I fell in driveway trying to air my tire due to ice kept leaking finally decided to get checked. stopped in at Dad and got me right in and taking care of had to be sealed. the guy i believe name was Martin was kind and fixed my tire quickly turned my bad morning into a good one thank you so much
I got my car towed here after an accident. They do not take credit card, even from an insurance company and called me to tell me my car was being towed away to a body shop when they kept it at the lot. The people were rude and treated me like I was an idiot.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Phenomenal service! I stopped by last minute for them to check my tire as I had a donut on my car… the gentleman that waited on me was so nice and very helpful. They had me in and out very quickly.! highly recommend
I had a slow leak in a tire. Called around to see who was open as it was late in the afternoon. A very nice gentleman at Dad’s answered the phone. I said I had a leaking tire and could I bring the car in on such a shorts notice. I arrived within 10 minutes and was greeted at my car. They explained how to get to the tire area and proceeded to remove the tire and located the leak quickly. The leak was repaired then offered to swap all the factory locking lugs with the non locking lugs that came with the car.
The gentleman who did the work was so kind and carried good conversation. All that work for tire and repair and lug swap for $20.00. Amazing!!!
The only downfall was on me as I had no extra cash on hand to tip him for the above and beyond service I received. I hope this review will bring in more happy customers to the busines for my lack of cash on hand.

Rude and scammed told problem was fixed and next day problem Started again and now it a different issue all together not what they fixed at all. Down $800 and still not fixed. Not first time this has happened either. First time i didnt think anything of it, 2nd time i thought maybe honest mistake... 3rd time nope no excuses... DONT GO HERE
The work got done right. If it wasn't for needing to get a shop that wasn't booked up longer than a week then I would have walked out as soon as I walked in. The light brown haired woman behind the counter with the nose ring that booked my appointment acted pissed to have to do her job. Was rude, impatient with answering any questions including about availability of getting my car in.
She would be the last person I would expect to be dealing with customers. Was the first time and last time taking my vehicle to that shop.
Went in to get my tire plugged due to 2 nails. The guy who changed my tire, last name Murphy, said it’ll be $60 dollars after he put it back on.I offered to pay with card and he said it would be extra because of the use of the card, instead of cash. Went inside to pay only to find out the total was $32. He tried to scam me $30 extra to his pocket
I had my van repaired here. There was a mistake that was made. When I returned a couple days later, they fully reimbursed me and were kind about it. Mistakes happen, but they stand behind their work. Their honesty was appreciated and I will be back.
Came here from out of town. They diagnosed my issue before I could even walk through the door, just from hearing my fans as I pulled into the lot. Had me back on the road next day. I coincidentally ran over 3 nails the day of my appointment and asked them if they could fix that, which they did free of charge. Highly recommend.
Had a nail in our tire and no spare so we got our van towed to Dads and it was minutes before they closed, but the young man there plugged the tire and saved us a whole lot of heads for the next day. I wish I would have gotten his name but thank you so much. You have a life long customer!
Broke down Easter Sunday. Made the call first thing Monday morning and they were able to work me in. Great prices, finished when they said they would and best yet...AWESOME SERVICE! Most definitely recommend for any local folks and ones passing thru. Thanks Dad's!
Friendly, Fast, and Knowledgeable customer service and mechanics. They stayed in contact and Communicated exactly what was happening with my vehicle and the necessary repairs. What I would of payed elsewhere most likely way to much, Dads made sure to just get down to the point and only fix what needed fixing. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and I know they will be my go to with all my vehicles for any repairs. This is a family ran business that is dedicated to doing the right thing. ✅️
If I could give zero stars I would. To start with the lady at the desk(blonde, tall, frail, and a black nose ring) was super rude. She kept cutting me off mid sentence and then told me I came in sideways.. even after several attempts to de escalate the situation.
I had asked for a full diagnosis, even though I was only having a brake problem, so that I could be aware of any future problems that might come up. They only did the brake diagnosis. Charged me a little over $100 for the diagnosis and a “jump start fee”. Then they came back and told me it was a caliper leak along with something else and quoted me $571 to fix. After the quote is when the lady was super rude to me and I ended up walking out feeling insulted(might I add with no harsh words said back to her, her response was “Bye” in the most sarcastic way possible). I took it to another shop and they told me a completely separate issue(brake hose) that was much less expensive to fix($128). Been driving it around now just fine. DO NOT USE DADS AUTO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO AND OVERCHARGED!!!
Guy was super nice! Came out and pumped my gas, which I love! Asked a couple of questions and I told him I was in a hurry that day so he grabbed ticket and I signed it (they have charge accounts!) local owners and hard workers!
Purchased four new tires and it was ready in a short time. My front tire was not balanced properly, so I took it back the next day. He balanced it right away. The young lady who answers the phone is so sweet. She answered all of my questions. If you need a tire plugged, I definitely recommend taking it here as they plug it within a few minutes and you're on your way.
They were very helpful when my truck died going there to get propane. Guy didn't even hesitate to help me. More likely my alternator was no good. He gave me a spot to park my truck until there was a tow truck to pickup truck. It wasn't my vehicle, other wise I would just left it there for him to fix. Thanks Dad's
Jason is a very knowledgeable resource on all things automotive. I've used him for about 13 years, and I highly recommend him. Also refills propane for RV's and campers.
Never again will we step foot in this shop! The front desk is a mess. Nobody communicates. Ended up spending a grand we never needed to in the first place bc their diagnosis was COMPLETELY WRONG! Then they tried to deny that they gave us that diagnosis! Not to mention the nail in our tire that we didn't have when we brought it to them. Bunch of low life scam artists! Wouldn't take my kids bike to these punks.
