kind of honesty/customer service these days sadly.

These boys are Johnny on the spot, and the fellow that was coming to tow my vehicle was nice enough to ask some questions to see if he could assist without me having to go to an auto repair place. Turned out the cold had just put my battery in a deep slumber or something, I thought it was the starter. He had some super badass jump kit and got me running. Three cheers for non-stop towing and recovery!
Was in town for job training and the weather cause my car to lose traction minimal damage but when it time to go home the owner made sure I got the best towing price in town and ensured everything was done correctly. As a young woman of color safety is important and he truly made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend, 10/10
This dude was awesome!! Had been looking for someone to move my car for me and he did it so fast, no problem! Super nice guy, be ready for him to be cracking jokes the whole time. His prices were great and super cheap compared to other places in Lexington.

I was on the side of I-75 south bound when my truck died on me with my wife, kids and dog and Rome was there in less than 20 min and brought us to our hotel for the night. Also came back the following day to assist with getting my truck to a shop to get worked on. Excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended.

My truck randomly wouldn’t start. I had been calling around Lexington all morning to different places and every last one was either rude, nasty, or hung ip on me. I was hesitant to keep trying but finally called Non-Stop. They were super nice!! From the boss down to the driver. They were courteous. They were quick. Genuine and thoughtful. Truly AMAZING customer service ..Can’t Thank these guys enough for all their help this weekend . I’m not from this area .. drove into Lexington to pick up a car I purchased through an auction online , .i found myself now needing a towing service to assist me , not knowing any locals , I expected the worst as i called Non-Stop because i was just coming out of a weekend full of terrible experiences with auction staff /agents that I kept having to deal with. So I assumed this would be the same type of experience.
Well I couldn’t have been more wrong .. Non -Stop was at the auction site within no time ready to pick up my vehicle for me ! Romeo, in my opinion went above and beyond ..these guys at NON-Stop are great to work with . .you will not be disappointed with their services , quite the opposite !!!

Never left a review for a tow company because that’s usually all they do. But today that changes, these guys are awesome and very personable! I was fired up when I called due to my situation and another company being rude, but these guys made me laugh within thirty seconds! Austin towed my vehicle, was so nice and made sure I was safe! I will tell everyone I know and I will never use anyone else!
I am very pleased with nonstop towing. Austin came out and took very special care of my Porsche Boxster as he loaded it on the tow truck. They were very efficient and very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Came faster than expected. Called slims towing initially and waited over an hour for them to come out, so I cancelled and called these guys and they came in 20 minutes and had amazing customer service and communication. Beyond good , would recommend each time someone ask for a towing company.
