My tire blew on the interstate. Paige was friendly and got Scotty dispatched to me very quickly and efficiently. Scotty had my spare put on and had me safely on my way within 8 minutes.
Thanks to the help from DKP towing, I was able to get my truck back home. It randomly broke down in Louisville and they were able to pick it up and deliver back to Lawrenceburg.
They are professional, responsive and fair priced.

The guy (Scotty I think) came to tow me out of snow piled up around my car in downtown Frankfort. He couldn't tow it so he got out and shovelled me out. He went above and beyond to help me. He got me shovelled out in no time and he even pulled my car out on the road for me. He didn't have to do that. Could have told me to call a snow removal, but instead he worked very hard and fast and I appreciate it. They are the best.
I have a 79 minute wait but the tow truck ended up getting here in 10 minutes after I called. The guy was super polite and did an excellent job. I would leave 6 stars if it was possible thanks DKP!!!!!!!
They showed up on time and my phone was dead. He was very patient waiting for me to get up and gather myself. He had the car loaded in no time and dropped off with no issues and communicated with me the entire time! Highly recommend.
Very satisfied. I Locked my keys in the car. I called Paige and she had Darrell there in a matter of mins. He was able to unlock the car with out any damage to my door. The price was affordable and service was top tier. I would recommend them 1000 times over any other.!!!
Fantastic service! I was connected through my insurance roadside and they originally estimated a tow truck in 75 minutes. They showed up in less than 40 with a friendly driver, I was able to get a ride in the truck which was clean, and I had friendly conversation the entire way to my destination. If you need these services, I'd highly recommend DKP!
After a less than acceptable experience with a different tow company picking up our request and then pushing out the ETA 3 times we asked for out ticket to be reassigned. DKP picked up our roadside request for a tow. Their original ETA was 60-90 minutes, but 15 minutes later I got a call from Scotty saying he was less than 5 minutes out. He was fast, friendly, and professional. He made a stressful situation much easier and that was really needed. Would and will recommend to anyone needing any services they offer.
Broke down on Halloween and Scotty came to the rescue quick. He even gave me a ride! Great service and friendly.....and he's not creepy which was a plus!!!!! Thanks DKP!
We were on our way to Lexington stuck on Bluegrass Parkway for 5 hours after getting the runaround with our insurance company and other tow companies. DKP came to the rescue and went over and beyond by dropping my husband and I off at our hotel. Total lifesaver!!!!! I didn’t get our guys name but he was amazing and so nice after a very frustrating day.
I was stranded in Frankfort directly after work had to work on my brakes (which was not the problem) I got ahold of a couple different towing companies they either was too busy or too much….i finally was recommended to call DKP towing…not only were they the cheapest but also was there within the hours….good good people HHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Amazing, fast and friendly service. I waited almost 30 minutes for insurance to match to a company and within a minute of this company getting the request they called. It took only 9 minutes for him to arrive and get my car unlocked.
Called DKP Towing for help changing out a blown tire on the side of the road. Darrell was able to be on site in 5 minutes and got us back up and running in no time. He was super friendly and I know who to call if I need help again. Earns the full 5 out of 5 from me. Highly recommend.

Update: up to $6,000 in repairs from his maintenance work. Oh and when I asked for atleast a partial refund I got blocked.
DO NOT TRUST MAINTENANCE WORK FROM DARRELL.
Cost me thousands of dollars in repairs after the fact, and now i can’t even get a response. Known Darrell since high school and I didn’t think he’d screw me over but he sure did.
DO NOT PAY HIM IN CASH YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER AND HAVE NO RECEIPTS. Paid almost 2000 worth of work to him in cash (he asked for cash so he wouldn’t have to report it in taxes) in case the IRS cares
I used this company to help an older man I barely knew—our window cleaner—whose car broke down. He’s sickly and currently going through chemo, was stuck out in the heat with no one to call. I used my roadside membership, but it didn’t cover the full cost, and neither of us had the extra money. I explained the situation to the driver, Darrell, actually telling him I needed to cancel, and without hesitation he said “don’t worry about it—I’ll take care of it!” He wasn't worried about the money OWED to him & decided to just help a stranger.
The man we/he helped never even knew someone covered it for him. But it absolutely made my day. That kind of quiet kindness is rare. One person stepping in to help simply because someone else was trying to do the same. I left a review at the wrong company at first, so I’m fixing that now! These are the people worth supporting. They will forever have my business & recommendation to anyone! ♥
