We had an excellent experience working with Julius at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram when purchasing our new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was that he was never pushy—he took his time to explain everything about our new Rubicon and made sure we understood all the features before driving off. My experience with the service department at Olathe Dodge Jeep with my warranty work has been a nightmare. I brought my 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee in for a Check Engine light. I was told in could drop it after hours and brought it up just as they were locking their gates. The next morning I reached out for an update and no one I spoke to could locate my Jeep. I called back multiple times and was getting nowhere. I finally heard back that they had located my Jeep and were beginning to work on it. I was told that there was rodent damage with chewed wiring underneath the vehicle. I informed Adam that it was under warranty and that he needed to reach out to that company. I was contacted back and told that the work would not be covered because the mileage was too high. After doing research on my side it turns out that Adam had wrongly entered the mileage. I tried to call Adam to get this corrected with no reply. Finally I decided to drive on my lunch break up to the service department to get the mileage corrected. I got to the service department and spoke to Adam and was treated as an annoyance more than a customer. He did reach out to a tech and got me the proper mileage. I asked him to resubmit the correct mileage. When he did resubmit the mileage he entered it wrong again causing my claim to be denied. I spoke to the warranty company and they approved the work based on the correct mileage. I tried to reach Adam again with no luck so then asked to speak to a manager to try to resolve this issue. I have been in contact with customer service rep who has assisted me but as of this writing I still do not have my vehicle or has work started on it because Adam has not submitted the correct pictures. It has now been over two weeks that my vehicle has been in Olathe Dodge Jeep and I am still without a vehicle and am once again waiting for pictures to be submitted.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hands down the absolute worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Both sales and service are an absolute nightmare to deal with — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Don’t even bother making a service appointment; they won’t honor it anyway. Expect to sit for 4+ hours just for a basic oil change even if you scheduled an appointment. The wait times are outrageous, and when you finally do get “help,” the staff acts like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s beyond unacceptable. I cannot stress enough: save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and inevitable headache. This dealership is nothing more than a poor excuse for a business.

My vehicle had an engine problem after 18,000 miles. The dealership got it in that evening. I called the next day to check the status. Their phone service is not the most convenient - you keep getting rerouted from one operator to another just to leave a voice mail - which in my case was never answered. After another day I just stopped in to check in person - and the advisor clicked around on the computer and said they would get started on it right away. I assume that if I wouldn't have stopped in person that it would have just sat there but not positive. The repair took 10 days to fix and I had to constantly call to check to see the status. I got several return messages but they were empty promises that my vehicle would be done the next day. I had to rent a car for 10 days while mine was in the shop and under warranty. I paid for my rental and had all the paperwork only to have RAM deny my reimbursement because "the vehicle does not currently have any active service contract for rental". I really don't even know what that means. Also interesting to me was the fact that this dealership never sent me a survey to fill out. I have been in there before and got a survey. Just be careful when doing business here and with RAM.

I had a great experience at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My husband and I just happened to stop by, just beginning our shopping for a new car. We were greeted by salesman, Blaine Hansen, who was close by. Long story short, young Mr. Hansen sold me a car and we were very happy with the whole experience. It’s a very nice facility, as well.

I found my Jeep online and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The sales team was quick to provide quotes and answer all my questions, which made me confident about making the 2.5-hour drive to see it in person. Once I arrived, everything was ready and the buying process was straightforward and hassle-free. The finance team was the best I’ve ever worked with—no hassling, just straight to the point and got me in and out quickly. Overall, it was by far the easiest and best car-buying experience I’ve had!

So I was in the market for a new ram and I think we can all agree. It’s a very time consuming process. I first went to Randy, Reed, Ram, in Miriam Kansas, and walked out because the way they wanted to up charge me with over inflated numbers. So online I saw a truck I liked it made a online inquiry. Julius called me back. He is a great guy to work with. I highly recommend you call Julius before you contact anyone else he definitely shows courtesy professionalism. Thank you, Julius. I love my rebel.

Outstanding. Legendary. Life-Changing. These are three adjectives I would use to describe my experience with Blaine. He’s a customer-service superhero with the negotiating skills of a Wall Street wolf and the charm of a golden retriever. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Blaine’s energy hit me like he just drank a gallon of pure sunshine. He somehow knew exactly what I wanted before I did, and explained everything so clearly I felt like a car expert myself.. He didn’t just find me a car—he forged it in the fires of Mount Doom and hand-delivered it like Gandalf showing up at sunrise. His customer service is so good it should be studied in Harvard business classes and probably worshipped by ancient civilizations. If you’re not buying from Blaine, you might as well be kayaking through a hurricane with a plastic spoon.

Service center used to be solid. Went in today and they wanted $220 per issue as a diagnosis fee. Crazy! Don't waste your time. Plenty of reputable shops in the area that won't try and hose you. Here's the kicker, no diagnosis was needed as I already knew what the issue was. He needed it diagnosed by his mechanic. NEXT!

I love this dealership! They have a very elaborate selection of vehicles to choose from. The staff was very kind and easy to work with. I wasn’t able to look at vehicles due to my work schedule but found one online I was interested in. A kind girl named Carol drove it out to my worksite for me to test drive. 2 days later that’s what I now drive. Super convenient thanks to dean as well, they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, great business. Highly recommended!

