Saved the day! Was visiting my daughter when her battery died and despite my best efforts could not get it jumped. He arrived very fast, was extremely nice, and we felt very safe. I was glad to be there for her, but I feel much better knowing good people are there to respond.

Ace Automotive towing & parts has towed my brother's car a couple of times but my brother never knew they also work on cars until recently when my brother's car wouldn't crank because the sensor that tells the computer that the gear shift is in Park wouldn't work correctly it was telling the computer that the car was in drive but Ace Automotive & parts got it running. If you are tight on time & money we would recommend calling Ace Automotive & parts to see if they can help get you back on the road.
I had a team member that needed assistance with their work vehicle while in Glasgow on 8/20/25. I reached out to Ace and they were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. I will add, they fit us in due to the nature of this being a work truck and got my team member out and back to work in less than one hour.

I have dealt with this shop for months waiting on them to do an engine swap when I got car back and being charge 4k for the engine swap the car barely runs and has 4 codes popping up I messaged the shop with no response was told when they “fixed” my wife’s car and the same codes came back right after picking up this “Matt” character said he would check out her car n atleast make it right but just makes excuses blaming his employees and never contacted about terrain but was quick to upcharge the bill and send out barely running car over a comment that he was behind which I still have all the texts from him I’m working with lawyers and BBB now car is on its way to dealership to get fixed right I would not recommend to anyone all of the “good” reviews are the owners family and friends
Today was the 2nd time we've utilities Ace automotive with our passenger vans. Being used daily we needed the vans asap. Both times the gentlemen from Ace responding quickly and towed the van to their shop and had it diagnosised and parts on the way within minutes. They had the van ready to go by close of business. Highly recommend.

This is a great shop to have your vehicle worked on whether it needs something simple or an entire engine replaced like I did. I’ve known Matt “the owner” for 10 years he is a great mechanic and business owner. Would 1000% recommend him to any of my friends
Matt is honest, knowledgeable, and exceptionally quick! We thought we had an expensive engine issue, but they checked and double checked before diagnosing it as a much smaller, less expensive issue, which fixed our problem. Additionally, he took the time to drive another problem vehicle we have, and gave us his opinion on that as well. He has great reviews and recommendations for a reason.
If you have a Mustang and take it anywhere but to Matt at Aces, you made a mistake. This guy is a professional and from Kentucky/Tennessee to Colorado I’ve not met his equal. If you want your car running at its best, this is your guy/shop.

I was stranded at the Glenview rehab in Glasgow got his number from a family friend .he was there in 15 minutes and picked my truck up and returned it within 2hrs completely repaired and returned it to me .i never had to go outside in the snow or bone chilling temps. I highly recommend Mr Matt Ballard and his business for breakdown repairs done right
I HIGHLY recommend this company. I called ACE with a referral panicked because my Mom was broke down and Matt come to the rescue immediately! He picked up my Mom's truck and had it fixed within 2 hours.
He will always be my families go to from here on out. Call Matt if you ever find yourself needing a mechanic. HE SAVED MY MOM from being put in the cold with no help!
My family and I were road tripping from Indiana to Florida when the car broke down in Glasgow, KY, on a Friday night. The local Nissan dealership refused to work on a car that was over ten years old (which is ridiculous and another comment for another forum). Thankfully, I was steered to Matt and Ace Automotive by a referral and he absolutely took care of us when nobody else would.
He was already out on the town with his own family, but he came and helped us out afterwards (8pm on a Fri!), worked on the car THAT NIGHT, and had it completed by 11pm allowing us to get back on the road bright and early the next morning.
"Above and beyond" doesn't begin to describe the excellent service we received and I can't thank him enough!
Took my 05 Taco in for an alignment and felt like I drove away with a a brand new truck right off the showroom floor. Quality service in a timely fashion. Will be back for sure.

If your looking for a great honest mechanic; look no further then Ace Automotive & Recovery. Their team of mechanics do excellent reliable work in a timely manner. They do just about any repair or service you need, even towing. They just put new tires on mine and my daughters vehicles,as well many other repairs she needed. And ladies if your like me you’ve had a mechanic try to take advantage of you and over charge you; sometimes for repairs you didn’t even need. For now this will be the only place my family goes for our vehicle needs. Thank you guys!
