Allen came out to winch our car in an emergency and was very courteous and professional. We were very impressed and thankful for the level of service we received. The dispatcher we spoke to was also very understanding and helpful.
This is the company AAA called to tow my car. The driver broke my key fob in to 8 pieces because the battery was dead and it wouldn't come out of the ignition. He was told this before he even got in to the car. I was told after I asked them to replace the key "it's not their responsibility".
I got myself stuck in the mud at 1am, in the pouring rain, in the middle of no where. Alan got to me in less than an hour and wenched my car out. Thank you Alan!
It was a long night, and there were other vehicles ahead of us, but he kept us updated as long as he could and had great energy, despite having a busy night. Micheal was very helpful with what we needed and did a great job keeping us reassures.
Darrel is phenomenal he's laid back friendly and not in a hurry just to get it done. He took really good care of my car and when I didn't have the right stuff to help move my car he didn't get upset and found the best way to get the job done. I so appreciate him and the job he did. If ever I need I will only use Strickland
Man I'm a fleet owner with over 20 years experience in the trucking industry I also still drive as well I found Strickland road service on a breakdown website. They are truly the best. The service is awesome. Normally when a truck breaks down out of state road side services take advantage of the desperate situation the truck driver is in. Not Strickland they treated my driver kindly and they allowed me to purchase my own parts directly from the dealer and they didn't add extra hours on the labor just because I was in a tight spot. I don't normally leave reviews but Strickland deserves this one. This industry needs more service companies like Strickland
Arrived in a timely manner. Got to work once they arrived. Got the job done with out breaks in-between work...Reasonable price for a road call.. recommend calling if in a pinch and in the area.
I have used them several times over the years, and as a otr truck driver there fast friendly service to get me back on the road, and the reasonable rates keep me up and rolling. Thanks to all the family at Stricklands a true truckers friend.

Waiting from 8:00 to dispatch a technican for changing a flat tire, calling 8 times for ROUGH ETA 1 hour EVERY TIME. Calling me 3PM apologizing that SHE needs to cancel all work. I understand that the weather is bad BUT THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! AVOID THEM!!!!
Are company wild West Express used this towing n roadside service. They came out last night on a service call to try n fix the air problem in my truck(international). Couldn't do it on the road the gentleman that came out was very professional courteous n respectful! So this morning Alive n another gentleman came out to tow my truck n trailer to the international dealership. They also was very professional n respectful! Got the truck n trailer here to international n answered any questions I had n explained things! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of service. THANK YOU ALVIE N CREW!!
I got stranded yesterday trying to come home from being out of state... I called these people because I had nobody to help me. It cost me a small fortune to get my car back to Wichita.. I broke down on a major highway in the middle of nowhere..
But from the time I started talking to these people on the phone till the very end when my car was dropped at my apartment, they were amazing! Until they got to me, not only did the woman in the office check on me again but also the man that was headed out to tow me...twice. I really appreciated that.
The first thing the guy worried about when he got to me was my safety.. after making sure I was in the truck then proceeded to deal with my car on a 75 mph highway. He was amazing! His attitude, his demeanor, the way he was to me.. He went above and beyond I think. He even offered to stop somewhere in case I needed to go to the bathroom or I needed something to drink because I'd been out there a long time. Let me use his charger..etc
I honestly could not have asked for better service. I'd recommend this business to others. I plan on calling them again because I'm going to need a tow next week to fix the car!

Best company ever!!!!! All of them are amazing people and I'd let them tow me anytime!!! They were well worth me being stuck on the side of the road made me laugh at times I'm having the worst day ever. Lol so thank you all and your driver Jason is awesome too!!! The bosses are an awesome couple, that helped me get back home and get my hunk of junk to my house hahaha. Awesome people!!!! Hopefully I get them again when ever in the future when I'm broke down hahaha!!!thank you all so much!!!!!
Terrible place very unprofessional highly not recommended very slow not in hurry at all. They just waist your time. The dispatcher also unprofessional. If I had choice I would give zero. Tire prices are ridiculous too.
Tire scamming. If you have a flat call loves for service.. service was provided couple of days ago at the weigh station.. was told that they weren't gonna patch the tire which had a slow leak there was a small screw in the middle of the tire not the edge.. so I had to purchase a used tire which was also a recap .. when I got to the tire shop the next day to patch the original tire the guy said i see no reason why they wouldn't patch your tire unless they just wanted to sucker you in to buy one from them.
Robert was wonderful! HE did an amazing job! Treated the car like it was his Mom's. As he was unloading, I messaged my son and told him he was treating it like glass and that it was in good hands. The car is a lowrider and he knew how to take care of it. We appreciate it! He was kind, and respectful and worked hard to make sure it didn't damage in the loading and unloading process.
If I could give a zero I would! Car broke down and was stuck on an off ramp which is so dangerous, waited over an hour just to be told by the driver he doesn’t want to change the tire since a stud is broken but I can call back for a tow or a different company to change it through AAA but wanted signatures and vin numbers/ car info just to come out. We sat in the cold and in a dangerous situation for well over an hour. SMH
We never received a confirmation call from you or them, I didn’t say you were over on you eta just stated the fact of how long we have been sitting in this dangerous position and now waiting for another tow truck to assist us from the off ramp!
