My car decided to die when I was heading back to work at the end of the day. Ty arrived fifteen minutes after I made the call. Personable, professional and the price was more than reasonable. I called 2 other tow companies and one didn't answer the other said they didnt have a night driver. Thankfully I called triple M these guys are on it answered my call instantly and was out to help me within 25 minutes. The was so helpful and even helped to work on my wheel. If you need towed don't waste your time calling around just come straight to triple M. Thank you guys keep up the great service.
These guys are AWESOME! Thank you so much for taking extra special care in making sure my car made it on and off the tow bed without the front bumper getting scratched. My car sits super low and they had just the right tools to make sure it would clear safely. Thanks again!!!
Chris picked us up and, because he knew what needed fixed, actually towed us to an auto parts store and fixed our truck and got us back on the roads. So helpful! Thankful he answered our call on a Saturday evening! Highly recommend!
It was my sister who actually needed your services but I arranged the tow. She had to tow her firebird from S Topeka to Lawrence... She was very satisfied I just couldnt give a better rating due to the fact the service was for her and not me... But over all Quality service was given.

Truck wouldn't start I called for a tow and either no answer or price outrageous..I called Tripple m towing got an answer on first ring the guy was polite and respectful he pulled up in the time he said he would got it towed and tried to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Our car broke down on 470 toll road coming home after dark. We called two towing services that said 24 hour service and no one answered the phone. We then called Triple M. They answered the phone, were courteous, professional and responded within 25minutes. They not only dropped off our car at the mechanic shop but drove us home. We highly recommend Triple M. If you need a tow, give them a call.
My car was stuck in park in my driveway, so I needed a tow to a place to get it fixed. Tye and Chris were both very friendly and helpful. They first attempted to fix the shifter themselves, and when they determined it would need more extensive repairs, they asked where I planned to have them take it. When I told them, they offered a suggestion for a less expensive shop with a great reputation. They allowed me to ride with them to the shop to discuss the repairs with the owner, and then they gave me a ride back home for no additional charge. Both were personable and expressed a desire to help in the community. I'll definitely call them first when I need any kind of service for my vehicle in the future.

These are THE guys!!! I could write a book about my perfect experience with them. I had a horrific experience with a deer and roadside (not so much)assistance and Triple M came to save me at 5am on the dark highway at the end of the two gentlemen’s shift. They stayed long over time to make sure I was taken care of after towing me to where I needed to go. They took me to my destination, made sure the tire company didn’t screw me over and assisted me in every step of the process and didn’t leave my side until I was fully safe, happy and in good hands. These are seriously the guys you want to help you when you’re running late to the airport, stranded alone on a dark highway at 4/5am. I can’t stop raving to everyone about their professionalism and kindness. Thank you Chris and Ty for making my terrible experience a blessing! I’m still passing out your business cards too. I called and he answered phone right away. Arranged for next day pickup of my truck and was able to pickup right away instead of next day. Felt very comfortable leaving truck and responsibility of getting to the shop across town. It was 530 pm when I called and he was cutting his dinner short to come get my vehicle. Customer service is important to me and I will use him again and have my family use him as well.
These guys are the best in the business. the most honest company out there. Chris and Tye really took care of us and made sure we got our vehicle to safety when nobody elsewould . they were the fastest and most professional company when everyone else was trying to rip us off on price. you wont find another company as good and honest as these guys. thanks again Triple M you really took care of us
If you need a tow service CALL THEM! I called around to several other tow companies and out of all of them triple M had the best rates around. They were Very very friendly, the only honest guys we called and took care of us when no other company would. Tye and Chris got to us very fast with no issues at all.. Again if you’re in need of a tow service call these guys. Best rates with top tier service you won’t find another tow service as good as them . I will definitely call them again for any tow services needed. Thank you guys at triple M for taking care of us .

I've never had to tow a vehicle before, so I was anxious about the experience. Chris was absolutely wonderful. Fast, friendly and very affordable. I hope I don't have to use their services again, but if so, I'll be glad to give them a call.
My husband and I were broke down on Highway 24 awaiting triple aaa who passed several and went to the wrong location. My husband seen a tow truck coming thinking it was triple aaa and waved him down. The tow driver then stoped behind us and came up and talked to my husband. Upon still waiting on the phone trying to get the mixed up situation fixed after over and hour and a half we were tired of waiting and asked Tye if he would get us home. I’m so happy he ended up there and stayed with us with his emergency lights to keep us safe. He took our vehicle home. Thank you for your professional service you guys at Triple MMM are amazing. My Mother in Law needed Chris' services after an accident took place on her way back to Kentucky from Colorado. She was traveling alone with her dog. He not only towed her truck, but helped her find lodgings for the night. He even went in to check if the hotels accepted dogs! He went above and beyond the call of duty, and my husband and I are forever grateful that he was there to help. He took care of her when she was rattled and upset from the accident and had no one to help her. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!
I hydro drifted into the cement wall and then into the ditch on the highway. They were out there super quick (while still down pouring) . There were quick to get it loaded. And even though my camaro was done for They were still careful with it. Great prices also! Deffently will be recommending them to people!!
My husbands father has been having some dementia like symptoms and the other day decided it would be a good idea to drive his car behind his apartment complex into about four inches of mud. These guys came out (within 15 minutes) pulled him out of the mud. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were understanding to his situation and made sure not to worry him too much. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. They were the best part of a crummy afternoon, that's for sure!

My Harley broke down 25 miles West of Topeka as a huge storm was forming nearby. Michael dropped everything and rushed out to get me. We loaded up the bike (Michael was careful to make sure it was loaded properly and would not get scratched), and skedaddled back to Topeka inches ahead of the storm. NBC news reported that the storm spawned 3 tornadoes and dropped baseball size hail. If it hadn't been for Tripple M's quick response, I'd have been in a world of hurt. They rode INTO the storm to get me, got there fast, loaded carefully, and were friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more from a tow truck company.
I have been towed several times by this company! Chris and Michael are very professional and efficient! This is the only tow company that I will use in the Topeka area!!! I would give more stars if I could!!
