We just picked up our BMW X3 and couldn’t be more happier with their service and attention to detail they have. This was the second time we have brought our car to them. Was expecting to pay more than our insurance deductible but actually ended up paying less. This body shop is one of the few left family owned companies. They treat you like family which was a nice surprise.
Do yourself a favor and come straight to them for any of your insurance or bodywork needs. You will thank me later!! Would give 2 more stars if I could!!
Had our BMW X3 fixed there after a bad accident and they not only fixed the entire driver side of our car to perfect condition, but made sure the whole car was detailed. Thought we were buying a new car when we picked it up. Some of the best paintwork I’ve seen in a long time. That’s coming from someone who use to build cars.
Highly recommend if your wanting the whole process from getting the estimate to taken delivery!
Personally will go else next last time.. decent work for top dollar price. None OEM parts for OEM price... mad at myself for spending as much as I did here. NOT WORTH IT for my repairs
Absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Was very disrespectful towards me because I am a woman, told me I didn't know anything about vehicles. Also told me that it wasn't really worth his time and wouldn't even consider doing work for me until October because they have more important things to do. Carried on multiple different PERSONAL phone conversations while discussing business with me. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. DISRESPECTFUL!
Worst ever experience. After making an appointment 2 weeks earlier, when I called to set up the time, I was blown off. Said it was not worth his time.. Pretty disappointing to find out I waited 2 weeks to find out he felt I was a waist of his time!
Quality did a great job for me at a great price. They offered a PDR service which would leave an imperfection, or a conventional job with no traces at a much higher price. I opted for the PDR (they offered to discount the additional paint work if the PDR result didn't meet expectations), and I am very pleased with the result. If I didn't know exactly where to look, I wouldn't be able to see that anything ever happened. Very satisfied with the work, and the price.
I have been taking all of our personal vehicles to Quality Body Shop for more than 17 years. We also send all of our customers from our auto/truck repair facility to Quality as well. We know the work will be done honestly and professionally every time. This means everything to us and it's a comfort to know that the customers we send there will be treated just the same. Their name says it all.
My 2018 Chevy Colorado was hit on the front driver side. The body shop did a perfect paint match and good quality work. Fair price considering the work done.
The owner also looked into the dents on my brand new truck bed fenders. It ended up being a defect that he repaired to the best of his ability for free.
I will go back every time I need anything repaired on my vehicles.
I came in to get a new bumper with paint by them recently. Paint match came out almost perfect HOWEVER their was orange peel on the entire surface. It wasn’t minor it was pretty significant. When I went to pick up the car it was in the shade so it looked perfect to me but when I took a picture on my errands and looked at it you can clearly see the orange peel. For a rather costly upgrade it turned out less than my satisfaction as several individuals approached me with the notice of orange peel. Went back the next morning to show them, and one of the employees confirmed my finding of orange peel. He thought it was just a little bit when it was the entire bumper. So he ended up correcting one spot and said the rest is “show room quality paint”. As I disagreed with him the employee seemed rather upset I challenged the quality of work provided. That being said after I finished with them I then went to a different body shop that I have worked with previously and they too agreed with my finding of orange peel. $50 later and 2 hours of my time the bumper was completed how it should have been done the first time.
They may appear to be nice to customers but I saw the owner talk down to the mailman. That showed me thier true colors. I talked to the mailman later he simply told me they usually just ignore him. It's a shame because i found out he was a 20 year veteran of the Air Force.
I have had several cars repaired at Quality Body Shop after all types of minor accidents and significant fender benders. They have always done great work and the cars have always looked as good as new when they were done!
