Great experience at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. They installed a hood badge on my 2026 Toyota Crown and the placement was super precise, perfectly centered and clean.
Big thanks to Jared Drew in the service department, and Jarod the tech. Friendly service and high quality work. Highly recommend!Feb 13, 2026 -
Great experience with the automotive service department. Jared Drew went above and beyond to make sure my 2025 2500 Cummins was taken care of and back on the road asap.
Even though this repair facility only has one diesel technician, they were able to get me in and out in what felt like no time. The rest of the staff was friendly, professional, and honest about what my vehicle needed. Everything was explained clearly, the service was completed on time, and the work was done right. I really appreciated the transparency and efficiency. I haven't had this type of experience at a service department in quite some time. A+ for all.Feb 13, 2026 -
Christian helped me get my dream car, and I couldn’t be happier! The entire sales team was amazing from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I absolutely love my new Ram 1500 — it’s everything I wanted and more. If you’re looking for great service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend asking for Christian. Five stars all the way!Feb 11, 2026 -
I bought a certified Ram 1500 from here. Truck is great. I had two two warranty issues with the truck in the first 10 days. After 3 days in their shop they still charged me for the repairs. So much for their bumper to bumper warranties. There are better dealers out there. I would recommend staying away from here.

I bought a new car from Christian and I absolutely love it! Christian was helpful and handled me being somewhat of a pain well. lol They gave me a good deal and interest rate! I would recommend going there and working with Christian.

Elizabeth took an extra look to find my garage door opener, after I was already told by the service guy (not named purposely), that he looked but could not find it. It takes a woman's extra care and customer service to get the job done. We greatly appreciate you ma'am. I hugged her and said thanks so much.

If I could give a 0 I would by far the worst possible dealership I have ever dealt with. I inquired about a 2018 ram 2500 not only did they call me 40 times a week they also raised the price not even a day after I inquired about it. They had called me for the 45th time and I had told them I already bought a car elsewhere and the whole mood changed I didn’t even get a thank you just a hang up and a rude attitude. I’m so happy I chose to buy local I will never buy or inquire about a vehicle from them again. I hope this helps so you can avoid the headaches that I couldn’t. Save your time and take your business elsewhere!!!! Now that I took the time to read the other reviews I am so glad that there is multiple people that agree with me!!!!

I contacted this dealership to inquire about factory-issued Technical Service Bulletins related to the 2018 Jeep JL steering issues, as well as the NHTSA steering recall. Unfortunately, the service advisor I spoke with was dismissive, disengaged, and showed little interest in being helpful. He seemed fixated on the fact that we had not previously serviced the vehicle there—as if that should matter when a potential new customer is simply seeking service information and assistance.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this interaction was disappointing enough to warrant one. Customer service should include professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help—especially toward people who are actively considering giving you their business. The service sector would do well to remember who ultimately funds their paychecks.Jan 26, 2026 -
Probably the worst expierence I've ever had at a dealership. I bought my car a year ago from them and when a mechanical issue came up I took it a BMW Dealership to get fixed. Showing my BMW service guy the paper work that I had CNA Warranty that I paid $4500 for. Myself and BMW called this dealership over and over again with no answer so I eventually just drove there and was told to wait for help. 47 minutes of waiting while no one came to me, the receptionist acted like the phone was ringing while I walked up to ask how much longer. Mind you the phone was very loud as a sat there forever listening to it ring and her never picking it up. So I know it was not ringing when I came up to the desk to ask how much longer. Finally met with an advisor where they told me I had NWAN Warranty which is a much worse warranty even thought my paper work with my signature says CNA Warranty. Everything they did was backwards and wrong. My service guy at BMW told me that everything about my paper work and their poor communication seemed fishy. I will also note that they had a 2.3 star rating in October. Seems like they're buying good reviews.

I recently purchased a new car from Julius, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind and professional. Buying & trading a car can be overwhelming, but his honesty and transparency made me feel confident in my decision. He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. If you're looking for an stress-free car buying process, I highly recommend asking for Julius! Plus Brian in finance was just as kind and they both made it my easiest experience purchasing a vehicle

