Took my car in TWICE to have it checked because we could smell oil. Was told everything was fine no leaks. Could still smell it so took it to another mechanic and was told we have a rear main seal leak. Will never be using Kenny’s again.

So sorry you've been under the weather Kenny, but we surely miss the service when you were more available. Heard that from our lawyer, so sorry if that's not the case. As far as the current staff, it's HIGHLY unprofessional. Your receptionist/blimp on the map, called on speaker phone and embarrassed your entire company. Karen or whatever her name was, needs to probably go back to her day job! As a former receptionist for a law firm and an Executive Administrative Assistant, if I spoke to a customer like how she did, I'd be in the market for a new job!

WORTH THE READ! If not willing, just DRIVE ON! Simply show the pics to ANY mechanic, and they'll tell you to STEER CLEAR! No pun intended! I'll delete this if they do the refund for the wrong parts & make this right! I took my vehicle in for a check engine light, where I was charged for a diagnostic fee, only to be told that they were "Chasing a ghost", & that my light turned off. I got in the vehicle to drive away, and it started violently jerking down the road, so I immediately drove it back. They then started replacing numerous parts without informing me, all of which were not the parts the vehicle called for (refer to pictures). Numerous mechanics advised me that this would only cause the light to come back on & cause more problems. I called to inform them of this (and mind you, my phone records calls), only to be told that "If it messed up again, that they'd make it right". You would think "Right" would be putting the right parts in & doing the job correctly. So in my opinion, every consumer should beware! I picked it up & that's exactly what occured, the light came back on with the wrong parts (refer to mileage from receipt to when the light was back on). Like the air intake hose throwing a code, because it had a tube going to nowhere that had what appeared to be a socket stuck in the hole to plug it (refer to pics). Which despite the receptionist (side note: who informed me that she was just a real estate agent that is the wife of a mechanic, so is just "Helping out"), laughing at me when I said this, I got the same laugh from a handful of mechanics AND the dealer when I explained/SHOWED them this. In my opinion, being yelled at, laughed at, & hung up on, was the definition of poor customer service. Lastly, I called to SIMPLY ask for the refund on JUST the intake hoses (not even the cheap Champion spark plugs (which numerous people have laughed about, because NONE of us have heard of those since we put them in our lawn mowers), no refund for labor, my inconvenience, etc. I was told from Kenny who answered, that he'd try to find where they got them, and call me back about the refund. I never got a call, so I made multiple attempts to reach out, each time being disconnected WITHOUT TALKING TO ANYBODY! I decided to just drop them off since, well, what am I going to do with the WRONG PARTS? I went to dinner, only to be contacted & accused of harassment. The "receptionist" seemed to pipe down when I told her that my phone records my calls, so I wasn't about to be accused of that. Nonetheless, I felt berated, embarrassed in the restaurant, AND I WAS HUNG UP ON! What's LAUGHABLE, is that I was asked for the correct part #'s repeatedly, when you'd THINK a mechanic could look that up! (Which, I'm sorry, I don't carry my vehicle repair receipts around with me). I was asked why I didn't bring it back? Where I then stated, "Why would I bring it back a 3rd time when nobody can fix it right"? Sadly, I was left advising that I can get the refund or that I'd leave this bad review, where she then replied, "Go ahead". To me, the conversation was over, so I disconnected the call. I'm quite sure that Kenny's will do NOTHING to make this right, so this review and PROOF will sit out here for years to come, hopefully steering customers away from a $568 bill, with nothing to show for it but incorrect parts, a broke vehicle still, & a tongue lashing a consumer never deserves! Oh, and included are the correct part numbers that could be easily found, despite the 1st five mechanics & dealer finding them effortlessly, while I'm ALSO told, "They don't make them anymore".

Had them work on my car and truck and both times fixed right the first time without any problems. I do believe they are a popular place as you have to wait a little bit in line to get serviced, but they tell you that up front and double check on what the cost will be before doing it. I will keep using them.

Did a great job. Took a little longer than I had hoped, but finding the issue and then the parts, I totally understand it.

Kenny is a genius, and one of the nicest guys our family has ever met! I own an Infiniti G37 Conv. which is NOT a car just anyone can figure out. He totally did, charged me beyond a fair price, and kept his word to keep at it until the bugs where worked out. It's fixed!! I drive from East Texas to take my car to him and visit my mom. My son worked for him years ago- great family! Thank you Kenny's Auto for capable & reliable help when we need it❤️

Was disappointed was charge $95 an hour just ask to bring down my idle and had to drill key lock from back of truck so I can lower my spare tire. He charged me for four hours $446 and changed antifreeze without clearing it for $17 for antifreeze . I will no longer be going to him he’s to high for me. Would of liked to be asked before things are done that is courteous I believe.

My van blew out a spark plug and they got me in right away. They repaired the plug hole, replaced the plug and coil pack. I was very surprised that I got such a fast turn around and how cheap the repair was! Fast friendly service and a great value!

Awesome customer service! I called around lunch time, after trying 2 other shops and being turned away for various reasons. They rescheduled their lunch and was able to replace my skid loader tire.

Rented a u-haul trailer from here. I was offered six hours but said I only needed it for four as I was just going from mulvane to Udall and back. I returned it within two hours and was charged double?? I rent 10-15 times a year from u-haul but will NEVER use this location again!!!

Traveling over the holiday weekend with our whole family, parents too. We had a tire losing air fast. Googled the nearest tire repair shop, Kenny's repair. Kenny and Steve helped get us back on the road quickly. They were very nice people. I would strongly recommend them if you need help with your vehicle. THANK YOU to Kenny's Repair. Cindy Sasse

Nice folks but like most truck workshops it's very messy. Kenny seems pretty knowledgeable though.

I had them fix my vehicle and they said they could fix it in a day. It took 3 day! They never kept me informed on what was going on. Then when I got it back they didn't even give it back completely fix. Charged an arm and a leg for half ass work. I will never take a car to them again and advise everyone to go somewhere else! Very dissatisfied

Terrible Service! They wanted to fix my car for a terrible price. A friend out of state who is a mechanic looked up the price for the part and labor and found out they were over pricing me around $200.00! I went to go pick up my car to take it elsewhere and they tried to make me pay $85.00 for the diagnostic!
