Nathaniel was absolutely amazing! Customer service was not something that I expected out of a parts store. That was until I met Nathaniel. Im not a mechanic by any stretch of the imagination but he walked me through the process of find the right part with precision, expertise and a smile. I felt good when I left the store. I wish I owned a parts store because I would steal him from you. Bravo.

Went to pick up a tool, the price on the shelf for my item and all similar items was $3.79. Get up to checkout and it rings up for $10.99! They said the best they could do was 20% off which brought it to $8.79 which is still more than double the original shelf price. Like that’s INSANE. And HORRRRRRIBLE customer service. They (employee and manager) ranted on about how it wasn’t their fault and there was nothing they could do about it. To say I’m upset and irritated is a total understatement.
Jason and Joel were amazing. We are 3 hours away from home with our child in the hospital. Our vehicle broke down so my husband and our daughter had to walk to get parts and Joel lended them the tools to fix the car and had Jason drive them back to thw vehicle. They went above and beyond to help my family. Thank you for being amazing and caring.
I came in to get a new battery. The lady who helped me was very friendly and didn’t give up even though my old battery didn’t want to come off. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be back for all my car needs.
Just came by for a code read on my Hoda Pilot. RAY was on duty in the store and did an honest, excellent job with information. Pointed me in the right direction and I'm extremely grateful for that!
Great customer service. I’m not that self-repair knowledgeable. These guys helped me identify the issue and sold me the correct parts. I went home and tried to make the repair myself but was having difficulty. I returned and Mike happily helped with the fix. He was very helpful and friendly. These guys are what retail is supposed to be!
Igor for the win!!!! So I went in looking to replace my lug nuts, and was disappointed that they didn't have 20 in stock. Igor called different locations to confirm stock, looked over the best options with me, and even offered different plans for getting me the right part. I ended up having to go to a different location for the second half of the order, which he called and reserved the parts from before purchase. While doing this I saw him give administrative advice to fellow coworkers and even had time to greet a new customer. If you go into this location, ask if Igor is there.
Amazing customer service! Henry and Igor hunted until they found what I needed and had been looking for and was unable to find anywhere else! This got me sorted and back on the road! Great gents and even scored a great tip on a good place to eat! Thank you!

Sent my friend there to get a battery installed in her car (a car that you have installed a battery in about four years ago). You refused to install the battery because your system tells you it's under a cowling and requires parts to be removed. I installed it myself in 5 min, and there were zero parts that needed removed, and I was able to remove it with one hand it was so light and out in the open. Clearly your installer just didn't want to go out in the cold and put the battery in for her, as you installed the battery in my mini-van and it took you an hour to remove all of the air filter hoses/box to get to it last summer! Shame on you for treating a customer this way!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANY SORT OF ASSISTANCE!! I'm not one that needs additional help, but I will utilize a free service (i.e. battery installation). I'm also not one to leave a review but these lazy people need put on blast. First, a lady came in needing wiper blades for a 2021 vehicle, the vehicle was not in there system so there was literally nothing this guy could do but send her to the dealer or to one of his competitors!!! REALLY?!? If ownership wants to reach out about this guy I'd be happy to say exactly who he is. My first time at this location I had the pleasure of dealing with him and he was just as helpful then (this was my second and final time). I took 5 seconds to look it up after my transaction was over but I didn't catch her before she left. Then my guy asked if I wanted help installing the battery I just purchased, I said yes, I didn't have any tools with me and my current battery is no good. He brought me a ratchet... I reaffirmed that I was requesting the free battery installation service. Obviously annoyed, he said he would grab his jacket, BUT NEVER CAME OUTSIDE!
Laughably bad experience, placed an online order for a part I needed and got a notification that it was ready to pick up, I showed up and they hadn’t even looked for my order nor was it ready for pick up.
Guy looked around and asked for help and couldn’t find it before I had to leave because I was on my break from work (whole reason I placed the order online)
Please don’t mislead your customers by telling them something is ready when it’s not, if it’s not available fine but at least give me a call or notify me so I don’t waste my lunch breaks and have to reschedule my entire repair.
Went to buy wiper blades. Was told by clerk that I could not buy them without giving my phone number. I left and got the blades at O'Reilly around the corner without being hassled.
Side note: clerk was working on some personal project at the counter and had JB Weld all over his hands that he was trying not to get on the keyboard or my purchase.
I had to pick up some parts for changing my oil and doing some maintenance on my car before a trip. I needed wiper blades for one thing.
The team here helped me pick the right ones for my car, not the most expensive ones, and then they put them on for me too. Great service and customer care!
Cold weather battery problems. Stopped to buy a battery and have installed. Declined almost immediately upon popping my hood. Didn't even get battery cover off. Employees disappeared into back. Couldn't even get car started again to leave but employees were nowhere to be found to offer a jump or any help. Stranded in front of store doors about 30 min.
AutoZone got it done in 15 min.
Very nice customer service today that went above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a new windshield wiper and perfectly content to use the qr code and look up my vehicle- the employee working looked it up for me & asked if I wanted help putting them on.. yes, please I am short & that is hard to reach. I really appreciate it & I'll be back next time I need anything! Thank you.
I live locally, and honestly go to this location at least once a month. I not only maintain my own vehicle but a lot of my family members ask me to as well. So with that in mind, I get a lot of variety in vehicle make / model and these guys here are always on point.
Online orders are always filled quickly and accurately. In store purchases I'm usually in and out within 5 to 10 minutes depending on the purchase. I've always been a fan of the Advance Auto Parts store and this location continues to hold that faith true.
Great customer service. I went to the wrong store and they price matched my air filter. Thanks for letting me give you my money and helping me to not have to go yet another stop.
Sales person told me a product would do something it could not do. My vehicle was damaged. Returned the product and was given a customer service number and told they would cover the repairs. Customer service said they would and told me to take it to the dealer. After the repairs they denied the claim. Called customer service to ask why and they could not say, but said I would get a call from the district manager within 48 hours. They never called.
Why go to the store to get advice if this is the experience? Cashier admitted they know little about cars and would just read the package if they needed to know something. I'll shop elsewhere online rather than in store for not just poor service, but service that actually causes more problems the vehicle never had before.
I didn't catch his name, gentlemen with a beard. Super nice guy! Very attentive. Came in got zip ties and actually bought some extra stuff. Great service and a decent selection of products.
I always have good service here and the prices are very reasonable. The service members have always been punctual if I have any questions or need help locating something in the store. I'll be back again for sure!
Best auto parts store in the area. Had exactly what we needed and plenty of staff to check us out quickly. They even installed our new wiper blades for free. Great service.
Very helpful staff and good deals on parts. I end up here often and rarely leave without what I need. I have ordered online and gone to the store immediately, before the order was pulled and they've always been helpful in getting me out the door quickly.
