I had a great experience with Danne at O’Reilly Auto Parts. He was super helpful and informative, completely transparent, and his recommendations were excellent. The customer service was top-notch - he treated me extremely well and even worked to get me the best price possible on my car battery. Highly recommend asking for Danne if you want outstanding service!

I’m so thankful for Logan installing my battery! His customer service is beyond expectation! The man needs a raise. He was the only one working when I came in needing a battery and installation. I had my roadside assistance tell me to get a battery immediately and do not turn the car off basically. I’m a single mom of a toddler. I was initially On my way to the dr to have labs drawn and had been fasting since the day before. I was hangry and in need. I was told by Walmart 4 hr wait and that’s just an estimate, auto zone said they couldn’t help me, but LOGAN said he would look at it to bring it in. I was there in 10 mins, and he was already working with another customer. I was there maybe 40 min at the most including purchasing the battery and installation. Y’all give this man a raise! He saved my day and I can’t be thankful enough ‼

Lamar and the crew that work here at the 75th and matcalf location are great to work with. All of them deserve a raise!!! Not even kidding, best oreillys/ parts store there is anywhere close to me. They are always willing to help and sort out any problem and go the extra mile when it come to coustomer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Trust me I drive a jeep im here a lot.

I knew what battery I wanted. Came in, purchased, and Lamar installed and answered all my questions. He was great. I was there less than 20 minutes.

There was a great person working by herself last a couple of weeks back on a Wednesday or Thursday September 18th or 19th. I came in about 5:30 pm or so . I did struggle a bit mechanically. She obviously noticed. And realized I got the wrong size for the passenger side. Then she insisted she put them in. I will most definitely be back. I bought a $10 dollar pair of windshield parts.

They can’t seem to hold on to a supervisor or manager or an employee for that matter. Been going in there for 2 years and most of the people that work there are generally pretty knowledgeable. Asked for a specific washer fluid today and the kid told be he doesn’t have it and told me to go get it from advanced auto parts. Send off your customers to your competitors. Good business practice

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to buy a screwdriver to use for changing my expired license plate. I am elderly and needed help with it. Dylen, at the front counter, kindly replaced my expired license plate with the new one for me. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

To get a battery installed, DO NOT GO TO O'REILLY!! IT'S AGAINST THEIR POLICY TO INSTALL BATTERIES, save your gas, go to ADVANCED AUTO, bc they install batteries. What's the point of getting a new battery if you can't install ?

Offer battery installation but have no idea how to install a batter??. Why hire people who clearly have no mechanical background or knowledge. Was told I needed to take the battery to a professional. I have a 2018 chevy not some high tech rare car. Again Don't Offer a service you can't even provide!!

My 16 year old Honda got a brand new battery today!! Blake helped me install it and did an awesome job. The customer service was great, the job was done quickly, and he even was nice about my awkward conversation and stupid jokes. Thanks Blake!

I knew what I needed, was directed to proper location in store, grabbed a few "impulse items" that I didn't know I needed until I saw them, and was back in my car on to the next shopping errand in mere minutes. Fast, friendly, professional service in a well-kept, fully stocked store.

So, even with describing the tool I need, which is NOT a rare tool with 50 different names, the manager clearly didn't know what I was talking about. An employee was asking the questions, and I replied that the tool is not side post or top post specific. I didn't have an attitude, I might add. The female employee snapped saying well I'm just asking because he told me to ask and walked off. There's a reason why I never go to autozone or oreillys unless I'm desperate.

I spoke with a guy named Aaron, on the phone. He was very kind, helpful and professional on the phone. All I needed was ONE oil filter ordered for me and he treated me the same, as if; I was making a large purchase.

