Triple A assigned this company twice to me the first time I needed a battery and they Said they have to come tomorrow and do it because it was Dark. They assigned them to me again when I call and I tell them I have a battery just can't get it put in the truck because I had no tools. They said they can't because I have to buy the battery from them.

Great communication and customer service. Our truck died and left us stranded an hour away from home and Travis took great care of us. He was very personable and a delight to talk with on our long tow to our preferred mechanic. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere On Cumberland Parkway in Kentucky on my way home from Christmas vacation by myself with my four kids. Steve and his partner with McCoy towing were absolutely amazing in getting us safely to a hotel and my vehicle to a shop. Steve even went above and beyond the next morning by calling the shop and letting them know my situation, and they were actually able to get my car repaired very quickly. Thank you, McCoy!

Clocked out yesterday just to come outside to a flat tire…Thankfully, AAA was able to contact them when all of the other shops around Gravel Switch were closed. I am SO thankful for them! They came as fast as they could & were able to find the little house that I work at even though it’s in the middle of bfe. I thought that I’d be stuck all night since I didn’t have a jack. I’m SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS SHOP!!! And the man who did the tire change was also very patient & kind. Would definitely recommend them :)

We had a great experience with Frankie McCoy Motors via AAA. They were fast and went above and beyond by double checking the air in the spare. They also called first to let us know how long it would be, and were exactly right to the minute. It was a relief! Very nice people

Very quick, professional & courteous. My insurance issued a roadside pickup by another company and after waiting 3 hours and them not showing or responding to my checkin calls they reassigned my tow to McCoys. It was a late night on a Saturday & I spoke with them and they arrived very promptly (a very welcoming sight after what had become a very long, upsetting night). Very thankful for their service! I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing service in the Glasgow or surrounding area.

Had a lowered GTI, wheel fell off due to wheel bearing and suspension failure. Lucas jumped right into action and set up a plan, got it towed back with nothing hurt on the car. Great service, got everything done for a very good price.

I read all the good reviews about this company. I called once and Jamie answered. No voicemail. A real person. I told him my car situation and he said just call when you’re ready. I was waiting on car parts to come in. A few days later they came in so I called Jamie and by 5:00 pm he was at my house and towed my car to the mechanic. So easy and so reliable. Thanks Jamie!!!

Kevin with Frankie McCoy Motors rescued us when our battery failed and left us stranded. It was our second AAA call of the day. The first tech charged the battery and said we could drive it, but after our errand, the battery was dead again. We had a bit of trouble with AAA until they reached Kevin. Thank you guys for answering the call when my car broke down when no one else would that night! They had someone dispatched and ready to go in under 30 mins! T the driver was beyond professional on the phone, empathetic and efficient. Tbh from a customer service standpoint he was better over the phone than the Triple A agent.

My car had a massive oil leak and I was unable to make my way home. Frankie was great and arrived quickly after my wife and I made the call. He was also very careful and made sure my front bumper wouldn’t scrape the ground when getting my car on and off the truck. Great service overall.

I needed a tow and this is who AAA was using. I was told the driver would be to my location at 5:12. Over 30 minutes AFTER the driver was supposed to arrive, he calls to tell me he’s still at home and isn’t sure he can get me out but he’ll try. When I asked how long til he would be at my location he said 30-45 minutes. Almost an hour and half later, he calls me to tell me that not only is he a mile or so up the road, but that he didn’t even drive his tow truck in so he can’t tow me, but he could give me a ride home. Are you freaking kidding me??? What tow truck driver who receives a call for a tow DOESN’T drive his tow truck???? HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE!!!! Thank God for Wrench Masters and their tow truck driver because THAT is who wound up towing me.

Austin was AMAZING!!! We called him with our AAA service and he went ABOVE and BEYOND all we ask!!! He fixed our belt and we were on our way! He was very professional and personable!! If we are ever in the area again we will call Glasgow McCoy towing

Excellent service! My son and his friend were stranded 3 hours from home. They were loaded up and SAFELY brought home! Then the poor driver had to drive 3 hours back! I cannot express how amazing John was. I was stranded 6 hours from home with my son. After John arrived quickly, loaded up my car, and drove to the AAA suggested "mechanic", I was absolutely NOT comfortable staying there. Immediately, John stepped in to help my son and I. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and not stranded by changing the battery on his own. Afterwards, he called me to make sure we made it home safely!
