I would highly recommend this company. Awesome customer service on the phone and took good care of my car during the tow. These guys were extremely helpful and not to mention, VERY quick!! Appreciate the last minute hard work!!!

My car broke down just south of Portsmouth, IA on my way to work but the distance from Council Bluffs wasn't an issue at all. Nick came out, loaded my car up, and dropped it off at the shop for me. Amazing customer service, great pricing, and fast service. Definitely my go-to tow service!

The two gentlemen who helped me with my frozen battery were phenomenal. They were out within 45 minutes of me calling at 2:00 in the morning. They were super professional, answered all of my questions, and got my car up and running. I highly recommend them for jump-starting a battery.

This may be a strange review but I felt the need to write it. It is Christmas eve and my daughters car broke down on the interstate. I called and Luke answered! He was so cool on the phone and gave me a quote and said that he could go pick up the car right away. Huge relief since I had been waiting on another shop to give me a call back but hadn't heard back from them yet. I hung up and not five minutes later the shop called and said they could go pick up the car:/... I called Lucas back and asked if it was OK to cancel his driver? He was so understanding and professional on the phone and said it wasn't a problem. This type of customer service needs to be recognized for what is done as well as the peace of mind for things not done. I will 100% recommend and use River's Edge Towing in the future!

I called and spoke with Lucas at River’s Edge Towing yesterday because I needed one of my vehicles towed to West Omaha with very specific instructions for an after hour drop off! Lucas was awesome in explaining the process and could make the time work for me that I needed him! Lucas sent driver, Brandon, to pick up my vehicle and he was very kind, professional, and efficient! My car was safely dropped off just as it was supposed to be! Thank you Lucas and Brandon for the amazing service! I will refer River’s Edge Towing to everyone! I am a lifelong customer!

Brandon was so kind and helpful to me last night at 3:00 a.m. in the morning when he came to my rescue when my car broke down on me clear out in Bennington Nebraska. He not only took my car to the tow shop but he was very patient, kind, and understanding about my circumstances at the moment. Then on top of it he was kind enough to give me a ride home and did not charge me any extra for it. Another thing too since it was in the middle of the night and the shop where I wanted my car to be taken is closed until Monday he was kind enough to take my car to the towing lot, keep it there until Monday morning, then is going to take it to the shop for me on Monday morning at no extra charge. Thank you so much again Brandon for all of your help, generosity, kindness, and going above and beyond to help me.

Highly recommend this company! My truck battery was dead and I needed a jump start. Nick with Rivers Edge Towing showed up in 10min and got my truck started fast and even offered solutions to my problem. Pricing is very reasonable I will definitely be using this company for future needs!

I needed a tow after my vehicle broke down on the interstate. After an hour of not hearing back from my roadside assistance, I called around to get it towed myself. Rivers Edge was there within 20 minutes. He was super friendly, and very professional. Couldn’t beat the price. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a tow!

After a series of unfortunate events unfolded for my wife and I. We needed a rental, that rental had no spare tire for when the tire went flat on us while on our out to celebrate our anniversary. Communication with the rental company was like pulling teeth. Nick, from riverside towing however.. was a breath of fresh air. Clear, honest communication. I'll be referring anyone I hear needs a tow truck to these heroes. If I had the means currently, woulda left Nick a nice tip for being literally the only helpful person. 10/10. Truck lost power on the interstate and I called these guys for a tow, truck would crank over just not start. Guy threw a jump pack on it and told me my engine was shot. Towed it to Lyles and the guys over there said the engine was just fine and all it needed was an alternator. 0/10 Would not recommend

My truck lost all power while driving, leaving me stranded along the interstate in Omaha. I called they were very polite, there within 30 minutes and charged a very fair price. I would definitely use them again.

I was heading home from a race with my race car on my trailer and my truck broke down. I couldn't find anyone that was willing to tow my truck and not leave my trailer and race car behind. River's Edge Towing was the first company that came and towed both for me! They were quick, friendly and knew what they were doing! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and use them again if I need another tow! Very reasonably priced for all the equipment I needed towed.

Had a 02 f350 diesel that wouldn't start after running out of fuel called nick and he gave me a great price on a tow for a truck this big and after one more go at getting this truck started I got it started called back and canceled tow nick was great at didn't charge me a cancel fee would recommend for your towing needs cars to medium duty trucks
