This business actually does not care about customers at all. Went to buy a 3rd cart from them they sent the deposit request and within several hours later sold the cart anyway. Especially after sending a message I was buying it would you not think a repeat customer for a 3rd cart would not pay again.
Just shows you they are just about the dollar and not customer service.

Bought a rzr from here the guy repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with it had it for 3 weeks didn’t get a chance to ride it took it to get serviced and now I have a 11000$ bill the engine is destroyed
Had Sscart custom build a cart for us all through email or text. Billy and his team respond quickly to questions ot concerns of the build. We have the cart now for over one year with no issues. We were looking for accessories and replacement parts recently and just have 3 or 4 text messages Billy ha e the part ready to be shipped. customer service and quality of build are both top notch.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to purchase a used cart. The gentleman behind the locked gate ( they don’t let you inside the fence ) stated that his carts were from NY and that batteries would last longer than carts in KY. They were priced higher than competitors. He was rude when I made an offer of $200 less than asking price. 1 out of 10. I definitely do not recommend anyone go there.
These folks are AWESOME!! Called yesterday about interest in a cart. They changed the seats and top from tan to black and delivered it to me the next day! Communication was awesome. Cart is awesome. Delivery was awesome. SS Carts rocks!
I purchased a basic used golf cart in 2018 and have been very pleased with it. After 2 years, I decided to make a few cosmetic upgrades and modifications that came out fantastic. Billy and his sons were excellent to work with during the initial purchase and very helpful deciding what upgrades to make. I live nearly an hour away in Louisville, and like all places, there are delivery fees, but they are prompt and professional. If you are considering purchasing a cart, I highly recommend giving this family run business a shot. More than a dozen friends from my area have purchased from SS as well and have had a great experience. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to acknowledge such a positive experience with this company.

His guy is honest and has great carts for a great price. Ordered and golfcart and he had it on its way to texas the next day. Wonderful service. We looked around for golfcarts for over a month and finally found SS carts. So happy we did! I LOVE my golfcart!
Phenomenal Service! I bought the cart from them. They educated me on the cart. And when it had it's first issue, like all mechanical things do. They came and picked it up for me, serviced it in ONE day and brought it back to me good as new. Fair pricing, honest dealings, speedy repair. Not sure what more one could ask for. Thanks SS!
My husband and I purchased a golf cart and we live 2 1/2 hours away! They delivered to our home. After a couple days we were having a problem with the cart and they sent someone to bring us another one exactly like the original one we purchased and picked up the other one! I’m so impressed with their customer service and really appreciate what they did to make sure we were happy!!
Bought a beautiful 2014 black golf cart from SS Carts. Richard was wonderful to work with and no doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Richard went beyond the call to get the golf cart ready and delivered in a much shorter timeframe than I expected. I would highly recommend SS Carts to anyone looking for a quality product at a great price. Thank you Richard and Sammy for going beyond the call to get the cart we wanted. My son is so excited. Worst experience I have had in a very long time! Billy, the owner, and his son Richard are both very unprofessional! We had paid for delivery ($435.00) and 4000 down and were told it would be delivered by a certain date. I had specifically told them that if it could not be delivered on that date we would personally come and get it. So instead of calling the day prior or even very early the morning of, they decided to call us 2 hours before they close to say nope can't do it today.. Therefore we could not drive there and get it being that we live 4 hours away not to mention we both took off work to be here when it was delivered. So I politely asked if anything could be done as far as a discount being that we were both out a day's worth of work not to mention we already paid for delivery and money down.. Richard rudely said "nope.. we will just cancel the whole thing," and hung up on me. Then they went as far as to block both my phone number and fiancee's so we could not call back. Wow.. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!! We ended up getting a better deal on a much nicer golf cart with good people in Berne, Indiana- HB Golf Carts. My recommendation would be to try them out!! SSCarts is nothing but a rude and unprofessional place that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!
I agree with the last review. The owner is a anal bead. I saw a cart online so I gave him a call and he acted like I was hassling him by asking questions. Wasn't flexible at all with pricing and would only except cash which is odd for a business not to except credit card. I also paid to have my cart delivered. It was delivered by a group of kids in their teens who were smoking pot in the truck. I loved the cart at first until I quickly realized the rear end was blasted. I choose to swallow the the loss rather than speak one more breath to this mofo. These guys take junk and touch it up cosmetically and post it. If it comes back, there are like "f" it. I consider this type of person/business to be criminal. The very thing that's wrong with this country today... BEWARE!!!!
