Bad towing company The truck we called them to towing for us They make us riding the truck with no heat to the shop When we get to the shop they charge price to $400 higher It’s not safe to use this towing company

The front desk lady was very nice and brought the paperwork outside so that my handicapped guy didn't have to make the effort to get inside the building, so that was very kind of her. Also it was so nice not having anything stolen from the truck while it was in their care. As we all have heard nightmares about "that towing company".. so thanks for the honesty and getting us back on the road so quickly.

The main office is terrible. You get there and they will leave you standing for 29 minutes- then get irritated when you try and ask to even be acknowledged. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced, and thats comparing to underpaid fast food workers. I understand if your busy, but at least acknowledge when someone walks in the door.

Tau the Samoan man came to my recuse clear out in Mondamin and seriously had me taken care of above and beyond! He turned a crappy start to the day to lots of laughs and kindness! Would definitely use arrow again and absolutely would request Tau again if I'm able to!!

I called their dispatch for a tow on my corvette and explained the issue I was having, as well as explaining that my vehicle would not be able to go on a normal Rollback without scraping. After waiting 2 hours, they sent a normal rollback. The driver stated that he did not want to tow my vehicle, and instead was going to jack my vehicle up on a hill and attempt to manually place my transmission into drive. The driver attempted this for approximately 10 minutes, and stopped saying that the Jack was slipping and it wouldn’t work. They then started a drive with the proper truck that could put my vehicle on the back. This took an additional nearly two hours for him to arrive. Before the driver began to work, I inspected my vehicle and took photos. During this time I noticed my vehicle had a large gouge mark, from where the previous driver attempted to jack it up. The jack slipped and ended up causing this mark, as well as tearing the fiberglass on my vehicle. This driver marked the damage and stated that the previous driver did not mark that the damage occurred. After speaking to Dispatch again they transferred me several times, and stated that “the guy who handled claims will call you before the end of the day”, which did not happen. I am hoping to hear from them soon, as it has been several days. I had a good relationship with Arrow before because of my job, but the drivers unwillingness to take accountability left a bad taste in my mouth. It should be noted that the second driver (I believe his name was Troy) took excellent care of my vehicle, was extremely nice, and even stated that he did not understand why his truck wasn’t sent at the beginning, as for vehicles like mine he is normally the one dispatched.

we booked with them towing and accepted at waht time we gonna meet but after 4 hours they just apologiza and told us they dint have any available drivers but we waited 4 hours

Arrow Towing is really on target with their customer service! When our insurance company was not able to help us, Arrow Towing was there to get us taken care of. The recommended a shop to get our trailer fixed at, and nailed that recommendation! They helped turn a bad experience into a much better one very quickly and efficiently. Also, the shop that they recommended was amazing as well. If you ever need a hand on the side of the road, or a toe, Arrow Towing are a great choice! 11 out of 10 recommend. And a special call shout out the the operator on the phone, I think her name was Sandra, THANK YOU!!!!! Also the wrecker driver Cody was courteous and efficient. It was neat to watch him work to get our trailer on the flatbed. Arrow Towing, thank you for being there in our time of need!

These guys are professionals! Not only do they care about reducing any damage to your vehicle, but their prices are fair as well! By the way, Brad the owner is awesome!

Quick, professional, and friendly!! Everyone, especially the tow truck driver, Tau, were so helpful! Tau took extra care with our trailer. I highly recommend them.

I got on a waiting list at 5pm the night before arrow towing was saying I was 15th in line and they canceled the NEXT day and said they couldn’t get to me today, maybe not tomorrow with no time frame. Told me this morning they would arrive within an hour. Then 2 hours past and that’s when they canceled.

Paid for my car to get released. Girl told us we could pick it up later in day. Called to make sure time was OK. Girl said no call back at six called bad at sic guy answers told someone would call us shortly. Lies. The long story short they still have my money and my car and messed me around all day with lies. Would never use if I had a choice. Update: 2 days later made appt. To pickup car. Guess what still no car. They still have my car and my money. This place is a joke. The ladies in the office were not helpful. They jacked around and then the guy sent to get our car out just sat in his truck and did nothing after they forgot we were waiting for a half hour before he even showed up. Do not use this company if you can avoid it They do not return calls and will not give you, your property if, I could give 0 stars, I would.

REVIEW TWO 11-22-24: I needed have my SUV towed following a car wreck. Once again I was amazed at the prompt arrival of your driver Tony. He kindly suggested that I wait in the truck because of cold. Tony's truck was immaculate. Tony had car loaded and towed very quickly. He was professional and kind to me during a very stressful time REVIEW 2 My experience with this towing business was completely positive. Their driver, Chris, arrived extremely fast despite the heaviest fog I've ever seen. After changing my flat, he then went above and beyond by having me follow him on a treacherous country road to the highway. I don't have enough good things to say about this driver.

