Drove by and spotted a car I wanted to look at for the wife at 830am. I stopped knowing they weren't open yet and was surprised to have them come out and unlock the car and let me test drive it. I felt NO PRESSURE at any time. I drove the car, made an offer that they accepted, there was no BS like big dealerships of counter offers or "let me talk to so and so" I even got it financed at an interest rate LOWER than my local bank would offer on a used car. I was out the door with the car in less than an hour and a half!!!! They offer a no charge warranty on their cars so I felt great about buying a used car from them. EASY NO PRESSURE SALES, AND PROFESSIONAL TEAM!!!!! Will definitely look here again!
Love tap' on our new Tremor, from a shopping cart. Shane was great, went outside saw the damage, did estimate and set us up to get the dent taken out. Looks great, hubby happy . Im only giving them a 2 because I brought a car from them and I have done nothing but pretty much pour money into it. I thought it was good car with all the info they gave on it and the service they did on it but guess it did still needed alot more done on it. So kinda disappointed in this place. ??? But you live and you learn

I am happier than a baby in a barrel of boobs with our purchases at best finish auto!!!!! Bought a Toyota rav4 one day and a Toyota tundra the next day. Absolutely NO pressure and most importantly NO bullshit. Awesome experience and awesome vehicles at very good prices. Extremely happy! Took my car there months ago to have new tires put on, they put the wrong size tires on an keep telling me they will replace them at no charge yet it hasn’t been done. Had the body control module replaced twice an it still isn’t fixed. They will take you’re money but not for the car properly, definitely wouldn’t recommend.
I bought a used minivan from the owner Dana, and drove it over a thousand miles with no issues whatsoever. I am very happy with the price and service I received and would recommend this as a great place to buy a used vehicle!

Drove to the dealership for the purpose of buying a car. Service manager gave me the keys for a test drive and afterwards the sales person would not take the time to talk about a sale. No one tried to sell the car, and I won't be buying.
Bought a car 7 months ago. Check engine light was in. They fixed. Supposedly they do. About a month after checking light cam back on. I work on road so haven’t had chance to get it back. I just got up in that area again and they checked the check engine light. Both converters are bad. 1100 bucks worth. When I bought the car they said i pay for parts and they pay for labor for as long as I own the car. Well that’s not true. Not only did they sell me a car with issues. They don’t honor there word. I would not buy from them. I would take my business else where. I won’t be buying from again.
Dana is a wonderful person i just love best finish auto this is my 2nd car with them all his staff are wonderful people i recommend them to all my family and i got a. Big family soo merry christmas to the best finish auto staff there and thank you dana for being a wonderful person
For the time we lived in Glenwood, we have taken our cars for routine maintenance to Best Finish. Mike Brown and the staff are simply the best. Work is done at fair and honest prices and Mike would never try to sell you something you did not need.
Car they sold me for $26,000 constantly breaks down, and none of the mechanics I've gone to can tell me why. Finally called and demanded they tell me what was wrong with it and fix it or else I'd call a lawyer. They laughed and said go right ahead. Currently pursuing legal action.
Update: the car BURST INTO FLAMES. They're definitely shady.
I have nothing but high praise for Dana and Mike at Best Finish. Dana worked a deal with me on a 2008 Duramax and Mike took care of my truck when it needed some work. Thanks guys!!
AVOID! They sold me a truck with a bad ECM. The mechanic at best finish had disconnected the diagnostic port to try to cover it up. The mechanic at best finish managed to turn off the check engine light before the salesman Dana, filled the paperwork and I bought the car. A few days later, the shift lever broke out of the floor. I went back into best finish to dispute this. I spoke with Dana. After yelling about how good a deal I got on the used car and threatening me as well as provoking me to "try to do something about it," Dana finally agreed to replace the shifting lever. About a week later the transmission went out. The driveshaft was also damaged. The ECM is also bad. Their mechanic had lied to me and said "the car runs great, the only thing wrong with it is the e-brake is out." He also was not happy to have to fix the shift lever. The salesman and mechanic were very rude after I bought the car. I came to them about the problem in a respectful but firm manner, and their mechanic and salesman acted like children concerning the issue. Their mechanic had to know there was something else wrong with the car. Why did they disconnect the diagnostic port?
