If I could give a no star, I would. Supposed to be battery professionals. Took my golf cart in over three times to have worked on. Would not charge. It is a 64 volt original system. Said I needed to let them reduce it down to a 48 volt system. Still wouldn't charge and ran slower. Over $1000 spent. Took it to a REAL golf cart mechanic. Called me right away and said the batteries have no water in them. Ruined all eight batteries. Rearranged and undone all work that Battery Headquarters had done. Back to 64 volt system and runs like a champ now.
Cody is nice enough but, he doesn't know as much as he lets on to know. Brian, the owner, needs to be run out of town on a rail. Very rude and unprofessional when confronted about shoddy workmanship. He told us that, they never checked the batteries because we didn't ask them to and when told that it now runs like new, he said " Well, I'm happy for you." Huh? You are supposed to be a battery establishment but, didnt check the batteries. I will never return to their "establishment" and would NEVER recommend to any of my friends or family.
Cody was busy and helpful and friendly. After getting oil change yesterday at Champion ford, I got in my car and the clock was off.( They unplugged my battery for some reason?)
Next morning car won’t start, took to Autozone and they said battery was bad, but they couldn’t change it. Cody at Battery Headquarters took care of it and he listened to me vent about the other guys. He really seems like he cares and enjoys his job

I needed a new battery for my watch. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes, with a new battery installed. The price was fair too. I will be a repeat customer.
Couple years ago I purchased an A/C delco 770 CCA battery for my pickup. On Sunday 7/2 I had to jump it to get it started. Monday morning I went back here and they said the battery tested at 95% and they didn't think it was the battery. Drove it for a while starting and stopping without any issues. Let it set 2-3 hours and it was dead again. Took it back about 4:30. They tested it again and said it was not the battery had to be the alternator. (Don't think they wanted to mess with it) I went and had the battery and alternator tested. They said the battery was bad and the alternator was fine. I pulled the alternator and had it checked at 2 different places. The alternator is good. Went back Wednesday morning and again they said it was the battery but they would change it anyway. Again don't thing they wanted to mess with it. Here's where you have to watch people/places. He brought out an interstate battery. I asked about getting it replaced with what I had in it the
a/c delco he said they didn't have that one. Then as he was changing it I looked and it was only a 610cca, I had a 770cca. When I said something about that he kinda got mad. Took that battery back and came out with an A/C Delco AGM battery. Kinda shifty and not very professional. Will not go back. Been driving the truck for a week now with no issues.
Place is a joke called an asked about a blem battery. The answer was yes we have that one in a blem. drive 35 miles one way to get there and no one working there had a clue to what was going on. An no battery thanks for wasting my time. Never recommending this place to anyone again...
Fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable staff- they know batteries. Went the extra mile to provide 5 star service. They carry AC Delco, Motorcraft, Optimus, and Interstate brand batteries. I would gladly give them 10 stars!
Needed a battery for my zero turn mower I had just gotten that didn't have a battery. They set me up with a good interstate battery and even threw in the bolts and nuts I needed to hook it up! I even purchased a battery tender from their recommendation. Highly recommend for your equipment battery needs!

Battery Headquarters has always been extremely helpful and a great place to get batteries from. They will check out the old stuff just to make sure the battery is the issue and have some fantastic prices on replacements. Staff if super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out!
