O'Reillys, in general, is a bit more expensive than many alternatives but every time I have been to this location they have been nothing but helpful and have always gone out of their way to ensure I am helped with anything I need. This kind of customer service is few and far between in today's society.
I am so impressed with the management at this location. The staff here was phenomenal. I have used them many times in the past and they were always very helpful they go out of their way to get you what you need...what a great store...
Good employees can get you in and out with what you need or get it in if it is not in stock. Great business model. Google wants an update, this statement is still true no change.
I was born with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis I was leaving Wichita and got a flat right in front of your store and a nice young kid came out and changed my tire for me I can't remember the kid's name God bless him
Very friendly personnel and helpful. They take me directly to the items I am looking for and even installed a windshield wiper for me. That was greatly appreciated since it is hard for me to reach over the hood to. do it. I will be going back there today to get the other one.
The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Appreciated their help and service. On a cold, windy January Kansas day, any help with removing and installing a new rear wiper blade is greatly appreciated.

Good experience Mgr Ross helped me with what I needed, and I needed some parts not for specific vehicle, old willys hot rod with a big block, got me fixed up in 10 minutes. Thank you Ross
Was given wrong part. Then AFTER P
purchasing right part the next day I was told that they didn't have it in stock. Come to find out other stores in the area did! I was unable to explain how in the past week I had been pulled over 5 times!
Social distancing as requested. Shelves were stocked nicely. I picked up some car cleaning items, checked out and was out the door in just a few minutes. They had three cashiers open!
Pathetic service, no knowledge of what’s going on under the hood. More than that they will not help you there, it’s worth the drive to go to Derby. Bad enough I went to AutoZone instead of O’Reilly ‘s.
Always very helpful and friendly however they're open sign was on when I pulled in at 8:58 and by the time I got to the door it was 8:59 and they turn the light out and lock the door and I just needed a fuse so a little bit upset but it is a good store
Worst location I've ever visited. No one ever greets you even though they have plenty of staff. The men who work here ALL need more training. They were very nasty to a female co-worker while I was in here shopping for a couple car parts. Manager needs to either coach employees more or needs fired. Poor excuse for a retail manager. Assistant manager used his cell phone behind counter to shine his cameras light on my $50 bill to I'd guess see if it's real. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Should not be on phone behind counter or while on clock and facing customers. Check bills correct way with counterfeit checker pen or some actual way to tell not your phone! Also a RECEIPT should not be asked for it SHOULD BE PROVIDED with ALL PURCHASES NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If someone spends money they are entitled to proof of purchase, if not then close your business. A courtesy shopping sack for items purchased would not be asking for anything extra elsewhere, but here they make it seem like it's asking for the moon. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR MANAGEMENT. High prices. Advance auto parts matches prices and even beats O'reillys every time. Wish they had more of those and less O'reillys.
First night I was there getting parts and they wouldn't help me out to my car. Second night I came in and I had to ask for help out. They said they couldnt and so I got a little mean and ended up with some help with my parts. Overall terrible experience, a bunch of kids seem to run the store so do whatever. Like have friends behind the counter and look annoyed when anyone walks in.
So far this is by far the best Oreilly's location I've visited. Drew the manager is actually knowledgeable and helpful as are most of the other folks I've seen in there. It has always been properly stocked and I haven't stood waiting for someone to come to the register forever like I have become accustomed to at other locations. Same with looking parts up, for the most part, much better than I've experienced at other locations. Hopefully they stay this way. I genuinely hope to have at least one location that is NOT so frustrating I'd rather have dental work with no pain killer like Derby and Wichita. Keep it up guys, don't Derby out!
Really great local auto parts store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to help (even when you show up 5 minutes before they close like me).