If I could rate this place lesser than 1 star I absolutely would. I needed a hose from here and they were in the area. From the moment I was on the phone with them. Till the moment I arrived at the store. Every interaction I had was rude and unproductive. Upon entering the store my wife and I were met with rudeness. To the point my wife stormed out and refused to buy anything from the establishment. There were 2 employees and when asked why the other was being so rude? We were met with the excuses of "OH he's just joking" and "Oh he's like that with everyone". I called corporate several days ago and have yet to hear back. Called the store manager was was told, "he doesn't reflect how we do buisness". Yet this cannot be the first incident where he's does this. The whole experience has me not wanting to shop at any OReilly locations and that's a shame considering my agency spends a lot of money with them as I am the Superintendent. Well I guess I can say, Used to spend a lot of money with them. I'll take our buisness elsewhere. Stay away from OReilly, especially this one

Extremely rude customer service. I went in there to return an incorrect car battery and they told me "we don't make the battery" after I asked which one is the correct car battery. Essentially, the folks at this store don't know anything or are willing to help with a car battery. Simple stuff. I'd avoid this place like the plague.

This review is long overdue! Can’t say enough about the staff and their willingness to help me with my car needs. I am an admitted novice when it comes to cars but the staff here teach me something new each time I come there. They single-handedly have helped me avoid unnecessary and costly repairs by giving me the knowledge and confidence to repair my own car using the items readily available in their store or online inventory. They always have great sales on items that will keep your car(s) running and looking great. Oreilly’s is like my neighborhood mechanic and I would be in a world of (car) trouble without them.

Internet said it was open. Showed up walked in open door. Very miserable little associate with a bad attitude starts yelling sir we are closed. In a rude tone. Ok no need to be rude. Your service is terrible and your employees are very unhappy in life. You should teach them manners etc. . I will not be back for your sub par service or parts. Thanks very little

Had one guy on the phone, one guy in line and one guy standing in back doing what looked to be not much. When the guy on the phone finally got to me and asked what I needed he told me he didnt have it and the other guy got it for me but unfortunately not the right size. Just my experience, dont go there often enough to know if it is better or worse.

Very polite. Listened to what I needed, helped me find it. Weeks earlier they helped find windshield wipers for my car, then put them on for me. Great experience multiple times!

I have always like this o o o o'Reilly's store I have been going there for the last 5 years whenever i need anything. There down to earth meaning the going to tell you the truth about what they believe they dont pretend to be more then what they know if there unsure about a situation then they are unsure which in my opinion that's a good thing because I know I would rather have someone be honest with me then dishonest. They have always been very helpful

Very friendly staff, that are very knowledgeable about cars and all are willing to help you with your project and/or find the part you need. If they don't have what you need in stock they usually can have it there by the end of the day from another store or warehouse. If you are someone that does a lot of repairs then you should definitely look into their reward program.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to help my husband out with an uncommon part. I highly recommend them over all nearby competitors. They made the wait time entertaining and engaging AND they weren't afraid or put off by talking to a girl that knows cars.

This store used to machine flywheels. And, to be fair, this isn't a service that most parts stores offer any more. I walked in with my flywheel in hand and asked the counter person to turn my flywheel. He callously replied, "nope, can't do it". The reason? The machine is broken. Now, if you're unfamiliar with how this game goes, here's the rundown. Machining rotors, drums, and flywheels is time consuming, dirty work. It requires prep work and it doesn't pay particularly well. So, during the evening hours when there is a minimal crew, it is common to have machines temporarily "break down". This keeps the crew blameless while avoiding the work. Suspicious, I asked the counter person if they were sure. He doubled down and told me the machine had been broken for over a year. Now, why not just fix the machine? No one was capable of fixing the machine or calling a repair person for over a year? This is either a case of extreme incompetence or abject apathy towards customers. The third alternative is that the counter person was lying. Either way, I wasn't getting my flywheel machined that night. My problem with this particular store is in how the situation was handled. If they have no intention on fixing the machine, why not just say that they no longer machine flywheels? Their machine broke down over a year ago and the cost in repairing it was unjustifiable. That would have been a fair explanation and I would have left satisfied. Instead the counter person made it very clear that the machine was broken and he couldn't care less whether it was ever fixed or not. What is worse, he tells me to drive to Bonner Springs to have the flywheel machined. I asked him to call that store to make sure I wasn't going to waste my time. He told me that he had been sending people there with flywheels for a long time without any issues. Except when he actually calls, they tell him that they don't machine flywheels either. At that point I just left... What a joke.
