Set up services. Wait 3 weeks, get the excuses of drivers out with Covid. Then find out the true reason for them not picking up the trash was the owner of the rental property owed for a dumpster. They now refuse to run services to my location stating I owe the bill of previous occupants. Co owner was extremely rude and yelled at us over the phone. When I went to collect a refund, he started arguing with me and gave me the info on previous occupants bill. Walk away now best advice.
Wow what a rip off. Charged me $200 for 20cy. Asked him what the cost was gonna be up front and he refused to give me an answer.
Told me he charged $30 for a pick up which is 8cy . Somebody needs help with there math .
Bookkeeping leaves much to be desired...can't get answer on phone...my bill has been paid yet got a non payment notice...check your bookkeepers please.