We went to olathe jeep to buy my wife a jeep. While going over the numbers I found a gladiator i really enjoyed. Curtis was extremely helpful and seemed to say all the right things. The gave us the song and dance on my wife 4 runner and how it had accidents and how they would have to send it off to auction.( Only to have it on there lot 2 weeks later with a pretty steep incline in price).We ended up trading in both vehicles and bought 2 jeeps. 1 had an issue and Curtis assured they would be able to fix the problem just had to schedule an appointment. We spent close to 8hrs waiting on paperwork. We were told we would only be paying sales tax on 19k because of the trade in value. That was not the case. As soon as I realized the issue I called them. The first guy said come on in and we can change that for you. I call ahead the next day to have the papers ready for me to pick up only for them to tell me they cashed out the balance of the trade in and applied it to the 2nd truck. Again not what was discussed. At the end of the conversation it was clear they were unable to help me further. My wife proceeded to show up to her scheduled appointment to fix the issue that was present at the time of purchase. Only for them to tell her she is responsible for cost. Finally Mike was able to get her taking care of. Only after being argued with by the service department. What should have been a hour or 2 turned into 5. I understand miscommunication and things happen. But unfortunately they way the wife and I were treated after the sale was finalized really left and awful taste in our mouths. We had hoped to be returning customers. With the lack of transparency and the lack of support after the purchase. I doubt will do business here again.

I dropped my car off on Wednesday at 8:15am (I had an appointment) at the service center. It is now Friday and I get a text that it will “hopefully” be looked at by mid-day on Monday. The fact that they wanted me to be car-less for 6 days is unacceptable. No one told me when I made the appointment that it would take that long just to be LOOKED at. I have bought my last 4 cars from this dealership, never again. It should not take 6 days to hook a car up for a diagnostic evaluation. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not a good Service Department. Bought a used RAM pickup elsewhere, called Olathe in the middle of the afternoon to schedule an appointment for a recall repair but they use an AI scheduling attendant that is impossible to navigate through with a unique scheduling issue such as a recall. Once I got ahold of a human service advisor he didn't give his name and I told him that I wanted to verify parts were available before scheduling a recall repair and when he asked if I had been in there before I said "no" and then he abruptly put me on hold without a word. Was on hold for 19+ minutes as I wrote this review just to see if they would hang up on me and they finally did just short of 20 minutes, darn it so close but I guess I won :) :) If answering the phone is this hard for them can't imagine how bad the actual service experience is. I'd avoid Olathe RAM and also tell the service advisor he should look at another line of work. Update: Called another dealer and spoke with a wonderful human service advisor and they verified parts and scheduled my recall appointment in under 5 minutes - it's not that hard. That other dealership will also get my future maintenance and repair $$.

originally went to a dealership in Merriam to buy a Jeep Wrangler, but I didn’t feel comfortable with the sales guy there, so I left and decided to try the Olathe location. I came in expecting to leave with a Wrangler, but working with Jonathon completely changed my mind, and I’m so glad it did. Jonathon was honest, patient, and easy to talk to, no pressure or sales tactics, just real conversation. He listened to what I needed and told me, “You’re a big dude, you need something that’s going to work for you.” He showed me the Ram trucks and explained why it would be a better fit for my lifestyle. I wasn’t sure at first, but after test-driving and seeing how comfortable it was, I knew it was the right choice. He mentioned he had a goal that day to sell nine trucks, and I could see how hard he was working, not just with me but with other customers, while still giving me his full attention. I told him, “Since you’re working hard, I’ll help you out,” and we got the deal done. Jonathon worked to get me the best deal possible and made the whole process smooth and clear. I left with a Ram truck I love and felt confident about my decision. If you’re looking to buy, I highly recommend going to the Olathe dealership and asking for Jonathon. He’s honest, straightforward, and truly cares about getting you into the right vehicle.

I scheduled a service appointment for 8 am on a Tuesday. dropped it off Monday and talked to them about what I needed done. Gave all the contact information. Got a verbal quote of 1k for just the tune up. No contact on Tuesday, Wednesday comes around, not a peep, call the service department and I am told that they are a week and a half out. and they are not even close to getting to my jeep. Apparently according to Kendrick the appointment is to drop off the vehicle to get "in line" to when they get to it, so if they are a week and a half out, then I am out a vehicle a week and a half for a routine maintenance. None of this was relayed to us when were were talking face to face when we dropped it off. I called another Dodge Jeep dealer and they can do it same day for half the price and have a better customer service rating. Honesty and Transparency goes a long way in my book, they don't have either.

I would like to start with how disappointed I am with the customer service we received with the service department after the purchase of our Dodge Ram pick up. It is so sad as we loved the truck, however the customer service we received from the service department has ruined that. It is one thing to have a great sales experience but when it comes time for service the care is not there at all. It is very unfortunate as you will lose loyalty if you do not take care of the customer in there time of need. Especially when they have paid for extended warranty. This is something I feel needs some immediate attention. From true follow up with honest information and no string along. I feel like the customer care we received from the service department I could have gotten better from a shade tree shop. I sure hope you seriously take a deep look at improving this issue. I am only giving one star and it belongs to the young lady in finance. I think she is the only one I spoke with at Dodge that was committed to customer service.

I'm from out of town, looking for a very specific Dodge diesel truck and thought stop here as I had a little extra time. I went in and spoke with a gentleman that was seated somewhat towards the center of the dealership. I told him their website showed they had the truck I was looking for and that I wasn't going to be able to buy locally. He took me to a golf cart we rode around the parking lot looking for the truck and finally found it. The truck was locked, and I asked to see inside. He told me that because I wasn't going to buy locally, he didn't have the time to help me. I find that kind of customer service unacceptable. He wasn't doing anything when I walked in, and help me would have taken 5 minutes maybe 10. This left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I think a poor representation for Olathe dodge. I'm hoping this isn't their typical customer service.
