Was treated real Good by Driver. Called me ahead of time. And loaded and unloaded Car at Mechanic Shop with No Problems!! I even gave Him a $20 tip. He told.Me it had been a slow night and He works on Commision. He has a Hard Job,lot of Responsibility.
I wanted to call AAA to tow my car after a wreck...highway robbers with rude associates who assume the worst of people, sight unseen. I would never call them to tow my car, ever! WPD called them and made me feel like I didn't have a choice. The driver was nice though but that's it..they make it financially impossible for you to get your car back..over 600.00 with a DAILY additional cost of 45.00! Ridiculous!
I needed a tow truck for my step daughter's car because her key fob quick working(no it wasn't the battery). After going through some spam posts on Facebook I finally messaged Happy Hooker towing and they had someone dispatched immediately.
James was the tow driver and he definitely went above and beyond for us. Because the key fob didn't start the vehicle we couldn't get it into neutral to assist in getting it on the bed of the truck. He did what he could to get the ramp of the bed all the way to the front end tires to save the transmission as much as possible. Then when dropping it off, we had to use some dish soap on the bed in front of the tires to get those tires to slide easier and he just rocked the car off slowly. He didn't even hit the front bumper on the ground like I anticipated!!! Whatever you do, James is a fabulous asset to the company and we would have tipped him but I didn't have any extra cash! But he deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication!!! He was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Happy Hooker Towing any day!
Rhiannon set everything up for us and was Amazing! Did a tow for us from OK to Kansas for a little over 500 bucks! Local and right there and right back. They picked up at 9 and I had my car at 11:30 with communication with dispatch the while time. - Thank You Rhiannon and Happy Hooker
I dont know how much this guy makes ......but not enough . Came at exact time he said he would, best of personality, honest, fast, good dude..Albert i believe was not notch, No kiddING. Hope i never need again but if I do I will use them!!! Thanks
This is a very poorly ran and highly unprofessional business they're strong suit is predatory towing they come they steal your car make up excuses and lies of why they took your car and once you let them know you have all proof they try to cover up their tracks not this time guys my car was unlawfully and illegally towed for the third time in a row so I've been documenting every instance and taking pictures of everything you guys are going down.
I want to preface this review by openly stating I have not attempted to do any business with this company. However this morning during my morning commute one of your company's flatbed drivers was driving quite recklessly speeding 10+ over the posted limit between Wichita and derby. We have enough wrecks without a tow truck driver causing them. Photos of the vehicle in question tailgating me and everyone else on the road pretending he's some sort of sports vehicle.
I really like this company and will definitely recommend. The people at the company are very professional and Albert did an excellent job moving my inoperable car into my garage. I will definitely use them for any of my towing needs in the future.
When my car breaks down or I just need to jump my battery I always call Happy Hooker Tow service they get there quick and get the job done so you can be on your way
Nobody likes that they need a tow. But if you need one these are the people! Nobody would come out but them. Dispatch was very kind and communicated well. The driver Trevor was outstanding too. He went above and beyond. Super friendly, polite and just a great person. There may be other options for a tow service but I wouldn't choose anyone but them. Thank you happy hooker towing. You made an unfortunate event all the better.
Had to have my trailer moved due to a broken axle. The driver was very personable and friendly. I know it was somewhat of a simple task since it's not a big trailer, but everything went smoothly. Excellent experience for sure.
I recently had to move a vintage tractor to a new location so it could be restored. I wasn't exactly sure how to move it but after I explained what I needed to do over the phone, they came right out and I would of thought your driver Albert did this every day. After looking it over, he hooked on to it and asked where exactly did I need to go with it. He got it there, no problem, unloaded it and even helped us push it into the space. Fast, friendly and very professional. That was about the easiest thing I did that day. It cost about half of what I expected it to be and was done in no time. Highly recommend the Happy Hooker for a tow.
I don't recommend these people at all. Having called for a tow, waiting for 3 hours for them to get to me. They finally called telling me that they tried charging my card after I told them I'd be paying in cash. Unless they can charge a card they are stopping the driver. My money is on me since I was off to make a large purchase in cash and had all my cash with me. Now I have to wait another 3+ hours for another company. I should also make it clear that it was NOT made clear they would charge my card, they just wanted it just in case.
I'd be happy to charge them for my wasted time and may be tempted to find an attorney for the extra stress this has caused.
The money more than covers the estimate. Hope your company goes bankrupt.

The best customer service I have been given from a towing company bravo!!! My car would not start I was stuck on the side of the high way on kellogg!! I was terrified the dispatcher was very sweet and caring. I was frantic and was unable to fully identify exactly where I was. The dispatcher was able to walk me through it and helped me find a mile marker to identify myself she was a life saver I believe her name was Alex. When they towed my car the Driver was very respectful and helpful. Prices are very affordable service phenomenal 10 out of 10 would call them again!!!!
The lady on the phone and the driver were all really nice! The driver went above and beyond to make it easy and even helped me identify the problem. He even did extra when dropping it off at the mechanic for me. The price is also really reasonable. 10/10 recommend and will be using them again if needed!

Called at 3:30 am to schedule a tow for 630. Called me at 615 saying he was on his way. Was there waiting on me as I walked out of work ready for the vehicle. They did a great job and very polite. Thank u so very much
So i drive trucks over the road and i am from Wichita, KS i had been out for a little over 2 weeks, so I was fortunate enough to not be here for major snow storm the first weekend of the New Year. I came home the following weekend got stuck just as I was pulling my rig in the parking lot entrance of where I normally park and got stuck. They arrived promptly and got me winch out and squared away. My personal vehicle a pick up was parked off to the side of the parking lot surrounded by snow and I attempted to get out and was stuck. I asked happy hooked who was still there what they charge to winch out cars and pick ups. Darrell was one of the two guys who arrived for my rig and he offered to get my pick up winched out no charge wouldn't even accept some money I had as a tip. Thanks guys got helping me with my rig which the services was paid by my company..but a BIG THANKS for going the extra mile and helping me with my pick up.
We are tickled pink over the excellent service we received from Happy Hooker (Wichita, Ks) after a nightmare of events on Christmas Eve!
Our vehicle broke down 1/2 way to Missouri from Wichita and after 4-5 hours of frustration dealing with the vehicles warranty road side service, we finally called my company’s usual towing service (Happy Hooker) and they were so professional and friendly (ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!) in the way they responded to our very difficult situation.
We had to drop off the extra key FOB before they could leave for the approx 2 hour trip to pickup my ‘23 GMC Yukon Denali XL.
When my wife stopped off to drop off the extra key FOB, she was greeted with…”Hello… Merry Christmas” in a very sweet, upbeat voice and a huge smile!
They let us know what they could do for us an sent a driver out right away!
When they found the dealership was closed and gates locked, they called and we made arrangements to bring it back the next day!
We have always been happy with their professionalism and great service and when we were in such a difficult situation on Christmas Eve, 1/2 way between Wichita and our Christmas Day destination, they “did not” let us down!
Thank you “Happy Hooker” for taking such good care of us when others really failed us on that night!

The guy came within 30 minutes He started working right away and in a few minutes, we were on our way home. My mom had always used them. I've always trusted this towing company. We appreciate you.
I had a pretty crazy situation happen on 235 and Kellogg in the middle of rush hour on a Friday evening. Ultimately my car was undriveable and one of the only silver linings apart from no one being hurt was the care and service from Happy Hooker! I'm so thankful for that team and for their kindness during the chaos. They were so fast and helpful, which doesn't always come along with being affordable-except in their case. I will forever use and recommend them!! Thank you all so much!!
