I bet I've used their services 6-10 times over the years, and every single time they show up promptly, take care of business, and get me moving again. I've had them tow my vintage vehicles, and my daily drivers. Just tell dispatch what you need and they'll take care of you.
We broke down today on our way to the west coast with a flatbed trailer from out of state. Two people recommended this towing company and they did not disappoint. They arrived close to 30 minutes and flatbed trailer and truck loaded quickly. They dropped us off at dealer and stores our flatbed. They were nice and efficient!
My car broke down on the highway, and I was completely stressed but Brown’s Super Service was incredible from start to finish. They were fast, professional, and so kind during a really tough moment. The owner himself really helped me out of a jam by coming out and moving my car himself when he had no one available to send! Super guy that really helped me out when I was in a pinch. I don't have enough kind words for him and his company!

My semi broke down on the turnpike late in the evening, they answered the phone immediately and were there in less than an hour. Driver was nice guy and was careful so he didn’t damage anything on the truck. They took it to their lot for the night until repairs could be made and were very honest and didn’t take advantage. Super nice people and highly recommended.
Spun out and into the ditch during some winter weather about 20 miles south of Topeka. When I called, they dispatched someone who, despite the winter weather and the fact that there are not turn around points on the turnpike, made it to us within 40ish minutes. He was able to pull us out of a precarious situation and get us back on the road. In my opinion, it was a bargain for the conditions he had to work in. Very much appreciated. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
Just used Brown's Super Service Towing and had a wonderful experience!! They came all the way from Topeka (30+ miles) and took me and my car with a dead battery to a garage. They even had to take me to a secondary location, since the first one was closed! They took wonderful care of me, thank you so much!!
These guys were the absolute best. They helped me move a full size school bus to a new location and went above and beyond to help me get it there safely. I will forever recommend Brown's from now on to anyone who asks.
I called Browns Super Service late one night with an unexpected flat and hour outside of Topeka. After immediately answering my call he dispatched Zach to help us who was there within an hour. Courteous and friendly Zach loaded our car, dropped it off at the tire store and then brought us to our hotel. Great service!
I broke down on the turnpike south of Topeka. Not familiar with the area I had the good fortune to google towing companies and found Brown’s Super Service. They came to the rescue. Towed my vehicle to a Firestone shop in Topeka that wouldn’t work on it. Mike the truck operator recommended a smaller shop and bought it from the Firestone shop to Automotion. They knew I was from out of state and got my vehicle in the next morning had it up and running by 2p.m. Very nice people,reasonable prices I would definitely recommend t your towing service and the shop. We broke down on the Turnpike at midnight last night and AAA could only provide towing up to 15 miles due to “restrictions”. We panicked because it was 8 degrees and we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere.
Thankfully, my father gave us Brown’s number and we reached someone immediately. We had a close family member come get us and we were able to leave our vehicle. We received a call a few hours later saying our vehicle had been delivered to the service company we requested.
We are so grateful for Brown’s prompt response and for the smooth transaction at a reasonable price. It was such a relief to have something go right during a scary situation… especially the night before Christmas Eve. Thank you, thank you for helping us out!
My car wouldn't start on a Sunday despite my many attempts to jump start it. Brown's agreed to come out at 8 am on Monday. They were at my house promptly at 8 am, towed the car, repaired it, and performed routine service -- all by 10:30 am. They were courteous and fast. I couldn't be happier!
Vehicle pulled up to a shop here in topeka, and this is how it pulled up. Customer stated work was done by browns super service. One lug nut missing. 2 not secured at all to the wheel, and only 2 lugs, side by side, were actually holding the wheel in place. Customer stated they were instructed to drive multiple miles to our shop, which doesnt even service lug studs, which, by the way, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BENT and at least 2 are cross threaded. Called them, they said the tech stated to dispatch that 3 lugs were secure and that all 5 were there originally. Completely unacceptable. Whoever did this work should be ashamed of not only themselves, but also their work.

I had the unfortunate experience to of having my vehicle breakdown at the busy stop light in front of Walmart on California. Brown's provided me with fast, efficient and friendly service to helped get my vehicle towed quickly on a hot day. The driver was kind enough to give me a cold bottle of water as well as I had been sitting in a hot vehicle with nothing to drink waiting. They will be my first call if I ever need service again. Super fast service, reasonable prices, professional service. Called Brown's and had a truck to us in 20 minutes. We had waited for over 2 hours for another provider and gave up and made the best call ever to Brown's. In single digit temperatures he got to us quickly and did a great job pull a car out of a deep embankment. From the call to unloaded was less then 2 hours and very reasonable priced for the work that was done. Because of the time and care given to this tow the Jeep came out unharmed any further and was still drivable.
