Nathaniel was absolutely amazing! Customer service was not something that I expected out of a parts store. That was until I met Nathaniel. Im not a mechanic by any stretch of the imagination but he walked me through the process of find the right part with precision, expertise and a smile. I felt good when I left the store. I wish I owned a parts store because I would steal him from you. Bravo.

Jason and Joel were amazing. We are 3 hours away from home with our child in the hospital. Our vehicle broke down so my husband and our daughter had to walk to get parts and Joel lended them the tools to fix the car and had Jason drive them back to thw vehicle. I came in to get a new battery. The lady who helped me was very friendly and didn’t give up even though my old battery didn’t want to come off. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be back for all my car needs.

Great customer service. I’m not that self-repair knowledgeable. These guys helped me identify the issue and sold me the correct parts. I went home and tried to make the repair myself but was having difficulty. I returned and Mike happily helped with the fix. He was very helpful and friendly. These guys are what retail is supposed to be!
