I feel like tow all has a scam going with the Stryker soccer complex, I was attending a weekend soccer tournament for grandkids, Stryker complex has many no parking signs all over the complex, so I was very aware of not to park in any of them, after the approx hr game 7-8 pm game I went back to where car was parked, no car, I thought had been stolen, after making contact with the local Wichita police dept to make a report of stolen car, they suggested to contact Stryker representative, after talking with them they pointed to one of their signs with your tow company tele #, to my surprise my car was in there facility, although thankful car wasn’t stolen, I was very frustrated to say the least, not only did I feel I was legally parked after getting towed at approx 8pm Saturday I had to wait until the following Mon morning to retrieve my vehicle, the tow company was not called by Stryker to report a illegal parked car they say, Larry Inlow the person in charge of Stryker facility has given the tow company free reign to hook and tow cars away without any notification from the Stryker facility
Do not give this company any business. They are rude and inconsiderate. Multiple times there driver in truck 995 has been told by management of River Oaks that he can not park his truck at the house it is to be park at the truck parking by playground. But he ignores them and still parks at the house blocking the street. You call the company to tell them they are rude and argue about situation. I guess the next step is for River Oaks to ban the truck from property or give him eviction notice. Several other trucks in the community follow the rules but this guy thinks he better then everyone else.
Another tow company stood me up! Tow all came though and saved the day! They were friendly fast and did an amazing job! If I ever need a tow again this will be the only company I call or recommend.
Our vehicle was towed because the City of Wichita declared it inoperable. It would start & run in reverse all day long. We had ordered the $80 part to fix it but health problems got in the way. Kidd's Towing was sympathetic & didn't make us feel like scum of the earth. We would definitely use them in the future & recommend them to others. They were very professional & treated all the other customers with respect even though they were extremely busy in the office.
I would give 10 stars if I could. This will be a bit intentionally vague. Sorry, it's out of necessity. Recently, the owner (I didn't get his name) and Jeremiah, the truck driver recently showed me kindness and empathy far beyond what I deserved when I was faced with a bad situation. Without them my night of supporting a community National Night Out celebration would have been a disaster. I will forever be in their debt and will immediately call them if I need towing services in the future. Support this wonderful business if you ever have the need. Hopefully Jeremiah will be the driver!
They were extremely helpful and everything was as it should be I can't be mad at them for what the city did keep that blind people don't shoot the messenger