I called and was told a hour.....I waited no one came I called back after a hour and a half then I was told 20 mins never the less I waited at my truck for 4 hours total It was a very simple we can't offer service Wich makes me wonder why couldn't I get service. Communication is everything. No worries they won't be a option ever again or anyone I know for that matter. And no one at arrow can be upset about my experience it shouldn't have happened. Im a paying customer.

Mike was the person to come and help me with my car. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Trying to do what he could to start my car. He even went above and beyond and helped me with my door lock. He was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend Arrow Towing. If you get Mike, you're in good hands.

My father recently passed away and I was in need of moving a large tool box and a few other heavy items from his house to my home. I wasn't sure what to expect when the flatbed showed up but from the very first moment I knew I was in good hands. It was evident that Troy cared about more than just getting the job done, he took pride in taking care of the items being transported, as if they were his own. It was the small details such as taking steps not to scratch the toolbox and being mindful of my driveway so as to not damage it with the truck. These items are very personal to me and they were personal to Troy as well. He took the time to talk to me also and was empathetic to the situation. There are a lot of companies that can tow and move items but I want to know that the company I am working with cares about the handling of my items as much as I do. Troy not only did his job, but he far exceeded what I expected. I hope I don't need to tow or move too many things but if I do, I will be calling Arrow Towing again. Troy, if you read this, please know that you made a big difference in my day and from the bottom of my heart I thank you.

I feel they have grown to big and don’t care about the individual people anymore. They left me sitting partially stuck in a lane of traffic for 1.5 hours before calling me to we haven’t forgot about you. Then the lady said if you want to get someone to pick you up you can. This is all after they had already collected payment over the phone. I highly recommend trying to find someone else first.

I called arrow towing because I had locked my keys in my car. I was told that someone could be there in about a hour to hour and a half. I told them ok that'll give me time to get some lunch across the street. I asked if I could get a call 10 minutes before arrival so I could make sure I was back from getting lunch. They agreed to let the driver know. I walked across the street ordered my food and was waiting for it and I received a call from the driver saying I'm on my way 10 minutes away. I asked if he would be able to wait if I wasn't outside as I hadn't even received my food I had ordered. He agreed. When the driver arrived I told him that was quick I was told hour to hour and a half. He responded by saying I have to come by this way to get a car so I thought I would get you on the way. Very pleasurable experience.

From the first inquiry call to the next day calling and scheduling a car pick-up, nothing but friendly professionalism! Received a call within the hour the driver was nearby and ready to pick the car up. Once he arrived, he took pictures, documented and quickly loaded the car and off it went it the body shop! Paid over the phone (or could do with the driver). Receipt emailed immediately. Car delivered to body shop without any incidents. Highly recommend!

Arrow Towing saved our evening! After waiting for 2.5 hours for another towing company (Ely's) then finding out they cancelled the job, we called Arrow and a truck was there within 30 minutes. The driver was VERY professional and took care of everything quickly and painlessly. Unfortunately with everything happening I don't remember his name. He even explained what to do so we could get reimbursed by the insurance. Would highly recommend!

Anthony was a fantastic driver. Got there in good time. Got the car loaded and to my destination quickly. Nikki was great to talk to. Had fantastic service and helped me through a difficult situation. I highly recommend this company.

Bad service. Made an appointment at 7:00. At 7:30 I had no call and no truck so I called and the guy was rude to me, because I didn’t magically know he had to stop at an accident. I get a new car sent out, and at 8:30 still no car or call. I call again and THAT truck got sent out somewhere else. Literally just call me and tell me you can’t get my car instead of making me sit there for over an hour and a half. And everyone on the phone was so rude to me for no reason. I hate this company

This place is AMAZING! Our daughter’s car broke down in Omaha (we live in Kansas City) and we weren’t getting very good responses from other companies after she had waited 2 hours for one to show up. She left her car, so I looked up Council Bluffs companies and found Arrow. The dispatcher was so kind and proficient, then the driver Daryl let me know as soon as he had our daughter’s car and was able to deliver it safely to her grandma’s house. My mom said he was super friendly and I am very grateful. They were professional, polite, and extremely reasonable especially for late at night on Halloween and doing business long distance. If we ever need tow service in the Omaha, Council Bluffs area again, we will not hesitate to call Arrow!!!

Great service! Very fast and polite driver. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow. I needed a tow for a flat tire on Saturday afternoon, the driver recommended a great place that was closer than other places. They fixed my tire right away. The hole experience was smooth and stress less. And the rates were very fair. If I ever need another tow I’ll be calling Arrow towing again.

Happy Customer On the original call, very courteous and told me about a 45 minute wait. The truck showed up right on time (although was told driver would call as he left, which he didn't). On arrival, the driver, Shane, was professional and friendly. He was able to get me back on the road quickly. Couldn't ask for better service, would definitely recommend.