When people talk about being “nickel and dimed” by Jeep ownership, they should be pointing directly at Olathe Dodge Jeep Chrysler.
My vehicle was towed in with a flat tire and locking lug nuts without the key. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, the service department refused to install my brand-new, full-size spare unless I agreed to purchase four new tires I did not need. My existing tires still had usable life, yet I was pressured into unnecessary upsell tactics rather than being helped.
Because of this, I was forced to have my vehicle towed roughly 300 feet off their property, having the locking lug nuts removed, and change the tire myself. This was not a matter of policy, it was a matter of poor customer service and questionable business practices.
Situations like this reflect directly on dealership leadership. A service department that prioritizes sales over basic customer support is not one that deserves repeat business.
I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this dealership with their vehicle.Jan 13, 2026 -
Had a professional and efficient experience with the service department at the dealership. The staff member Brian Bahr listened to my concerns and made sure he took care of my truck issue at a timely mattered. Updated me on the repair and answered promptly. I recommend dealing with him with your car needs.
Thanks Brian !Jan 13, 2026 -
Spencer Roe helped us out, stretched for our deal and made the calls to make it happen. Great experience and fast and all around good guys to work with! I’m bringing my mom in for a preowned vehicle!

Thank you Olathe Dodge team for their hard work and coming to the rescue when I misunderstood how they wanted paid for the truck I bought. My credit union wouldn’t work directly with the dealership, my credit union gave me a letter promising to pay and pressured me into taking that with me … Ultimately, it didn’t work because it wasn’t a payment… (credit union required a title sent to them before sending money to Olathe Dodge…. I understand why that wouldn’t work, who would release a 100k truck to be driven out of state with the title before paying a single cent, that’s crazy lol) they secured financing for me so I didn’t waste the trip! Thank you so much to Spencer Roe for going above and beyond helping us with this purchase. We will definitely go back and refer all our friends!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The salesperson we worked with, Christian, was extremely unprofessional after learning we weren’t purchasing from him. After leaving the dealership because we couldn’t agree on a price, he called us three separate times trying to renegotiate. Each call became increasingly rude with an attitude, even though we were polite and simply explained our position.
On the third call, after we told him we had already purchased another vehicle elsewhere, he responded with, “You go to XXXX then buddy, have fun driving,” and hung up. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership. Customers deserve respect, even if a sale doesn’t happen.Jan 07, 2026 -
Sales Agent: Claudia
Pros: quick responses, patient, and beat outside offers
Cons: none
Vehicle: 2026 Dodge Durango Hellcat
Claudia at Olathe Dodge was amazing to work with. She was patient, responsive, and fought hard to beat outside offers. Her communication was excellent and she made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone shopping for a vehicle.Jan 02, 2026 -
I stopped into Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram during the late afternoon on New Year's Eve 2025, in need of an emergency replacement key fob for my Ram 1500. Brian Bahr in the service department was empathetic to my urgent need and expedited my request. He had a new key fob programmed to my truck in less than 20 minutes! (Lightning fast!) Brian's willingness to listen and then work to remediate my concern was the definition of quality client service. Because of his supreme effort, I will make return visits to this service department. Thank you Brian and Happy New Year!

I tried to buy a truck here, but they severely lowballed my trade—about 25% less than multiple other dealers. Instead of explaining or justifying the number, the salesman dismissed KBB value that many dealers use and took a condescending tone, repeatedly bragging about being the “#1 volume dealer.”
He followed up several times, and when I shared real pricing and trade offers from other dealers, he implied I was lying, then backtracked and tried to discredit the other dealers while continuing to lowball my trade.
There are plenty of Ram dealers out there. You’ll likely find a better deal—and a more respectful buying experience—somewhere else. They probably do a lot of business with uneducated buyers.Dec 18, 2025 -
I was am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership and am writing this review specifically to get the attention of the General Manager, because the situation has become unacceptable.
I brought my Jeep in while traveling from out of town and clearly explained that I live three hours away in Bentonville, Arkansas and needed my vehicle back quickly so I could return to work. Despite this, there was absolutely no sense of urgency or compassion shown. I was repeatedly told “we’ll get to it when we can,” and every time I called for an update, the person I was speaking with sounded irritated, as if I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for information.
They kept my car for five days for what turned out to be a battery issue.
The first diagnosis I received stated that both batteries were dead and that it would cost a minimum of $1,000 to replace both of them. I denied the transaction of both batteries and only approved the Auxillary battery getting fixed. Changing the auxiliary got my car running and was even told the other battery was completely fine— openly admitting that the $1000 would have been completely unnecessary and verging on robbery. This dealership still charged me almost $600 to fix the one battery. On top of this, I lost income from missing work due to their delay and total lack of urgency.
When I finally picked up my Jeep late Wednesday evening, I immediately noticed a large crack across my entire windshield — something that was absolutely NOT present when I dropped off the vehicle. I had previously acknowledged a tiny mark that was already there, but the massive crack that now extends across the windshield happened while my vehicle was in their possession. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told management would likely deny it because they documented the small preexisting mark. The difference is obvious, and I will be attaching photos showing this.
To make matters worse, I just received an additional bill for $573, even though I have a text message confirming that I had already paid and that the service was approved. I should not be getting charged a second time for something that has already been settled.
Between the five-day delay, poor communication, lack of professionalism, unexpected costs, the damaged windshield, and now an additional incorrect charge, this has been the worst service experience I have ever had with a dealership.
I am requesting that the General Manager contact me directly to resolve this. I am more than willing to discuss everything in detail, but at this point I need someone in leadership who will actually take responsibility and fix what has gone wrong.Dec 09, 2025 -
I had a great experience purchasing my new Ram 1500. Milo did an excellent job, not playing any games and getting me the best price for the exact truck I wanted. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Bought a certified ram 1500 over the internet from eastern NC. John was great to work with and made the process super easy. Sent me great videos and answered all my questions. I had to travel to Germany right when I found the truck, but John had the paperwork waiting for me at my house when I returned. They worked with my shipping company to get it loaded up and sent to me hassle free. The deal was great and I would gladly buy from them again as everything was super easy.

