Got stuck up in a nasty hole buried up too my axles. Took a bit for j and k to find someone to recover it but they had someone by the time they said they'd be there. All their crew members were friendly and knew what they were doing! Very reasonable price as well!!! If I'm ever in a situation again they'll be the first I call.
Had what I'm assuming is a busted cv axle and Jason had very great service in getting me to a nearby shop, will definitely be calling in the future for any towing services I need
Even though we didn’t end up getting service from them, we had already booked a towing service and had been waiting for over two hours after paying upfront. I still wanted to leave this review because of how kind and professional they were. We were stranded on a very busy highway in cold weather, waiting a long time for a tow. Cars were barely changing lanes, and it honestly felt unsafe.
He stopped, blocked the road to protect our car, and made sure my brother and I were safe until help arrived. That alone meant so much to us. He was calm, respectful, and genuinely cared about our safety.
Acts like this don’t go unnoticed. Thank you for looking out for people in stressful situations—it truly made a difference. If, God forbid, we ever need a towing service in the future, we will definitely reach out to them.

I never write reviews, but I do have to on this one. The people that we were in contact with were amazing in getting to my son during a big winter storm. He was stuck on a public road that was not cleaned and they made it there very quickly. Amazing service and seemed like good people. Thank you.
Twice this month I have had to use J&K towing because my company vehicle broke down and twice they have dispatched Caesar to help me. He has been great! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. I greatly appreciate his help and would definitely use J&K again.

Awesome service when arrived, fast and completed within minutes. Your gentleman was great. Very frustrated with my Roadside Assistance provider. You had to come from Olathe to just outside Lawrence, Kansas. They only pay a set amount, per tow. Would have cost a lot less if service had come from Lawrence just a few miles away.

I needed my car towed to a shop in Edwardsville. My insurance company assigned the tow to J&K Towing. I was very impressed with how quickly the towing dispatch office contacted me and even more happy with how little time it took for the tow truck to actually arrive for my car. The driver was very courteous and professional he introduced himself to me his name was Tommy. It is very stressful when a vehicle breaks down let alone right before the holidays, but Tommy was so helpful. Though he could not tell me what was wrong with my car he did take the time to point out the silver lining of the situation and helped me see the blessings of the situation that I could not see through the fog of negativity. Tommy reminded me that sometimes all it takes is a few words of kindness and a minute of a person's time to help a fellow human being during their struggle. I had to come up to Kansas City for a funeral and the starter went out on my truck. I called J & K Towing and the driver was solid — he waited for me to get back to the truck and it literally died right at the gravesite. He was awesome, got it loaded up, and towed it to a dealership for me. I even tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it. Highly recommend J & K Towing for any service.

Picked up my jeep within 20 minutes of the call and hauled it over 150 miles. Super cool and friendly driver. Would absolutely use them again of ever in the area
César Was exceptionally professional, and calmed down my nervous girlfriend. He worked hard to get a stuck lug cap off of the rear drivers side tire and changed the tire, also inspecting the other tires and letting her know the rear passenger should be replaced as well. J & K Towing made a terrible and difficult situation much simpler. The dispatcher was kind and polite, professional and reassuring. Probably the best roadside experience I have had in 30 years of 150000 plus a year driving.
Tommy Tow is the man! Such a nice guy. Great communicator and a great Tow Truck driver. I will only considering using this company in the future. The owners of this place need to give my man a raise. He's worth it!

The entire wheel—bearings and all—flew off my ski boat trailer on a cross country trip. They arrived within 30 minutes at 12:30 in the morning—found a place that could take my boat in the middle of the night, loaded the boat on a flatbed, which was very difficult, and reassured me when i was justifiably shaken. I really wish I had remembered to get my driver's name. He was very good and professional. He deserves some recognition! This was a Nissan Altima pick up off I35 between Wellsville and Ottawa on the evening of 8/21/25. We were originally given a 1-1.5 hrs arrival time by dispatch. They told us we didn't have to wait with the car so we went home about 10 miles away. Before we even got home, our driver called and said he'd arrive in 20-30 minutes. I was super grateful he could get there so quick because we had already waited 45 minutes for State Farm Roadside service to find us a tow, which isn't J&K's fault. Today marks the two year anniversary of my mother's passing so it's been a rough and emotional day. Our driver didn't know that but his professional demeanor ensured that I didn't have any added stress to an already stressful day, and for that I am thankful!

Waited 4 hours from the time we scheduled our first tow through AAA. After being told the first company dropped our tow for being “too far out”. (Independence Specialty Tow refused to tow our truck FROM Independence.)
Within an hour of getting a new company- we had him show up and immediately get to work. I appreciate J & K Towing and will be sure to keep them in mind for future use!!
