Absolutely great , locked keys in my 2020 truck and called them , guy said " I'm not the one who does this but I'll give it a try , after a couple tries he had to take another look cause windows are tinted 5% so I said can I try one and I got it really quick from. Watching him try , but regardless he said I'm not gonna charge you . I said thanks and I had to give him 40$ just because he came out and I would not have got it without him showing up and on top of that he was only gonna chargee 45$ for it , that's really good considering the other prices I got were all over 90$!

I bought a door and i paid 107.00 for it thought i was gonna get the inside panel and window controls to expensive i could have gotten 2 for 45 each from u pull it i regret my purchase
Both the person I called and the one who showed up were disrespectful and rude.I told the driver to just leave and called Arrow towing who were very professional....If there were a place for NO STARS that's what I'd give Action Towing....
The rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I tried to call to see where my car was and the man on the phone said “this f***ing lady keeps calling about her car” and then curtly told me where it was before hanging up on me. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I will NEVER use this service again.
Maybe he is good with the towing issues but as far as mechanical work I would never recommend ANYONE to take it to him. I have known Todd from way back in the day and he charged me $475 for just pretty much an oil change. He didnt fix anything I told him to and was much worse when I got back from him. He robs women and takes advantage of them. I will NEVER call him again or recommend anyone to him, he is a THIEF
Need to learn how to drive on the interstate ... cutting people off and using no signals is extremely dangerous in a vehicle as big as a flat bed tow truck!
I personally know Todd. He is a stand up guy. I called and had no issues getting my tool box towed clear out of his way for a great price. Anytime I have needed a hand he has been there. Professional, Courteous, and fast quality service. Thanks Todd its greatly appreciated
I called and the guy who answered was very rude to me and showed no intentions of even helping me even if he could. This is what he said to me when I asked if they were able to help me, "NO NOT TONIGHT..." and the hung up. If I could I would have given 0 stars.
It's so funny that there are so many positive reviews on this thief. if it would allow, I'd give no stars. my fiance took my car there and I never saw it again. it belonged to my father, who died in 2005. it was all I had left of him. This idiot told my fiancee he gave the keys to someone who said they knew us. Didn't call to ask, and didn't offer compensation. A true piece of garbage. Maybe, as a "professional", do your job and make a call, especially considering you are in the heart of meth country. my dad was everything to me and he not only stole what mattered most to me, but shattered the relationship between me and my fiance. I pray that karma shows him the same pain. I felt like I lost my daddy again and he never even directly apologized, he cowered and hid, like the rat that he is
Todd came and towed my car, he was pleasant, professional, and personable . Fixed the same part another garage fixed about a year ago, also put on another part it needed. It was less than the one part the other garage supposedly replaced. Still have more work to do on my car, but from now on will not trust anyone but action towing with my car! Thanks to todd and his crew.
I had them tow my car to a performance shop on a flat bed because they've towed my car before with no issues. Zach would tow it and did a great job. He no longer works there and Todd now tows. Zach was always cautious and took great care of my car knowing there was a lot of money put into it. Since Zach no longer works there Todd towed it. Todd picked my car up and took an extra day to drop it off at the performance shop. My custom wheel ended up getting damaged on their tow bed and when the car was dropped off the owner of the shop noticed it and pointed it out knowing that I've always had high end wheels on my car and knows my car very well. The wheel had custom candy paint and was already an expensive wheel before that ($1000 per wheel) it was all scraped up and needed to be redone. When I called Todd about the issue he was very unprofessional. He literally said " oh yeah that $500 car!?" "Yeah what a waste of money" "I'll give you $50 for the wheel" at that point I realized there was no point in trying to get anything resolved because he came off as bitter and ignorant so I said don't worry about it, I'll get it redone you already seem like a bitter liar. It was a good towing company when Zach worked there but I would not do business with them when people like Todd work there. To me its a waste of time trying to get them to pay for the damaged wheel, I'd rather just get it redone and move on with life rather than sit around and go back and forth with a person like Todd. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.
He is an awesome guy !! I have been dealing with an incident that happened with another tow company. And he has been talking to me and helping me out as much as he can. He is a great genuine guy. And we have used this tow service before and it's highly recommended !!
Amazing service!! He was really amazing with working with me when I was broke and didn't have the money up front to pay him yes he did hold my vehicle but only charged me for the tow I recommend him to those who really have financial problems.
Excellent service. Had a dead battery following deep freeze spell. Right after holiday. Came within one hour and safely maneuvered my truck to a repair location without any problem. Offered me a ride back home. Will keep his business card in my wallet to rely upon again, if necessary.

Awesome guys to deal with, were able to pick my car up in Omaha and tow it back to my place in Council bluffs during rush hour on a cold day. These guys didn't keep me waiting too terribly long and when they did show up they were friendly, courteous, and FAST in getting the car loaded and brought safely back home. Pricing was extremely competitive and them being the cheapest was the honest reason I originally chose their service over some of the competition. Will most definitely be doing business with them if I ever once again need a tow! Solid A rate company
Cons- Took a little longer then expected for them to meet me at the car but, considering it was in Omaha, NE and they are located in Council Bluffs, IA and it was close to rush hour I can't say I blame em. Over all positive experience and would recommend them to anyone requiring assistance.