Horrible experience after making an appointment for oil change & tire rotation at Olathe Dodge Jeep! Waiting time was 1 1/2 hours …zero communication during that wait. Get my keys to leave & notice windshield wiper fluid is still empty. Pull back to the bay searching for assistance nobody seems interested to help. Finally find someone. They send another mechanic on duty to look. Find that NONE of the fluids were checked. Low on 3 different areas that were not noted. No Multi Point inspection done! Thought to myself did they even do anything to the vehicle. Finally leave, get home and discovered they charged me 2x = each charge almost $200 . Called at least 6 times to try & reach someone. No one answered!!! Finally someone answered took care of the double charge but NOT ONE PERSON APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR ERRORS!!!!
How much of my time did I spend trying to correct the errors….way too much! I purchased my vehicle from them too. It will be paid off shortly but will I go back there? NEVER!Nov 20, 2025 -
Julius is a great! He will literally make you smile and love buying a vehicle. I’m sending my family when they need a new vehicle! Thank you Julius!!

We bought two jeeps from Aiden Anderson. I chose a red Jeep gladiator, and my wife got a white grand Cherokee Limited. Aiden is Nice young fellow that knows a lot. We were very impressed with him and the finance guy Brian. No high pressure, just good fair negotiations.

This is the place to get your vehicle from. Julius, Zeke and Bobby took the time to work with me on a good deal on my new Wrangler.
While other dealers in town were shady, these guys were really clear with me and took the time to do things right. I’m excited to have the dealership be my home while owning this vehicle!Nov 13, 2025 -
Awesome dealership! Huge thanks to Heather in sales and Jose in the finance department for helping me get my DREAM car. I had gone to another dealership prior to finding this one and it was such a perfect buying experience.

My experience with the service department at Olathe Dodge Jeep with my warranty work has been a nightmare.
I brought my 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee in for a Check Engine light.
I was told in could drop it after hours and brought it up just as they were locking their gates.
The next morning I reached out for an update and no one I spoke to could locate my Jeep.
I called back multiple times and was getting nowhere.
I finally heard back that they had located my Jeep and were beginning to work on it.
I was told that there was rodent damage with chewed wiring underneath the vehicle.
I informed Adam that it was under warranty and that he needed to reach out to that company. I was contacted back and told that the work would not be covered because the mileage was too high. After doing research on my side it turns out that Adam had wrongly entered the mileage.
I tried to call Adam to get this corrected with no reply. Finally I decided to drive on my lunch break up to the service department to get the mileage corrected. I got to the service department and spoke to Adam and was treated as an annoyance more than a customer. He did reach out to a tech and got me the proper mileage. I asked him to resubmit the correct mileage.
When he did resubmit the mileage he entered it wrong again causing my claim to be denied.
I spoke to the warranty company and they approved the work based on the correct mileage.
I tried to reach Adam again with no luck so then asked to speak to a manager to try to resolve this issue.
I have been in contact with customer service rep who has assisted me but as of this writing I still do not have my vehicle or has work started on it because Adam has not submitted the correct pictures.
It has now been over two weeks that my vehicle has been in Olathe Dodge Jeep and I am still without a vehicle and am once again waiting for pictures to be submitted.Sep 26, 2025 -
I had the best experience buying my second car at Nissan of Olathe! A wonderful lady named Heather helped me throughout the whole process and made everything go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend!

From start to finish this was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership! Starting with Julius who helped me prepare before even getting there to finding my top choice vehicle! He helped us get the best price and was so helpful. We will definitely be coming back to him for our next truck! Then Jose in finance was TOP TIER. So thankful!
