Over the weekend my son was stranded in Lawrenceburg ky. I called several tow company's trying to get him home. After being quoted 750. To 800 each time I was beginning to loose hope. I called this number and Josh answered. I explained my situation to him and he told me what he could do. Within mins someone was picking up my son and his car. Josh went out of his way to help us. I'm forever grateful there are still good people in this world and Josh payne is one of them!!

Horrible roadside assistance experience with this company. They are completely unorganized and uninterested in providing the services they claim to offer and will delay and delay as long as possible. I had a playhouse moved by them and they took very could care of everything and made sure they didn’t damage the piece. I was able to give the owner a call one day when an a man from a neighboring county was broke down, he had a guy there within a short time and took care of the man. Highly recommend. They go above and beyond 24/7/365.
If you could have a good experience after a car accident, it would be because how good 1st Choice is. Quick arrival, seamless process (even during a thunderstorm). The owner even offered to loan me his personal vehicle to finish my trip to see my mom for her bday. Can’t say enough about how great these guys are!
