Very rude and disrespectful. Cheat my mother out her money for a part. And messed up the fuses in my vehicle. And charged me for parts that wasn’t put on my vehicle. And messed up, my transmission in a vehicle I purchased from him.
I was fortunate enough to meet RC. In the short amount of time that we talked, his years of experience were obvious. He gets there, handles the situation in the quickest, most efficient way possible, and then heads off to do it again. RC has made a living helping people at their worst times. Nobody wants to have something towed, but you'll never use another company after using RC Towing. Thank you, RC, for the great conversation, and genuinely caring about other people. Ronnie is no joke! He's highly educated in his cars and knows whether specific equipment is needed. He didn't try to rip my family off like others. He was quick, professional, and inexpensive. Cant even be bothered to be at their location. Their mechanic said that the owner was on his way back. Still waiting, over an hour. I'm just trying to get my car back after days. This is ridiculous
DON’T buy cars from him. He literally sold me a car that was completely messed up. Then when I bought the car he tried to tell me where I could n couldn’t drive it. He supposedly fixed it but now it has more problems than it did. This whole thing has been a nightmare
Very good service they found all my electrical issues on my 95 ( long painstaking process) went above and beyond to help me back on the road as quickly as possible! They really went the extra mile. Highly recommend for professional service with really reasonable rates
We got stranded along I-70 4 hours from home 8am on a Sunday morning. RC was able to get our Explorer towed and even waited with us along the road until our ride arrived. He was quick in being able to diagnose the problems and was completely upfront with everything he found and was doing. He was able to order and replace our motor and have us back up and running very quickly. Really great friendly staff would recommend to anyone.
My vehicle was towed less than five miles and was charged $700. Mr. Charles then refused to return my vehicle to me for seven days. Then charged me additional fees for storage. Is this even legal to price gouge the public! Then I was told I had to tell the owner how to fixy car. In the end, my car was repaired by a great mechanic friend. My car broke down while I was doing laundry and the owner of Louie's towed my car!
This was actually the second time I used this company, once for myself and once for my daughter, the service was excellent and they really take their time to explain what's wrong with the vehicle. Very reasonably priced. Thanks to the whole RC towing crew!
Worst service I've ever received. Had to get rid of one vehicle and the other the transmission isn't working. Do not get business from this man. Waste of money.
Omg! Everyone here is magic! The guy who fixed my car is magic. I love him! I love his wife! I love everyone I met there! I had my car worked on at my local garage before taking an unexpected Friday trip to Topeka. I expected to return home (in another state) Saturday. When I was on my way home my brakes locked up. I contacted another garage and they could fit me in on Tuesday. Contacted RC Towing to tow my car and he asked me about what was going on. I told him, and he offered to take it to his garage and look at it on a Saturday. He said as long as he could get the parts he needed then he could have me home Sunday. AND HE DID IT!!! He was very reasonably priced, he communicated with me what was going on, and he corrected a mistake my local garage missed. If I lived in Topeka then I would go here for all of my car related issues.
On time when called for a tow, and then replaced my fuel pumps and did it all n a good time had my car back up n running within 4hrs. RC Towing is my new place to get work done on any of my cars.
Wish I could give RC Towing 6 stars! Huge help this weekend with a tie rod coming off that would have required a tow in and a $300-$400 repair on top of it. After looking at the problem, he very nicely offered to repair it instead of a tow, did so and saved me at least $250. Thank you! That is over and above.
They were all good up until they just delivered my car in the middle of the parking lot of Toyota (left it there in neutral) and a lady went to tell them about it and and the man yelled at her to get back in the truck because they don’t get paid to do that
Called spoke with someone they agreed to pick up my car, two hours later after waiting with my family in the hot car for them to show they never did so i decided to call back multiple times i get the straight to voice mail
I was stranded on I70 on a hot day with a vehicle full of people and pets and RC Towing was willing to come and move my vehicle just to the next exit to get us off the interstate. None of the other companies we called were willing to help us that way
My friend bought a very nice SUV from this lot at a very great price. The vehicle had some trouble a few days later and as promised it was in the shop beeng fixed at no cost to my friend and what amazed me he got a whole new engine. Absolutely fantastic service, they saved my butt when I had a flat - everyone else was closed or didn't have my size, they came out and changed my tire for a low price (2016 Ford Fusion back tire)
I recommend RC Towing to anyone needing a vehicle towed. He was very professional amazing on how soon he was there and very prompted. Not very costly either. Defiently Will be using him again
