Ashley Mccallister the assistant manager at this location is absolutely amazing she helped me diagnose my car when the check engine light came on and traction control light saying it was a misfire with my spark plugs she helped me get the exact ones that were factory in my car I will continue going back just for the service she provided!!
UPDATED FROM 5 YEARS: Only changing because of recent purchase. It's aggravating when you can't go into an auto parts store & ask employee a simple question about a vehicle. They have no knowledge of a vehicle, only what pc tells them. Yep, didn't need to waste my breath. The app in my phone reads the same as your PC. What really got me Saturday evening Oct 4th was the young man's attitude, snooty. If you don't have no interest in cars & how they work, McDonald's is across the road & you definitely don't need to know anything about food to work there.

We bought a camper and needed to get a brake controller for our truck. We tried several other auto parts stores literally within a 50 mile radius on the Tennessee side. We bought what we thought would work from Tractor supply but it didn't. I know we're on the TN/KY line so I called them to see if they had what we needed. Sure enough they did, so we headed that way. Took us maybe 30 min.
My husband goes in with the controller we bought and they couldn't find anything to fit it! Apparently it was an odd model or something. So the store did have the model and adapter we needed... The manager gave my husband 10% off because he felt bad we had gone through so much! The unit and adapter wound up being cheaper, even without the discount! He was so helpful. So we're returning the other to Tractor supply . Highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable
My friend and I stopped here to buy spark plugs for my car ...
I told the employee my car's make and model, and he proceeded to go find the spark plugs I needed.
After arriving home, I discovered he had given me the wrong plugs!!
This was very disappointing, and will be my last visit to the Advanced Auto Parts store!!
Best Salon & Spa!!! It is a full service Salon. Nails/ Pedicure/Hair// Lashes/ Lash lift and tint/Facials/ Waxing/ Microblading. Highly recommended very clean friendly and professional. They care about the clients. They are Awesome!!!!!!
All Advance autos are similar but the employees at this one are a joke. Do what
You want go where you want but if you value good speedy service and you like a hassle free experience go to any other parts provider.
The guys that work at this Advance are the coolest and the most helpful. They went far and beyond there job to help me get my boat trailer back on the road home. Man what a big help. Thank you. I couldnt have done it without ya. Ill be back.

Thank you so much for making my car battery replacement for my 2010 Kia Sedona easy. My car's battery died on me and this was the second time that had happened and both times I didn't even initially hear clicking. Naturally this wasn't a situation I wanted my wife and children to be in and it was about that time to replace the battery so I called up, verified they had a suitable battery for my car and went to the store in Albany, KY. Was taken care of by Bill who promptly advised the various battery options and pricing and they immediatley brought the battery out to the minivan and installed it. Thanks so much!
These people are awesome! Personable, knowledgeable ... everything I want in staff at any place I walk into. They laughed with us over the idiocy of Chevrolet engineers when it comes to battery placement and helped us get the blasted windshield wiper blades off my car when someone had forced the wrong blade on it... quite a surprise to find that the old J-hook was the correct blade for the car, but lucky since they're cheaper:) Highly recommended.
I Really Love my trips to Advance Auto, the staff are usually very helpful and friendly-always willing to try and help you find watever u need !! As a female who loves parts places, I can sometimes garner weird looks from such male frequented places but that's NEVER a problem here!! I highly recommend it!!
The only critique I can half-heartedly offer is about the selection of car accessories available for purchase(which isn't the ppl who work there's fault), I just wish the inventory were updated a little bit more often. That's all!
The prices are fair, alot of times their prices beat out the competition's!

Needed a battery for my truck. Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. They checked the battery and alternator to make sure it was a bad battery. The removed the old one, installed the new one. Probably only took 15 minutes from start to finish.
Best service ever! Each of the guys were helpful. They easily installed the battery I needed for my car. Told me about discounts available on-line, waited patiently while accessed those discounts. Didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what I needed just because in a woman. Will definitely be a return customer.
Descent place to get auto parts. Most of them sorta knows something auto mecanics. Some know more than others. I really like the machine that can check what's all wrong with ur car or truck.. And it's free too. That's has been helpful to me before.. The place is clean and neat. If they don't have to part there they can order and gets in quickly, probably the next day. But not more than 2 to 3 days. It's pretty much the only place in this small town where u can a wide variety of auto parts that's priced descent
Well I guess I can take this off my phone /i order parts on Saturday got them Wednesday tuck them home and; guess what still wrong part /take them back and am informed that the guy that did the order don't work there and they won't give my money back so im out right at a hundred dollars for some things that I can't use! Guess a Law suit is in the works now !ps if you trade at advance auto in Albany ky and the guy has the clothes with the company logo on it; well he doesn't work there and they will screw you out of your money even though you have a receipt. Yeah i Won't be back.........
Out of state, stranded with bad battery. They helped not only with purchase but with installation as well. Went above and beyond. Good people. Great service.
