Michael was such a great help today! My mom had a flat driving to watch my son’s football game. He was able to get to us as quickly as he could and loaded the car on to the trailer fast and smooth. Very friendly and communicated with us via phone to let us know how far out he was and when he was able to drop the car off at Firestone. Really appreciated him today!!
Daniel came to help me today when my muffler dropped off my car. I booked through my insurance and unknowingly picked a mechanic that didn’t work on mufflers. Daniel was more than happy to take me to a second location and then made sure I made it home safely. The chit chat along the way was very pleasant as well! Highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a tow.
Anthony is an amazing human being. I needed a tow service and seen his highly reviewed business and thought "yes". Called him. Said "I think I need a tow" and he told me $90 anywhere in Topeka. Hell yeah. I've had a good 5-6 tows over the years and I have always waited over an hour for the service. HE WAS THERE IN UNDER 10 MINUTES. when it came time to pay, I didn't even consider that my home in Montara is technically not Topeka. He was willing to charge me the $90 regardless. Fantastic service. Fantastic dude. 10/10 recommend
I've made reservations with these guys and both times theyve called the day of pickup and told me I had to wait even longer because of someone else needs to be picked up. Even though I called the day before and set up a pickup time. Plus they are over priced compared to other town companies. Unless you're in an emergency I wouldn't use this place.
Phillip was very sweet & patient with me, as I was a total mess bc of breaking down... everything went smoothly when he got there, the drive & chat was comfortable (he was a great listener, lol) & me & my car got delivered home safely. I even got the "toot toot" as he drove away! Bonus!
I was headed to Wichita when my car started shaking on the highway. I needed new tires and the lovely tow man Jared, saved the day. He was very patient with me, seeing as I had no idea about anything with it came to cars, and I was very confused and a little frustrated as well. I was also originally going to have my car towed to an auto place, but thankfully he recommended me to a tired shop with good prices and good people. I’m very thankful to have been helped by not only a great towing company, but also a great tire shop (Harold’s Tire Service), that won’t take advantage of young women!
I was stuck with a broken down car out of town and Jared made the trip to get my car at the earliest possible opportunity. I was convinced I was going to be stuck and no one would come out this far but he was on it. He also made several suggestions on recommended providers- very helpful and kind in my time of distress!
Suarez towing responded promptly and took great care of us. We broke down while traveling west on a weekend. Not from the area or knowing who could fix our vehicle, Suarez connected us with an auto repair shop who was able to get us back on the road as soon as the shop opened. Very happy with the service they provided!
I had a great experience with Jacorey when he towed my van. He was professional, kind, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel much easier. I wasn't sure who was going to help with an Easter tow when I submitted a roadside assistance request. They were prompt courteous set expectations appropriately. Jared was awesome. Kind of surprised they came all the way from Topeka to Lawrence but I'm not complaining they were there to help.
My daughter's car had stalled right in front of Washburn Rural High School. It was about to be early release and it was in the way of anyone needing to get out. I called Suarez, and they had a driver there within 20 minutes, and towed to Big O. I found out that I had to tow it the next day to a dealership, and again, they were out within 20 minutes, and not only that- he gave me a discounted price because I had just towed it the day prior. I will definitely recommend them for this service again!
I was stranded about a week and a half ago outside of Holton KS. I live in Belton MO. After 3 1/2 hours of trying to get a tow truck - Suarez came thru and sent Phillip. This kid was a life saver. Sitting on the side of the road alone with cars passing you at 70-80 mph - not moving over is scary!! Move over people and slow down!!!!! He got me loaded and returned home (115 miles) safely. We had great conversation on the trip back as well!!! He even asked me to keep in touch with what the diagnosis was on my car - currently in the shop getting a new motor. Thank goodness for the warranty. I highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond knowing I was alone and a bit of a ways from home and made me feel safe and secure! HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update-Francisco and Jared saved the day once again! Due to our vehicle being out of service we had someone deliver groceries to us and she unfortunately got stuck in our driveway! I will use Suarez towing every time! They are dependable, fast, and professional.

Suarez was able to respond during our major winter storm, and got me going quickly. I called for a tow after A mAjor compAny first tried jumping it, then cancelled the tow to the dealership on me without communication three times. My roadside assistance told me i could call a different company and be reimbursed.
Suarez was able to get there within two hours. Michael wanted to get my car on the flatbed safely, so he put the charger on to get it out of park, and it unexpectedly started. He told me to let it run for a few minutes, then we'd check to see if it started again. He even helped me get the ice off. They were also very fair in their pricing.
Literally came in less than 5 minutes and then went out of their way to not just tow the vehicle but make sure and jumpstart it so we could roll the window up once it got to repair shop. Incredibly friendly and helpful guys with super fair price too!

Part 2 Update:
I managed to get the part to fix my car, but as I was arriving at work, my vehicle started acting up again. This time, I couldn’t get it out of drive, and I had no idea where to even begin with the repair. I called Suarez Towing, and once again, Francisco came through in a pinch. He showed up promptly and went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. I’m incredibly grateful for Suarez Towing—they’ve proven to be my go-to every time. Fast curtious service. My starter went out, and the driver crawled around under my truck to try and diagnose the problem. When it was evident that it was the starter, he towed it into a shop that was open on the weekend, and it was fixed fast at a decent price
So very grateful and thankful to Jared for the extremely quick and professional service. We live in a very rural area, and our call was handled within one hour of notification that we needed our daughters car unlocked. He had to park on the road and walk down our driveway in consideration of our landscaping and had us taken care of in under 5 minutes. My cars battery was stolen from lot of this mechanic shop. The owner resolved the issue quickly by replacing the battery and putting new cable wires on my vehicle. My daughter and I were stranded on a dark country road in very cold weather. I called Suarez Towing and was treated awesome. I could tell they were concerned about our safety from the time the phone call was answered. They were fast, friendly and not overpriced at all! Definitely recommend Suarez Towing and will use again if needed!
When we broke down on the side of the turnpike, Suarez was the only company that answered our call. They had a guy out within 40 minutes, charged a fair price, and saved us when no one else would even answer their phones or call us back. All around a great experience, and seriously a lifesaver.
Fast, courteous, and very skilled. We were 20 miles out in the country and they were here in a flash, had my son's car out of the ditch and towed us home within an hour! All while it's cold and sleeting..... Excellent service! Thank you!
